Avoid at all costs! Take the time to drive to a different branch or you will be spending that time in line watching a competent people waste people's time before they waste yours. I have the displeasure of trying to cash him money order, the person who helped me did not understand the process. They got their manager who did not understand the process either or clarify my desires with the money order which was to turn it back into Cash. They stamped the money order with the US Bank stamp and told me to go back to the place that generated the money order I went all the way back to that place they told me they couldn't take it if it had been stamped by a banking Institution. Genuinely wasted 2 hours of my day when I needed to get this done as fast as I could to save my job. Xander was the only person who seemed to take the time and care to figure things out with me everyone else just wanted to shout policies and waste my time. At no point did the first person that I interacted with clarify why I had visited US Bank or ask how they can help they just made an assumption wasted my time and nearly cost me $500. I couldn't be more disappointed, I will be shifting my finances somewhere else as soon as possible

I took my sister to do some banking and I decided to do mine at the same time. There was a line but it went smoothly. She did hers first and I did mine. The employee at the window was very polite and professional. She did what I needed quickly and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. She thanked us for coming in and wished us a good day as we did for her. I remember her beautiful smile and told her it was as well which made her smile even bigger. We are so grateful this branch it back open. There are times we just need to come in and do our banking. The phone app can be frustrating at times. Especially now when it won't let me use it unless I update it!

I just moved into state and started banking at this location I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of their workers. In the drive to actually help people financially. Crystal Perez has been nothing but helpful towards me and is very sweet girl. Recommend this spot

This bank has the quickest turn over of employees and there is a specific teller at this branch currently who is so rude I called her out on it and she still didn't change. No wonder I switched to a different bank to do a majority of my business.

Lol still closed and still not updated on google after over a month. Cost money to get there and learn that they don’t want to assist me with my money. Don’t apologize like the last review - just update it!

This was the 4th US Bank location I went to were their change machine is down. Returned the following day and machine was repaired. I guess everything breaks down eventually.

Branch is closed. They could easily indicate that here on Google. But they would rather waste your time I guess.
