We had a blast at Timezone for my daughter's birthday party. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the games were fun and exciting. My daughter and her friends enjoyed playing arcade games, laser tag and bowling. Bella was our host, and she did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly. She was attentive, cheerful, and professional. She made my daughter feel special and happy. Thank you, Bella, for hosting such a successful party. There was a small incident in the party room where I saw unprofessional when a lady staff (believe to be a manager) impolitely asked us to vacate a table that some of us were sitting on, we sat there because our group was big and we were told to sit there. I agree she needed the table for other party but she should have asked us politely as her bad attitudes would badly influence the kids. I only wish to add my constructive feedback to improve. However, I stil highly recommend Timezone for anyone looking for a fun and memorable birthday party.

We had Sarah for a birthday party on the weekend and she was a fantastic host. Settled the kids in quickly with photos and then helped with bowling before enjoying TimeZone. At all times I felt she was supervising and caring for the kids - really impressed. Have to say, all the people working there were really great. The kids liked their meals (hot dogs were a hit!!) and the convenience of being able to use a cake from the venue was a big win for this parent!

We had a fantastic experience celebrating our twins' 7th birthday with them. Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly helpful and cooperative throughout the event. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our dedicated party hosts were warm and attentive, ensuring that none of the kids missed out on any of the fun. It was a memorable celebration that exceeded our expectations.

There was a bit of an emergency due to an accident where staff dropped the cake. But the situation was salvaged by staff efficiently and made every effort to get back the star wars theme with cake decor, getting a couple of bobble heads and Darth Vader squishy toy. Staff were apologetic and genuinely tried their best to make it memorable for my kid. I appreciate their work ethic and empathy. Thank you.

My son had his birthday party here and it was an awesome day. Our party host Luka was amazing. He handled everything and really connected with the kids. Parents didn’t need to do anything which was great. He even cut up the cake we provided and handed it out. I can highly recommend this venue for a kids party. My son and his friends are still talking about how much fun they had.

I organised a small party for my son here and the staff where amazing and so Accomodating I had Seth and josh serving and assisting me and they were so lovely Each time I asked for help, one of these lovely guys would go out of there way to assign I highly recommend doing a kids party here It’s easy and effortless and staff are great with the kids

My daughter had the most amazing catch-up with her friends at Timezone! to celebrate their end of era at primary school + her early brithday celebration. All Timezone staff were super friendly & energetic and kept all kids in great fun environment. Appreciate everything Highly recommended

I had Madeleine as our party host she was absolutely WONDERFUL AND AMAZING she took the stress out of my hands so I could socialise with the parents. My sons exact words were, this was the BEST PARTY OF MY LIFE! Thank you so much for having us and thank you again to madeleine!!

The facility and food were great. Our party co-ordinator Claudie was fantastic and very nice person. She explained everything very well and executed the party from start to end perfectly. She was very patient throughout and handled all kids

Emma and the team at Zone Bowling Watergardens were just fabulous tonight. Emma was very patient with our 6 and 7 year olds and made the whole afternoon easy and enjoyable. All the mums agreed it was a great mini mid-week birthday.

We had my sons 12th Birthday here and it was great. Alessia was a great host. I'm sure I didn't make it easy on her requesting food to come earlier etc. The kids all had fun and it was well worth it!

jazmyn and uday were the best party hosts of all time, not only were they patient with us because there were a lot of people, but they fully engaged with everyone at all times.

Uday hosted our party today and he was exceptional, really patient with the kids and provided a fantastic experience! Definitely will be back again if we can keep him as host!
