I am deeply dismayed at the lack of human decency I experienced today September 27th 710-715pm. Urgently needed to use the washroom facility while walking back home from work. At that point it was the nearest place I go to,feeling that I would unable to hold my bladder. I asked permission with the receptionist but the doctor on duty rudely yelled and kicked me out. Pretty shocked at the treatment by that said doctor. In light speed I went over to subway who graciously let me use their facility. After thanking the people at Subway I went back back to the clinic inform them of the rude treatment. They were pretty unapologetic and gave me excuses. I understand that on private property, there is a technical validation to refuse usage but I am neither a vagrant or any other profiled characters that would deem me unsavory. I was smartly dressed, but nonetheless a person in distress requiring the washroom. Nothing may come of this and I doubt I will ever get an apology out of them but to those three women who made me leave, I am disappointed. What if In those minutes my bladder gave out? It would be highly embarrassing. FYI my family use go to that said clinic years ago. The staff then were kind. Present staff after my said incident, they lack the human decency. I would have thanked for kindness had they allowed me. Goes to show that unless you pay, you get treated like you're a guilty party. The only thing I am guilty of was not using my work washroom before I departed. Thank you to anyone who reads this post.

Went to this clinic for 2 months once a week because I was not feeling well. After going few times they start being rude or ignoring me. After 2 months being neglected I end up in ER with a deadly sepsis. I fought for my life for about a week in Critical Care with no food or even a drop of water allowed then transfer to a regular room for recovery and other procedures a little longer. I lost over 20 lbs in few weeks: my height 5.6 and 97 lbs. One month later I had to go for surgery. Couple months before this occurrence I attended their office due to inflammations on my leg and arm the size of an apple and the only thing they said "it's weird". One of their doctors cut the inflammation on my arm to see what's inside without any form of anesthetic just to say "it's weird" and left it open without stitches; in a couple days it got infected yellow to greenish. I clean it myself every day and kept taking the antibiotics she prescribed previously. I was new to Canada my English and knowledge about my rights were limited ,did't know anyone here. Now based on my education and experience I am confident if reported it will qualify not only as negligence but as malpractice. The star is because I cannot post otherwise, however I would not recommend this practice if you care about yourself or anyone. Take care and keep healthy!

Went to Dr to get a referral for a dermatologist. I understand fully her policy that my family doctor has to be the one to give a referral and that she cannot..... not disputing this at all but what got me really upset is that days ago when Iade this appointment and the secretary asked me the reason, I gave her a total in depth explanation of why I was coming and that I needed a referral for the spots on my face etc. She said ok and that the doctor will need to see these spots in person. I showed up for my appointment and waited for 30.lins to be told.by Dr singh immediately when I explained my problem that she cannot do it. I'm upset about the fact that they lure you in and book appointment knowing fully well what the reason for the visit is, charge your card to Ohio with no questions asked or problems, waste your time basically and then say they can't do the referral. It's not right...if you can't give the referral and you know ahead of time days in advance that this is the reason for the visit then you should cancel the appt and not take money drop Ohio for a visit for u to say you can't do it and waste peoples time to.come.in so u can charge an Ohio visit. Lack of morals here on this end but full.morals.on the other side that the family doctor has to write it!! Amazing. Nerissa Samai

***Please do not go to this walk in clinic if you can avoid it.*** I went to this walk in clinic today because I wanted to get some blood work done and also a referral from the doctor. I thought it would be a good fit since I live right down the street. Boy, was I wrong. When I walked in, there was no one there, which was a pleasant surprise since I'm generally used to waiting to see a doctor. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant and the facility itself was clean. I went into one of the waiting rooms and the female doctor on staff there came in shortly after. Let me just be clear. Im not sure if she was having a bad day or whatnot but she was the most rude and impersonable doctor I have ever encountered. She gave me attitude from the get go and flat out refused to give me a referral after I explained my situation. I felt rushed and harassed and I left feeling highly embarassed and shocked at the treatment that I had recieved. Some people are truly not ment to deal with people, in my opinion. Trust me when I say that there are much better walk in clinics around. In fact, the one across the street in the Oceans plaza has amazing doctors on staff and I have always felt welcome and my needs have always been attended to. I will not be coming back to this clinic ever again.

Dr. S phoned me back when I had chest pain/shortness of breath and asked me to pick up a referral for chest x-rays. I arrived at the clinic ten minutes later at 12:59pm and a receptionist asked me if I saw the sign on the door which states CLOSED 1PM TO 2PM. She told me to come back after 2pm. If I didn't ask her to go get the requisition form from the doc's office, I would've had to leave for an hour. She finally went to the back and brought me the form. She never apologized. I got x-rays done down the street right away. I phoned Dr. S a few hours later to get the results, and the receptionist confirmed that they have the report, but Dr. S cannot speak with the same patient twice in one day! It's Friday...so I have to wait until Monday for results when I can't sleep at night with lung crackles while taking short, painful breaths? I told her that I need meds today, and I have to know if I should go to a hospital before it gets worse or if it's safe to wait it out. She said that the doc can't give me results for another three days. Thank goodness another clinic prescribed me an antibiotic and inhaler that same evening!!

