I would love to share my experience with travista by the help of Nada Bassiouni, they were so helpful and they planned my trip in 2 days before I leave, they were super professional, helpful and they made my trip 100x better by how they follow up and ask if I still need anything. They are always in contact with you through the whole trip to make sure everything is going as planned. I highly recommend them and recommend you to go to Nada Bassiouni as she is so helpful, caring and think with you about each and every single detail of the trip and she makes the best out of everything.

My fiancé and I inquired about Bali trips and they sent us a pdf file to choose a package from. We chose the 1190$ package. Funnily enough, they responded that it would be impossible to book a trip at such a low price! The price they themselves gave in the file! As if it was some sort of clickbait or something! My fiancé then asked about the possibility of customizing a trip with a budget of 1500$ per person but the unprofessional customer service rep decided to just ignore him altogether! 11 days later (and one bad review written by him later lol) they contacted him again!

I still haven’t gone on my trip, but so far I was really amazed and grateful for Islam, who was able to organize my customized trip for me and my family, with many changes and comparisons between hotels from my side. And me always changing my mind about the accommodations. Even though Me and my family kept changing the accommodations to choose he best he was always understanding and patient and did his best to make us all happy about the plans for the trip. I’m sure that we will have a lifetime trip.

Very professional travel agency They got me a uk visa without travel history , they wrote our application carefully and papers we should send i wish the trip wasn't canceled It wasn't their fault it was from uk that suddenly gives the visa in more than 2 months I booked the same hotel was in the trip it is very good and it's location is perfect Their prices is affordable and better than I booked Travista is trustworthy agency Thank you travista and special thanks to miss Nada

Worst travel agency ever! Very low communication skills and very disrespectful to the clients and their plans! Had to visit the office to get answers because of their horrible service! They ruined our vacation with their very bad planning! Will never deal with them again and will never recommend them to anyone! U HAVE TO KNOW THAT I WILL WRITE A HORRIBLE REVIEW ABOUT YOU EVERYWHERE!

Horrible customer service 48 hrs basically means one week and each time i don't get a customised trip i get a pdf of the flights and hotel bookings (bad hotels) only for an unreasonable price when i can literally search for them and book them in seconds myself not to mention the rude replies and nonchalant vibe you get NO THANK YOU …

Everything was easy, quick & perfect thanks to Ms. Nada Basiouny. Every detail I requested was perfectly considered (Hotel, Metro, Transfers, Supplier & Itineraries). Couldn’t have got through this trip at such short notice without such amazing help all along. Outstanding help & treatment to sum it up. Thank you for everything.
