Ladies and gentlemen let me first off let you rest easy and say you have found the right company for your roofing needs. I had hail damage and some really bad soft spots on my roof that I was very worried about. Chris was super professional and did a great job of making me feel at ease about the whole situation. I knew it wasn’t his first rodeo. He dealt directly with my insurance who was trying to cover the least amount possible. Chris did all the legwork and got my entire roof replaced brand new with warranty. Compared to the insurance at first only going to do patchwork. I feel a lot more secure in my house with the brand new roof. Aside from it being a high quality job, it also looks beautiful. Chris and his crew got the entire job done in 2 days including cleanup. There was absolutely no nails or trash left behind. All they needed from me was a clear driveway for the trailer. 18 wheeler came and dropped off the materials and it was all work from there. Again this was very professionally done. I highly recommend twin hammers for your next roofing job. Let chris do the inspection for you and tell you straight. If you don’t need work he will tell you. I hope this review will help out some of you make your choice. Some other companies I felt were really cut and try with their customer service. Perhaps because they are larger and have more clients and just don’t really care. But with chris my wife and I felt like we were valued customers who he genuinely wanted to help out.

Honestly I really wanted an A1 company to do roofing for my house and i’ve been searching and searching and one day I saw them doing a house and i absolutely loved it. My wife was already getting on me to ask them if they would do our house and you know how wives are. So I went up to a respectful gentleman that really helped me out through the process and gave me the lay down. I was really impressed on how much thought goes into all this. I just wanted my roof done and they took care of me. They got done with my roof and at the end it felt like we were a family and not just some customers. My wife couldn’t believe it either and she made me double check everything even though they checked everything like more than 5 times, everything was perfect. You know how wives can be, she had me watching here and there but I knew they got this from how well they treated me from the get go, so when the wife wasn’t looking I booted up so good ol’ NFL. I highly recommend these guys!!

From start to finish this company was amazing! 1st they help us get approved by our ins company for a whole new roof when the insurance company was trying to play games with us. Our decking was so bad it was referred to as swiss cheese. When it was time to install the new roof we expected that it would take serval days if not longer to do. Let me tell you, the team that came out was on their A game. They started promptly at 7:30am with a crew of what seemed to be 10-12 men & women. Their time management, organization, teamwork, work ethic & cleanup we beyond anything I've seen. I would say the cleanup alone was worth bonus points. Our house is about 1500sq ft; they finished the decking and shingles all by 8:30pm. I honestly don't think there is another company that can do this good of a job! Update to original review. Mr. Sanchez told us during roof repairs that his company did other home repairs and we asked for an estimate to repair siding and he said he would send us the estimate the next week. We are now in May and my husband sent an email on April 21st. Crickets! He doesn't follow through. Which is why I have downgraded our score. First scheduled appointment was postponed due to an unforeseen circumstance. Received phone call from the owner the next day to reschedule and he along with some of his crew came out assessed needed repairs and began work the same day. Came back the next day to complete repairs and to check and insure that all areas of leaks were fixed. We highly recommend this company for any roof needs you may have. They are honest,thorough and very professional.

We are in the process of working with Twin Hammers on a roof replacement due to the current storms here in San Antonio. Thus far, and we will update this review once our project is complete, WE ARE IMPRESSED with the knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness of Chris at Twin Hammer's. We had a significant leak and Chris was out to tarp the roof within a day and he is excellent at prioritizing work and just putting homeowner's minds at ease. No one looks forward to a roof repair but if you go with Twin Hammer's the process will explained to you in terms you can understand and your stress level will be much less. We will update this review in the future as our job completes but we are SOLD ON TWIN HAMMERS!

I am thoroughly impressed with the work that Twin Hammers did. The new roof they put on is a huge improvement over the previous roof, but what really impressed was I called them a year a ago for storm damage repair and they honored their estimate a year later with no increase in the price quoted. They were as professional as can be. Daniel gave me a timeline of what to expect and when each part of the process would occur. Sure enough the workers followed through with the scheduling even coming an hour early to start setting up for the day. All in all I would recommend Twin Hammers to anyone. The are the best that I worked with in roofing by far.

