Very good all purpose DIY catalogue store. Staff are very helpful and the service is usually very quick. Orders are usually processed within 5 minutes if the bits you want are in stock. Long opening hours means those in the trade can visit before or after work. Plenty of parking but can get rather busy during peak times.

The best customer service I have ever received, friendly welcoming staff, on two occasions Kerry has gone above and beyond and helped me out so much with my order. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks guys a true meaning to customer service and all done with a smile . Fantastic well done

Some great service from the moment I walked in. Greeted when I entered and helped by the member of staff at the till. When they wasn't sure what it was I needed they got the manager Martyn who showed me all the options they had and even brought a few out for me to look at in more detail.

Went there because my local did not have the item I wanted ,second in the queue waiting for a click and collect item for 10 mins and only one person serving. I had to interrupt the guy serving to ask for someone to help him. I still prefer the prices to their competitors next door

Helpful staff here at this Toolstation. Parking is easily available out the front and its easy top get to. They offer a click and collect here which is really helpful. Good rage of products at reasonable prices. Just what you would expect from a Toolstation.
