I went to Study Abroad 101 and an appointment with an advisor. They basically told me the same things. The advisor didn't ask any questions, just went on and on about what I already knew from the study abroad 101 session. Study abroad 101 would have been helpful if I knew nothing about studying abroad, but since I had done my own research, I didn't learn much new stuff there.
People are nice but Really found it hard to get real help from this place, had to do everything on my own for my exchange
