1 star is even far too much for the customer service I received from your staff member Ellie. So rude! I came to the wrong place to pick up my order and was met with eye rolls, huffing and puffing when I asked if there’s anyway to pick up from this store. Ellie said it was not possible and I should read my emails properly next time. When I told her there was no need to be rude she uttered under her breath “not my effing problem” this shocked me. I asked straight away to speak to a manger and she said she apparently is the manager!!! Shocked to say the least. Avoid this store when she’s working.

I visited Toolstation East sheen on last sunday to buy some products. The staff was very helpful. There were some things that were not in stock which was sad but overall service was great, Respectful staff. The store was clean and at a very good place. 5-7 minutes away from my home. Really happy that toolstation is nearby now. The staff member Ahmad was really polite, found the products I needed. I didnt had to wait. I would recommend all my friends and family to visit the east sheen branch Thank you guys for a wonderful service

I have been in and out of this store ordering and collecting items since they have opened. All the staff are Very friendly, professional and helpful. Special thanks to "Jay" and "Faysal" for helping me, last week, with the lost delivery of few items by Hermes and sorting the issue out smoothly as well as many times that they both have helped me :) Also many thanks to Stephen who has been very helpful on number of occasions that he has helped me with my orders. thank you all

Discovered this new branch while seeking out a somewhat obscure light fitting urgently needed for an online Zoom yoga class my wife was due to lead. Amazingly, Toolstation East Sheen had the item required in stock at a bargain price! So much so, I purchased three. A big thank you to Stephen behind the counter for his professional and friendly demeanour. His assistance was prompt, accurate and most informative.

If I could give 0 stars to Jay who works at the East Sheen branch, I would. She is rude and unhelpful, always looks like she would rather be anywhere else other then there. Her customer service skills are poor (and that's me being nice). My business uses Toolstation on a daily basis but she is dragging the quality of customer service in this store to the ground.

By far the worst Toolstation in surrounding areas. They never have anything in stock, they list their items as in stock online and wait for you to turn up just to tell you they made a mistake with the inventory list. Toolstation should seriously consider shutting this branch down as it serves no purpose unless you are doing small diy jobs. NOT FOR TRADES

My experience at tool station was very good, the staff Ahmad was very helpful. Was I needed was not available so he recommended alternative and another store which turned out to be very helpful and less time wasting Chris was also very polite and good customer service. Very happy and much recommend visit for a good shopping experience.

Great store, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and don't patronise women customers. They can advise on products and their knowledge of their stock of good. It is a shame that there are stock shortages at times, it isn't their fault. It is even easy to park - so much easier than seeking out an alternative.

The girl working behind the counter should really keep her personal business and remarks to her self very rude about customers and would rather talk about who her mate was sleeping with then serve a customer. Remember your there to help customers they pay ur wages. If you wanna be a child go back to McDonald’s

Very good service as always Tool station have been on the top of my list since its been opened. Lad called faysal was very good with his work, Served me respectfully and really good at communicating with people. highly recommend them. All the branches I have visited all offer excellent service .

Small Toolstation with some limited stock. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. Added bonus is they have parking for 2-3 cars in front of shop. Make sure you do not miss it when you come from signal. Overall great Toolstation, I just wish they have little more items and quantity in stock.

Really nice guys… Didn’t have what I needed but Chris found what I needed in the catalog and arranged for me to pick it up from another branch.. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked it! The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Nice to actually experience great customer service.

I often go to this store as I’m working on a project nearby, they are a small store compared to others around but they give recommendations for stores nearby when they don’t have items in stock, the service I received from the team has been very helpful.

Worst branch I've ever been to. Stock shortages, stuff not very helpful. Got "order ready for collection" text to be told in the shop one item missing and the other somewhere in the warehouse but he can't find it now. And this happens again and again.

Thank you to Jay and Steve for helping a clueless customer like myself not only find EXACTLY what i was looking (but didn't know the name) for, but also saved me lots of money and an unnecessary trip to Wimbledon! Great store, great friendly staff :)

What a fab shop. I went in to find a very specific woodscrew. Wonderful Chris spent both time snd effort to make sure I got the right ones. Would definitely recommend and feel very lucky to have the Tool Station on my doorstep.

Very good stock of tools and DIY and bigger gear for the enthusiast and the professional. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very useful place to get your gear for that project you're doing!
