My three nieces and I are on vacation here in Phx which I do not know any kids for them to play with for two weeks. The outside playground are too hot for them to play. I decided to buy membership where we can come here everyday for couple hours to burn their energy as they are 7, 5 and 2 years old with bountiful energy. It was best decision as the girls learned how to make friends, learn new stuff especially 2 years old actually learned how to play volleyball. The staff here are really awesome! 5 years old was sad that she cannot play with her older sister, one female staff actually convinced older sister to let her join with new friends and the staff also joined them to play with which I really appreciate that. Parents are really friendly and place are very clean. I definitely recommend this place! The place have television and plentiful comfortable chairs to chill while kids play and FREE WiFi! This place will always be memorable summer for the girls!

So we have visited every uptown jungle in the Phoenix area and surrounding cities and this one was by far the most disappointing… There are no trampolines, and it is not very well lit. The balls in the Tot area (5 and under) were black and brown with gunk and dirt. The kids are climbing up the slides closest to the exit and not being told by staff to use them properly, which also blocks other kids from coming down safely. These slides are directly across from the staffs area and within view of them constantly so it is purely not being willing to do their jobs… During the “basketball tournament” the staff was on her phone and texting…There was fecal matter in the sink of the bathroom, which was very disgusting and unacceptable… We will simply continue visiting the Chandler, Peoria, and Mesa locations. For future customers sake I would recommend remedying these issues as they are health, safety, and sanitation risks.

First time visiting, and my sons (1 & 3), both had a great time. Great place to escape the Phoenix summer temps and burn some energy. We arrived a little after 9 am, during toddler time which was nice and calm. When older kids showed up around 10:30 am, things got a bit more rowdy. But I guess that is to be expected, but something to keep in mind if you have little ones. Only complaint was that I called the evening before to clarify the discounted fees for toddler hours, I was told on the phone I’d receive the discount and 2 hrs of play time, as long as I showed up before 10:00 am. But that wasn’t the case. Not a huge deal, but I think it’s important for all employees to know the rules and details. The two employees who helped us get checked in were very helpful and friendly. Also, the bathrooms were clean and my boys socks weren’t black from dirt, so I think they do a good job wiping stuff down!

Booked this place for my sons 5th birthday party and it was amazing from start to finish! I wanted to order extra pizza to make sure the adults had food and Jonathan helped me figure out how much food I needed without overspending. The party host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. All I had to do was show up with a cake! There’s so much for the kids to do and they all had a blast! We have been to the Chandler location a few times, but this was our first time at this location and I definitely prefer this one. None of the other parents had been there before and all made comments about how great it is for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place to bring kids to play and/or book a birthday party. It was the easiest birthday party I’ve ever thrown! Big thanks to all the employees for making my sons birthday party so much fun!

2 hours to myself reading while the kids ran out energy We used our Get Out pass for the second time to take the kids To Uptown Jungle for 2 hours. We took a friend and thanks to Groupon only paid $7 for her. (Unsure how long that lasts, but it made it over 50% off). Adults can play too. Everyone must wear grip socks. Bring your own or they sell them for $5.50. This is a smaller one of the indoor play parks But still perfect enough to keep kids busy for two hours. I also like it being smaller so that I don't feel like i'm constantly searching for the kids and I can sit and relax and read without worry. There are six locations here in the valley, and both the Groupon and Get Out Pass are good for any of them. This place is great for kids 13 and under. Took mine 9-year-old and 3-year-old and they had a blast. It's one of the smaller size uptown jungles that we have been to. This one does not have trampolines. It does have huge jungle gyms that kept the kids entertained for 2 hours. There is definitely a lot for them to do within the jungle Jim's that they have. Like I said awesome place for kids under 13 because it's so filled with so many different activities within their jungle gyms. Do not come if you're expecting trampolines they do not have those here. Also if you have kids older than 13 I don't think they will enjoy this it's definitely geared more towards the little guys. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They do sell snacks and drinks.

