For starters, I have to make clear that UR Spa is a haven of tranquility and rejuvenation that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance exuded a serene and calming atmosphere. The interior design seamlessly blended modern aesthetics with traditional elements, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming environment. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, and their professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for an exceptional spa experience. The facilities are top-notch, the changing rooms are well-appointed, equipped with luxurious amenities, and maintained impeccably. The relaxation lounge provided a serene space to unwind before and after the treatment, offering herbal teas and refreshing infused water. What sets them apart is its attention to detail and commitment to holistic well-being. The spa incorporates elements of traditional Malaysian healing practices, adding a unique cultural touch to the experience. While they may be on the higher end in terms of pricing when compared to other local spa, but the quality of service and the overall experience make it worth every penny. Whether you're a weary traveler seeking respite or a local resident looking for a pampering escape, this truly is a gem that promises a rejuvenating journey for the mind, body, and soul.

Checked in the hotel and decided to give a try for this spa as I’ve been on a road trip for a while, could use some TLC. Went directly there to ask for slot availabilities and the staff mentioned I could have a slot as early as 5.30 pm (it was 5pm at that time). Was quite surprised they allowed adhoc/walk-ins but I surely wasn’t complaining. At 5.30pm, I was introduced to Wendy, and she brought me to the room to start the session (I asked for deep tissue massage). Not much explanation provided, she only spoke to me three times to ask for; 1) area to focus (2) whether the pressure was sufficient (3) temperature. I’m not sure what kind of explanation provided to the other customers as stated in other reviews, but I wouldn’t count these three questions as explanation or even sufficient to be called as interaction. Whilst the massage was mediocre at best, the environment was almost certainly lacking in terms of warmth and hospitality. My best advice to this spa: please do not accept walk-ins if you can’t provide sufficient treatment and services which consequently resulting in the waste of someone else’s money. To other potential customers: you might have better luck if you book early or if you are served by a different member of staff.

My massage therapist, Nurul, deserves special praise for her incredible skills and attention to detail. She tailored the massage to perfection, focusing on areas of tension and providing a truly therapeutic experience. Nurul's expertise and soothing touch made the entire session truly delightful. The facilities were impeccable, and the spa's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout. I highly recommend UR Spa to anyone in search of an oasis of relaxation and top-notch service.

UR SPA was AMAZING! My body is quite sensitive and I often find myself unable to fully enjoy massages, and without ending up with bodyaches the next few days - so this is the first time I can really relax and even fell asleep during the massage, the pressure is just right. The room temperature was perfect, which is remarkable to me and my partner as we usually have opposite preference when it comes to that (he likes the cold, I don’t). There is a shower and a toilet within the room so that’s extra convenient. Our masseuses, Wendy and Nurul were very friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the tea selections after the massage as well. You HAVE to try UR SPA, definitely recommending this place to everyone!

Opted for the Pro Sleep Massage as was intrigued with the 3 senses description. Really relaxing. Every touch and strokes are gentle but intentional, melting you to the heated massage bed. I am one who used to deep tissue massage to relieve knots, this truly relaxes me. I loved this experience as it awakens your senses, then eventually you'll weave into slumberland. If you're really ticklish and squirmish, this may not be for you. Masseuse knows there's knots in my body and tackled those briefly once we wrap up our session. Suggested for muscle fatigue their signature Dusun massage can be the relief. Love the ambience and amenities. Will be back for more in future.

I visited UR Spa for a 60 mins - Dusun Inan Body Therapy. My experience there was amazing. The place looks great, and the atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. My entire experience from the start at the reception with Nisa to my massage session with Wendy was very smooth. The massage itself was well done and made me feel much better and lighter. I had back and shoulder pain/discomfort, however, Wendy did a great job working on these muscles and i just feel relieved now. I would come back again and will recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a great massage experience.

First visit to UR spa and I tried the urutan Malaysia and my massage therapist was Ms Wendy. She was very friendly and she explained what is she going to do for the 90 minutes session and asked if I have any area needed to be focused on I chose head and neck to release tension. After the session my full body felt so relaxed and comfortable. I also felt like having a nap to rest. The spa room also comes with en-suite shower and toilet so I get to shower after the massage and refreshed all in privacy. Your choice of tea was served before you leave. Overall a splendid experience!

This was my first time using the UR Spa at The RuMa Hotel. I had the UR a Warrior (90min) package consisting of a body scrub, massage and foot reflexology. Elvina was wonderful throughout and it was just what I needed after a day sat at my desk! The treatment room was beautifully decorated and the attached bathroom with shower and secure storage had everything you might need including bath robe, slippers, hair dryer, hair brush etc. The delicious pot of cherry blossom tea afterwards was a lovely way to finish a relaxing session.

Been to UR Spa a few times and every time it’s been wonderful. I did the Dusun Inan massage and my masseuse Evlina customised it to my needs. I feel fantastic now and so relaxed, just as I do every time I have a massage here! The decor and ambience at the spa is so lovely as well—really recommend if you’re looking for a bit of R&R in the city. I will say that the face hole in the massage bed is a little too small, but that might just be my big head lol! Nothing a bit of extra cushioning couldn’t fix.

I had the Dusun Inan Body Therapy with Maizun and it was a very relaxing and satisfying experience. Prior to the massage she asked if i want her to focus on any body parts, and yes i informed that it'll be my shoulder and neck area. And she really knows which spot to focus on, which is really my problematic tensed shoulder part. And i can feel that this massage focuses more on massaging the lymphatic system to drain away the toxins so that definitely demonstrate the masseuse's experience.

Therapist: Evlina Dusun Inan 90 Mins One of the best massage experience I've had, different than the Thai massages that I usually get. Full on aroma therapy. It awakens the senses and the body. Very professional, highly recommended. Therapist: Hidayah Warming Back Neck Shoulder 30 Mins Again surprised at how thorough the treatment is even tho it's an express session. Hidayah has great sense of knowing where the problematic areas are and focuses on them without me telling her.

Friendly receptionists, good ambience, but my 5 stars rating is mostly for the massage session alone. Florence my masseuse for today, did such a wonderful job. Has to be one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. She really focuses on muscles and joints, so her massage was not painful at all, unlike most massage parlours I’ve been to. The pressure was perfect. And her upper back / shoulder massage was the highlight of the session. Keep up the good work.

It’s my second time here. The staff at the welcome desk are welcoming and friendly. Both times I’ve received the dusun inan massage. The massage is extremely focused with the small details and is so relaxing. The massage isn’t like any other massage and is unique in its own way. I had a beautiful UR A Warrior treatment, the skin regimen facial and a rejuvenating scalp treatment and massage all from Evline. The massage was perfectly firm but relaxing, getting into all of my knots and leaving me feeling relaxed and wanting more. I booked in straight away for the next day! The spa is a relaxing sanctuary and the tea before and after treatments was a lovely touch.

I went for the therapeutic massage which is a type of deep tissue massage. My masseuse, Mai was really competent in handling me! She knew all the right pressure points and gave helpful suggestions and tips on how to treat my sore areas. My body felt so good after!! Overall the place, service and experience is too notch!! I came with a stiff shoulder due to long term bad posture etc (i really cant turn my head, it was literally locked!) I did not expect to be able to turn my head right after the massage?!! the experience at the spa was amazing. i did a facial and foot treatment with evlina, 2 hours in total. it was super professional, the spa has a great calming atmosphere, is super clean, the staff friendly and you can really settle in before and calm down after the treatment with a cup of tea.
