I’ve dealt with Ian regarding an insurance matter that was pretty important and needed to be handled immediately. He was able to quickly discern what the issue was and identify a solution. Because a number of different companies were involved, it seemed mildly complicated to me, but he was able to explain clearly exactly what steps needed to be taken to resolve the problem and how he would proceed to handle this issue. I was impressed with the professionalism and the expediency in which he handled this. He called me back within the hour to give me an update after he had contacted the other parties. He also emailed me so that I was comfortable with what was going on. All in all this was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I felt secure that Ian was doing what needed to be done to take care of my interests. Ian was knowledgeable, very quick in handling the matter and true to his word with providing feedback to me and quite professional in the service he provided. I would highly recommend UG INSURANCE BROKERAGE.

They were given my new policy card and proof of selling vehicle. Yet they didn't properly canceled my insurance. I was never told that returning plate would fulfill the cancelation. Also stay away from Liberty Mutual. They will always throw you under the bus. They will always tell you the half thing so that you could mess it up in order to blame you. My vehicle was sold two months ago and today I had to pay 406 just because they didn't cancel my policy. If a customer isn't doing their part you follow up with them instead of letting them to do the mistakes to get the extra money.