After having an actual insurance representative "inspect" my roof, Daniel with Twin Hammers got the job done right! Daniel was hands on and inspected my roof and told me I had a hole in my roof. Insurance representative failed to disclosed but they were kind of enough to deny my claim. Long story short Twin Hammers crew came in early to start the job and were done by noon. The crew cleaned up nicely front and back of yard. The foreman on site was nice enough to also let me see my new roof via drone when done. My roof looks fantastic and durable. Definetly would recommend Twin Hammers Roofing and Construction to anyone!

I have nothing but great things to say about Twin Hammers Roofing! They responded to my inquiry about getting a roof inspection and were able to come out that same day and look at it. They explained the insurance claims process and have answered any questions I've had patiently and respectfully. Once the insurance was sorted, our roof was scheduled to be removed and replaced, which was done all in one day! After my roof suffered extensive damage due to hail and high winds a ton of roofing companies swarmed my Austin neighborhood to give me free estimates on roof replacements. After getting multiple bids (and dealing with some sketchy companies), we had our entire roof replaced by Twin Hammers. Not only were they very responsive and reliable, but they also went to bat for me with my insurance company and secured an entire (very damaged) roof replacement. The work is pretty solid and they were finished in much less time than I had anticipated. Highly recommend them for roof repair or replacement.

I wasn't on his schedule and he made time to come see my roof the same day I called the office. He gave me several options and price quotes with each option. I was referred to Christian from a friend. Christian did a great job explaining the process and helping me determine if I should go through insurance or pay out pocket. Ultimately I filed a claim and it was the best decision. Christian helped every step of the way and was responsive to my calls and emails. On the day of work, Christian had like 6-8 workers (replaced sheathing) and they even showed up earlier than expected. We had such a fantastic experience with Twin Hammers! Daniel Slater helped us so much by doing an initial inspection of our roof then met with our insurance adjuster to get our roof claim approved. This is the most amazing company I have ever encountered! Christian and his team replaced the entire roof of my mother's house in 8 hours. They did this after my mother's house was completely destroyed by a crook contractor. The twin hammers team was so kind and respectful. They worked hard, did an amazing job and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I will be forever grateful to them for their hard work and the beautiful roof they left my family with.

Came and did a free inspection and assisted me with submitting a claim to my insurance. They were also present when the adjuster came to look at the roof to advise of any questions I might not know of. Once my claim was approved they came out the next day and replaced my entire roof within that same day! We had some roof damage a few months back. We called a number of roofing companies and decided to go with twin hammers because of the timely response for a free estimate and the customer service that the owner provided. He educated me on what was going to be done and worked with my insurance company to get my roof completely replaced as well as my fence at the house. Chris was great! He was able to come out very quickly to assess (and repair) a couple roof leaks from all the recent storms. Was very reasonable and only charged his minimum repair fee. Thanks Chris! Only one minor ding to a perfect score. I think they've been very busy lately (great for business!). Been difficult to see about getting a quote on more roofing work. It's hard to find honest, reputable workers so hoping to eventually get back in contact.

Made a request online for an estimate, within a hour and a half, I received a call to gather some more information and they had someone out 30 minutes later. They inspected our roof (after another company a few days ago, stated they did not find anything), within a matter of minutes of being on the roof, he was able to find the issue. They were super friendly and super professional. They have earned our future business.

Called this company after a different company I was going to go with didn't show up for a scheduled repair twice. The company sent Rich out within 2 hours to inspect and give me a quote for a hole in the roof repair. The quote was well within my range and Rich completed the work that same day. Had Chris come and look at our roof. He said we had hail damage. Chris meet with the insurance adjuster after we were told there was no hail damage and got them to pay for all the repair. Great service.