To start with, I've never seen a front desk staff twice at this office. They're undertrained doesn't know basic clerical work. They come up with lame reasons like ' I've been here for only 2 months ' , ' another staff forwarded the referral ' ... come on...it's all a team work. They failed to forward referrals for me both times and I had to pick the referrals in person to avoid delay. They keep saying referrals were faxed but do not have a ' fax sent ' confirmation on their system. I finally requested them to terminate our family file with them.The request is still halfway through after 2 weeks. My file was terminated but my husband's isn't. Atleast let go on our files that way we could try finding a better office . About the doctor , I was unhappy with Dr.Singh's treatment plans . At the end of my visits she would ask "what would you like me to do for you " ...like...I'm there to get an advice from you. If I could decide for myself on my health issues why would I come to a doctor!!! I was left inconclusive. Please don't waste your time going to this office .

This is my 1st time experience in visiting hospital/clinics in canada. And after my visit and blood works got call from doctor and went to the clinic again to collect my report and tablets prescription. My experience with the doctor was good but the reception lady asked for 1:50 $ to provide report and i said don't have my wallet and ready to pay via card and she was ready to use card machine but the lab lady jumped in and said they can't do for small amount and asked me to come next time which is not fair. They would have told that in call itself so that I would have bought coins with me. And I asked reception lady to give the report to read there itself as already doctor explained about the report. But she replied she is not authorized to show.

Overall, would give my family doctor Dr. Mala Singh a 5/5. She’s amazing and always accommodating to my spouse and myself. Giving this clinic a 5 star since it is open until 7 pm which helps me come after work without taking time off from work. The receptionist (Harmeet Kaur) is very prompt in picking up the phone or getting back within a couple of hours after leaving a voice message. The overall staff of the clinic is professional, kind, caring and compassionate. Dr. Mala always makes sure to answer questions in as much detail as possible and has been very reassuring. If I could give a no star I would . This place is all about the money.. they don’t care about ur health. They try to get u in so they can swip ur health card .. I will never go back here even thou is right Infront of my house ... I ask them for a record of the shots I took their and they told me 50 cents each .. I have no problem paying but they told me they can’t cause they never put it in the computer.. and that was 2 days ago . The doctors is upset because I told them I’m not coming back so they are refusing to give me my information. I will be going back tomorrow with the police

Horrible clinic. Went to get a prescription refill I have been taking for 2 years with reports to show for it and the doctor gave me a very difficult time. I was not able to go to my usual family doctor, and this clinic provided the worst healthcare service imagineable. Instead of lecturing patients and giving a difficult time, I suggest the doctors at this clinic to listen to their patients and provide adequate healthcare rather than having an egotistical attitude towards those seeking healthcare. I highly recommend others to seek out an alternative walk-in clinic.

She is a horrible physician. She has no idea of treating new born babies. Following her instructions, my baby's health got worse. My baby has a very common problem which is acid reflux. Babies with acid reflux shouldn't be over fed. She put us pressure and told us to feed more and more. This cause the issue worse. As first time parent, I didn't have clear idea and listened what doctor said. I suffer now for this. Please don't treat your baby with this doctor. Stay away.

Dr Singh is a very knowledgeable, patient and caring doctor. Always takes the time to listen to my concerns and cares with follow ups and the right treatment and advise. She gets to the root of the problem and is really passionate and caring as a doctor. I would suggest anyone to go if you want a great experience of a family doctor who cares and understands your health issues. Highly recommended gives the best care!!

Brings decades of experience, very professional and spend time to really hear the issues and concerns before advising the course of action. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. Dr. Saxena, Dr. Mala Singh, and the staff at this clinic are all amazing. They are very caring and professional. Recently, I was going to Dr. Saxena for a chronic issue. He has been very knowledgeful, supportive, and compassionate. He is very patient and never rushes an appointment. I feel very grateful for all the care I have received at this clinic.

Absolutely worst service in the history or service. Denied service to my 11 year old daughter because we did not have a physical card. Her mother has that and I had a picture of it. Her mother and I are separated and was unable to provide it. I had a picture. The receptionist (Priyanka) could barely speak English and was absolutely rude.

Always call ahead of time before you are coming, they are busy. Service is good. Dr. Mala Singh is good and attentive. But note she will not help you in all situations and ask you to see your family doctor or go to the hospital, which is not always a good idea.

Said to be walk-in clinic , but in a good gesture when we call them said they don’t have appointments! They should hire more staff rather then one lady who always says come tomorrow or day after tomorrow! Not satisfied. Dr Mala is nice and friendly

It’s not a walk in clinic. They didn’t open the doors for me. There is a number on the front door to call. The receptionist picked up and said that I should have called before coming. There was a no doctor on site to see me.

A few days back i did walk in. There was a girl named Nav. She was really helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to help me in every possible way. She made my visit comfortable and quick. Thanks Nav for service!

Dr Mala Singh is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to in Canada. If you come to see her, you’re wasting your time. You’re better off googling and treating yourself. Take my advice, and go to any other walk in clinic.

Very bad service. Wrong advertisement, it says walk-in but when you get there, they’ll say it’s only family. I asked why you advertise walk in clinic. They were ‘ohh it is what it is’!! Such a waste of time.

they wouldnt email my blood work reports. staff wasnt friendly. Doc barely gave me 2 min and for other medical problems she told me iam the best judge of my health and can act accordingly.

Dr Mala Singh is wonderful doctor never had any issues with her from last 6 years. She is very polite and always listen carefully.
