If I could get away with giving no stars stars I would! On a shopping trip to Birmingham with my partner I decided to have a look In and come across a really nice pair of trainers.. unfortunately with me being a size 13 1/2 they didn’t have them in store so I was asked if I wanted to order them online in store to which I said sure. I was told they would be with me Within 4-5days. after waiting two weeks I emailed customer services and heard nothing back! I then rang this store back to ask where my item was and they said unfortunately it sounds like they had be lost in transit so I would have to go all the way back to Birmingham barring in mind I do not drive and live in Swadlincote I had to rely on my sister to take me to store and get my money back to which I was then told they could not give me cash and then had to wait a further 24 hours for my money. Very poor service would not recommend anyone over a size 12 to go instore and order on line in the shop!

The store manager as of December 2019 is an absolute disgrace to Timberland. I have been purchasing from this store for well over 10 years now and I have been put off this store because of her. She refused to issue me the VAT free receipt for £140 shoes (vat of £28) as she said its a busy day and she is overworked and also forced to buy the shoes as she claimed we walked 2 steps out of the store while trying them out. having contacted timberland support online, their story having spoken to the manager is she followed store policy and on that day the till was not working..... absolutely disgusting service !

Went to Birmingham today 26.07.23. 40 mile round trip. Went to the timberland shop. I was greeted by very pleasant staff who were very helpful. In the past I have had several pairs of boat shoes. I asked for a pair size 9, which is my normal size they were far too narrow went up a full size to a 10. Still far too narrow. These shoes were £140.00. It amazes me how anyone can fit into these shoes. I am extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing again.

absolutely stupid and very rude attitudes to customerse. Was told to come back twice for tax refund. Today I finally went to the store for tax refund. The staff (a lady) was extremely rude and stupid in Math which should have learned in the nursery (do not know how to calculate what 3 months before departure). Very disgusting and more importantly the staff should go back to nursery and learn Maths again

Quality Branded Shop. Just a touch expensive for me. Staff are very friendly & extremely Welcoming. A lovely Shop situated just outside Selfridge's or is it the Bullring or maybe Grand Central lol I get confused there. But yeah plenty of choice on offer & plenty of different colors to choose from.

Purchased a pair of the original 6 inch premium boots in September and the service was brilliant the lady who helped us I can't remember her name was so helpful. TBH the staff in general seem interested and the store is very pleasent itself. I definitely recommend a visit to this store.

Great customer service. They always seems short staff but all guys work very hard to meet all customers needs.Good quality shoes .Good location. They always offers add on to protect shoes whith spray products and cleaning kits which I purchased.

Old vincent might be going through a mid life crisis however, those timberlands do go rather swimmingly with my bootcut Levi's and fubu puffer jackets. Larissa behind the counter seemed to disagree! Know your role simple cashier peasant!

Honestly, I would much rather enjoy shopping in your store if it wasn't for the store clerk following me around. Today, I was going to buy some items but I got fully put off as soon as the guy followed me upstairs and was just watching

Awful customer service - refused to acknowledge a clear fault with shoes after only 2 wears. Seems to be consistent with Timberland's generally poor customer service reviews. If you value good service - look elsewhere.

Annoying staff can't just let customers look around I was literally followed every step and asked questions that I didn't want to answer...if I want assistance I will give you a shout...

Went in to buy a jacket that I already looked up online. I wanted to see it up close. As soon as I walk up stairs the blonde lady hovers over me “Can I help you?”.

Bought pair of boots here not cheap neither. Sole lifted after only a couple of wears. Not impressed got a refund without too much hassle, lucky i kept bill.

One year late doing this review. I went into the store to try on boots to know my size .. all the staff were super friendly and helpful!!

Manager was extremely difficult and charged us full price on a sale item! Ended up returning the item and buying it online.

Very helpful staff, it's a great little shop, if they don't have what you are looking for they can order it for you online.

Great place sooo many good shops timberland is good for high quality boots and they have such a wide variety of them …

The shop can get crowded at times but the staff working there are superb, knowledgable and very friendly!