I took my 9 year old granddaughter and teenagers for her bday. Had I known 2 of the pictures from the website were from a different location, I would have chosen one of those, as the teens were very disappointed that the climbing wall and trampolines (and rings, and longer mini zip run) pictured on the phoenix website were not there. So it was a mixed bag. My granddaughter (9) had a lot of fun. And for a group in her age, this location would be fine. I would definitely go to a different location for the older kids, though, or even a different venue, as they were disappointed and bored. The folks were very nice and I had no complaints service wise. Just be aware some of the pictures are not from this location.

Lots of fun here today for a birthday party! It was a little disorganized trying to get checked in when walking in. The play area itself is also on the smaller side. But overall lots of fun for our almost 2 year old! There is an area designated for babies to 5 year old kiddos. There is an area where you can bounce on inflated tarps and shoot basketball with dodgeballs. The only issue I really had was that these were not inflated. I would bounce and I would hit the ground underneath hard. Also extremely humid and hot in the building. Great place to wear out the kiddos and get them some exercise (including us parents!) but probably won't come back to this specific location.

PEP Solar had an event at Uptown Jungle and they even have a large venue that can be rented. We received the full tour of the facilities and the amenities are just incredible. Everything about safety and fun was thought out. What we really liked is all the soft wraps on everything so kids are not hurt if they fall. The traditional parks are just too hot to use 8 months out of the year in Phoenix and some are just down right dangerous. This is a great way to play. I met Jonathan Ridge the General Manager and he is just a completely passionate about Uptown Jungle. PEP Solar recommends checking it out - you'll be pleased and your kids very very happy. It's really cool.

You have to pay for $3 socks I’m not sure you have to bring your own at this location but apparently grip socks are really important. They have their junk food exposed and not secured my 3 year old daughter grabbed an ice cream bar and the employee was so unprofessional about it and took it very personal believing our intentions was to steal it demanding us to pay for it immediately and or he was going to force us to leave. He could’ve been more kind. The gym itself didn’t have a lot to offer there’s just tunnels and slides and one trampoline . I wouldn’t go back.

Uptown Jungle is a great place to bring young children. We visited later afternoon on a Friday and there really weren't many families. In fact, towards the end it was actually just my child and 3 others. Not sure if the busyness is always like that during the weekdays, but I thought it was quite nice having full range to do everything. Adults are allowed to play on the gym, and there's plenty of room to do so. There's an obstacle course towards the back that was really fun to do. I definitely recommend this place.

This place was fun I will say adults do not keep a very good eye on there kids they just sit on there phones or talk to other adults I feel there should be more restrictions on keeping a closer eye on your kids. This is coming from a mom that took her 2 year old son here and a little girl came up to us asking me inappropriate questions also pushed my 2 year old down not hard but still pushed him down she was about 8? I don't know I just feel adults should accompany there kids .

My grandchildren came to visit and wanted to go to a play center while they were here. We took them to a couple of different ones already but wanted to try this place out as well. Lynette at the desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, friendly and helpful. The kids had so much fun playing on the slides and climbing through the towers and obstacle courses. This was a little ways from where we lived but it wasn’t busy and the kids enjoyed themselves.

We had a small birthday party here for my 6-year-old. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The kids (ages 3-12) all had fun. The location was clean, check-in easy, and no nickel and diming with costs. Exceptional service. Thank you Kevin! Thank you Bev! They had a special event the night of the party— Nerf! They set up the event it in such a way that everyone was safe, and they all still had fun. Lots of fun. They also have Groupons sometimes!

Boring for kids. This doesnt even compare to the other Uptown Jungles, there is not one trampoline and is not a location that I would ever go back to again. Location is not good, not a great part of town, parking is terrible and just not enough to keep the kids entertained. Price to get in is the same as the other locations but just not as fun or enough to do...sad, I do love some of the other locations though

We are visiting from Michigan and taking a break from the heat. This is the place to go for sure! The staff was beyond friendly, the play structures were full of fun slides, climbing, ball shooters and they do little events for the tot time like baby shark came out and danced, parachute, and all for under $16 for 2 hours. My 4 year old granddaughter is having a blast! Highly recommend!

