Accomplished almost everything by email, but had to provide a wet signature. My preferred time was available, and the employee had everything ready so I was in and out in <5 minutes.
Having business with this bank is the worst experience. Would not recommend anyone to keep accounts at US BANK. 1. Online service - no stars 2. Professional assistance - no stars
My bank was bought out by US Bank. The transition to new accounts was seamless, and communication more than adequate. New ATM card worked, web site easy to navigate.
Happy to find this branch open after my previous location closed. Fast & helpful service. I enjoyed my banking experience today. Thank you.