I took the kids and celebrated my 3 year old birthday festivities here to keep the kids active lol. Kevin and the staff was superb!! They got us in around 4 ish and met expectations with them being closed at 7PM. I wished it stay opened a bit later but the kids definitely had a blast this will be our go to spot. Highly recommend for kid friendly places infants to 8-10 years old.

I took my daughter here Friday to celebrate her bday. And the staff was amazing! They were very polite and attentive to the guests. I appreciate their hard work and their friendly service. I actually chose this location by accident, but I’m glad because we had a much better time then we expected. We will be back for more fun! Thank you to all the staff. You guys are awesome!!!!

This location is a little smaller than the others, but as a parent I kind of liked that. Much easier to keep track of everyone. It was extremely affordable and they always have Groupons. Also, we were allowed to bring and where our own grippy socks. Not like other gyms that make you buy theirs. I really appreciate that. Very affordable for parents. We had a great time.

It was good, place was clean. I'm glad we came early, because when the bigger kids started to come, they were stepping on my 3 year old granddaughters hands. Rainy day, off from school, kids were all full of energy. They had a great time and tired themselves out. We just left earlier than we normally would have. Staff was super friendly.

This is a small location with plenty to do!! 120 minutes is easily gone quickly. Many new friends to be had here as well, along with friends we know. We went ahead and joined the Membership, great place to let off steam and get the wiggles out after school or anytime really!! Plus you can use any Uptown across the USA!! GREAT DEAL!!!!!

This place just lost my business indefinitely because I’m not allowed to be in the building with an UNLIT Marlboro cigarette in my position. Ruined my children’s evening. I’ll never return because of the discrimination I endured from the nasty women at the front desk. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional display of personal attack.

Well kids shouldn't be staff members alone. Also the big slide right when you walk in threw me and my two year old in the air. He hit his head and had a bump and bleed. Not sure what's wrong with that slide but that definitely shouldn't have happened. I'm 240 I shouldn't be in the air at all. This just made my visit bad

Brought my 17 month old granddaughter. The toddler area was minimal but do note the slide in that area, in my opinion is too fast for that age group. Also, someone was doing maintenance to some of the structures in the bigger area and left tools unattended. My granddaughter picked up a pair of pliers, not smart at all.

I have contacted this company three times about canceling my membership, which I can no longer use because I do not live near there. This is two months that I have now paid for the membership. And again I have called and get a voicemail. I would not sign up with his company unless you want your money taken from you.

My two young kids love this place. There is a lot to do and keep them entertained for a good hour, if not longer. Some of the other kids can be a tad crazy, but we’ll get that everywhere. The staff is fun and always have smiles on their faces. The place is always clean. The environment is always fun and enjoyable.

This Uptown Jungle is considerably smaller than the others. Perfect for younger children up to age 8 in my opinion. The place was clean and mostly crowded (we came on a Sunday) before 1ish. As the bday parties and younger kids leave for nap times. They didn't seem to call out wrist band colors for time limits.

We have been here for couple of times now. The place is super clean. My little guy loves it. Their prices is amazing also. Their staff KiKi and Matt was so wonderful with the kids. I love how well they both really interact and included the kids in all the activities. We will definitely come back here again!!!

This is a smaller one when compared to the one they have in peoria. They do not have a trampoline section or a rock climbing wall. Came here for a birthday party and the pizza was average. The staff was courteous and always smiling. The place was kept clean all the time and the bathrooms were clean.

A great indoor amusement park for kids to beat the summer heat. Lots of seating for the parents to relax while they play. Clean facility with very kind staff. I highly recommend enjoying a few hours here in the air conditioning. Lots of space for the kids to play. My son loved the obstacle course.

Fun place and reasonably priced. Keep in mind this location is much smaller than most play places. Appreciated that parents play was half price as there are only a few things parents can really do. At the end of the day, mission accomplished. My kiddo had fun and worked out some energy!

My 10 year old loves coming here everytime we visit from California. He is 10 and still loves all the activities provided. Always meets new friends and lots to keep him busy. Lots of sitting areas for adults, snacks and drinks available for purchase. Staff is always friendly.

They make planning a kids party easy breezy and fun! We were able to rent out a room for an hour or two and they helped to coordinate everything with pizza and cake. Really helped and took stress out of it. The kids ran around and loved it! They also have party bag options!

It's a good, clean, safe, indoor space for the kids. It's well run and maintained. We took our two-year-old and seven-year-old grandchildren here, and they loved it. And as an added bonus, we got the the best workout of our lives - on we are still recuperating from....

This was my second visit. Very concerned about security. Looks like anybody can walk out with any child. Nobody checks anything. Very scary and unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy and reeked of urine. No paper towels. Gross. The staff was indifferent and incompetent.

I love this location specifically because it's a lot easier to find where your kiddo is. It may come off as a smaller area but there's still a lot of amazing activities! It's easier to find your kid because the gym has a 360 view from the outside

Great place for kids of all ages! Our 2 year old loves running around the whole park. There were kids of all ages and everyone was enjoying themselves! The staff was very helpful with all of our questions and greeted the kids as they came in.

My son ask me to visit this place and I decided to take him here. The place is good and has a lot of activities for the kids. He had a lot of fun with the other kids. The place is also clean. I’ll be sure that we will visit this place again.

The area is clean and staff is friendly but definitely would recommend this place for maybe 8 and younger. Bought the 2 hour pass for my 9 year old and they were really only kept busy with the big jungle gym. Also when we went there were

ALL the uptown jungle location are amazing! This one was especially busy (lots of kids and lots of adults), but everyone was considerste and EVERYONE seemed to have a great time. My grandkids LOVE Uptown Jungle and as a results I do too!

The customer service here is Fantastic. The entire staff is friendly and go out of there way to assist. This is our first time at this location and it is right on par with the others. I would recommend it for young children.

Good for little tiny ones, but it doesn't have the nice big climbing walls or the trampoline basketball courts that the Mesa location has. If you have kids that are 3rd grade or bigger, the Mesa location is a better choice.

Employees were nice, booked for the 8th by accident, I called they let me come today on the 7th like I intended, which was nice because I work tomorrow my son is barley two and very shy but he broke out of his shell

Very entertaining establishment, went with my girlfriend and her kids. Had a blast, apparently adults play for free, with kids they bring so that was surprising and easy on the wallet. 5 out of 5 experience

If you’re from out of town and looking for a fun place for kids I don’t recommend. The pictures were very deceiving. My kids are 8, 10, and 12 and were to old for most of the attractions here.

Horrible they would never answer the phone to book a party and when we showed up they would not let us take the cake inside plus half of the games don't work won't ever ne coming here again

It was fun and had enough variety for my children aged 6-12. I wish that there was a better view and seating so I could have been able to see more of the “jungle” insides from more angles.

This fun park is more physical activity oriented. No video games. The place is kept clean and the staff is friendly. If you have a party, then get it catered by Aioli’s burgers next door

Definitely a place I will be coming back to. The kids had an absolute blast, staff is super friendly and accommodating. I don't normally leave reviews, but this place deserves it.

My boys had a blast! Great staff and lots of activities for the kiddos. Nice price too. No food here but they have snacks. Theres a nice burger joint right next door just in case.

New location for our favorite Uptown Jungle! FYI there are no trampolines here or the typical high climbing walls that you find at the other Phoenix area Uptown Jungle locations.

This is a small location that is missing many of the attractions, even tho they are pictured in the photo gallery. There is not a large climbing wall or any trampolines.

Yvette is a gem in this work place she's very helpful friendly and nice. We just stayed for and hour and half but my kids had so much fun. Many things to do by the way.

Absolutely ridiculous to close the entire place down for a birthday party. Maybe during the week if it’s big enough but on a weekend, come on!

This location is not as good as the Peoria location, however my God daughter still had a great time and the customer service was good as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and understanding of scared kids during zombie night and parents had fun running around with their kids.
