If I could give 10 stars to the salon I totally would! Dani is a queen! I came in as a walk in practically crying because I went to a hair stylist I knew and trusted with my hair to get blonde highlights. About 20 minutes into her applying foils I notice the stylist was bleaching my roots. I made her stop to tell her this wasn’t what I wanted but she proceeded to tell me after she tones it it’ll be the color I want. My hair came out GOLD. Not blonde it was gold like she didn’t even tone it to begin with. I was so upset she did not offer to fix it or tone it again at that time instead she told me to come back in two weeks so she could fix it knowing I came to get my hair done for a special event happening in a few days. At that point I had zero trust in her left and decided right then I would NEVER come back. I drove to ulta and asked dani if she could help me. With her schedule FULL she somehow got me in and fixed my hair enough to where I can attend the party (it was that damaged and it was 3 different shades of Gold/orangey blonde) without feeling embarrassed. The stylist that did my hair first fried my hair to the point that my ends were white and my hair was so dry. Dani offered a game plan to getting my hair back on track and calmed me down. She talked me through everything and really created a bond. She gave me suggestions of products that would help with my hair and even showed me how to apply it. Dani really took her time and it’s crazy because she didn’t even have that much to spare! I happily paid for my hair the two products she suggested AND rebooked! I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you so much for helping out! I’m satisfied and feel a lot more confident than how I felt walking out the first salon. These pictures don’t do enough justice but you can tell the difference. My hair was not styled. There was no time and it also didn’t need any heat applied to it considering what it’s been through.

First off. I’ve had my hair done here before. Shout to Carla! She’s amazing at what she does. This review is for the front store. Today I went in to purchase a few products just after getting a pedicure. I needed some makeup and skincare. I honestly just felt like spending money. Well I get in. I’m walking around the higher end beauty specifically looking for liquid blush. She asked if I was finding everything okay. I said yes and kept moving. The associates clearly roam around like sharks watching your every move. When I actually needed help they weren’t there. But when I didn’t they were watching me like prey. I then go over to the lower end makeup and I’m looking for again liquid blush and lip liner. There’s a man wearing a black hoodie with his hood up and black cut off shorts with blonde hair. He passed me a few times about the third time I started feeling weirded out. I look up from the morphe section to see him in the NYX section looking at me and we made eye contact. Why is a man in the makeup aisle not testing or looking at the makeup? Awkward…He passes me again , I ask “do you work here”. he says no and goes to make a “purchase” I think it’s loss prevention but I have never felt so uncomfortable and racially profiled like that before. I had a small crossover bag and a store basket I was putting my things in. I think one girl helped me find a product but after that I was clearly being followed. I won’t be coming back here. I spent about $75+ here and didn’t feel good about it. I wanted to put the products back from how uncomfortable I felt. Read the rest of the reviews it’s clearly not me they have a problem with BLACK customers and treat you like a thie when you step in.

Upon arrival with my wife, Lupe the store manager started following us like we were shoplifting. I tried to diffuse the situation by asking a question about how was their Black Friday and holidays season was going. I wish I didn’t, her approach make me go back to hight school times, this lady really has an aptitude. You can tell by her tone how demeaning she was. I don’t know if was the fact that I’m a Hispanic was the trigger that resulted in her aptitude. Maybe Mrs. Lupe hasn’t realized that in todays world Hispanic people can go to school and even college and earn a college degree, reading the previous reviews it seems like the store manager has a serious problem profiling Hispanic customers, and Ulta has done nothing but embrease this behavior by not holding her accountable. I don’t know if this company has realized maybe by using their sales/demographics reports that most of our neighbors are Hispanic heritage. Honestly, as an resident on the area and I won’t never visit this location or any Ulta location. I rather to drive to The Shops at Clearfork where Neiman Marcus is not shopping with my Hispanic wallet. It is outrageous to witness how a company allows their managers to harass certain customers base of their race. And don’t tell me this is an isolated incident because some other clients have complained about the same behavior coming from the store manager in this location. Next time, if you would like to visit this location remember their promotion “ try to buy anything and get a nice piece of sassiness courtesy of Mrs. Lupe the store manager totally free.” I hope with the new developments a competitor opens to have a decent option.

After waiting for a specific item to go on sale from their website, I purchased a styler for my stepdaughter with arrangements for it to be shipped to her home in the Midwest. Her home address is the ONLY shipping address listed on my Rewards account, along with my billing address for payment. Apparently after the item was processed, the delivery address was inadvertently switched to my HOME address, which is nowhere to be found on my account. 3 days later, her styler shows up at my house, so I was forced to ship the item to my stepdaughter via USPS at my own expense. (I had earned free shipping for the original delivery). Today I contacted ULTA Customer Service to request a $20 gift card (not enough to cover my out-of-pocket expenses to mail the item), based on either their system making a mistake or the person that processed the order. Neither the service tech or supervisor would admit that any mistake was made whatsoever and pin the blame on myself for using Apple Pay for the purchase, telling me that their software overrode the entire list of directives for the delivery. My response was that if that were the case, thousands of deliveries in the ULTA System would arrive at the incorrect location, which even the supervisor acknowledged does not happen. After telling me there was nothing more she could do, I then informed her that I would be canceling up my account and no longer doing business with them, which has been put into place. Responsible companies always take the bullet for mistakes that they make in order to grow business, which used to be previously known as “the customer is always right....”

This was one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had at an Ulta. I have been a regular at the location on Hulen but lately I haven't felt comfortable so I finally decided to make the trip up and I do not regret it, my loyalty is definitely at this store now. I got my eyebrows done at the Benefit counter and the brow lady, Carolina, was one of the most exceptional human beings I have ever met in my entire life. She made me feel like I was her #1 priority, definitely going back to get my brows done with her. Checkout was a breeze, the cashier was SO nice and even upsold me some things I definitely didn't need but had to get after she told me about them LOL! All in all, 100000000/10 recommend this location!

I walked in the store where no one greeted me. I stayed in the store maybe 20 minutes because I was looking for a particular brand of makeup. I tried to match the makeup myself and ended up making a mess and had to walk around the store to search for napkins. The store wasn’t busy at all and no one even offered to help. If you look at the camera footage around 8:10pm 12/21/21, you will notice I’m the only one in the store who clearly need assistance. I definitely will try a different location as I’ve never had these issues at the Hulen location. They weren’t even busy and nobody wanted to help me. I understand having a long day but I didn’t have a major issue that would have took up too much time.

This has happened every time I come. I frequently shop here at the Sierra Springs location and the PROFILING from the manager LUPE (Guadalupe) needs to be discussed. I went with me and my 2 sisters which we were greeted at the front like always. In the course of 25 minutes Lupe strategically placed herself to watch us from afar around 5 times. There were around 4 other customers in store at the same time. They were not followed or heavily watched like me and my sisters. Disguising profiling shoppers like your asking them for "help" more than 3x is very uncomfortable. Corporate needs to know about this too because this isn't her first bad review.

I received a broken perfume box from this store & brought back hoping to exchange. Kate who has a horrible attitude might I mention.. well she placed an order for the item and overcharged me. She refused to help and was rude when I explained the item was sold damaged. I asked for her name and she started talking back to me.. she sat there with an attitude and didn’t wanna help fix the issue. On the way out , she said goodbye twice using a smart mouth bratty tone.. why bother when you just were hateful to the customer? Even the manager above her didn’t care or help. Don’t hire brats. Won’t be back horrible service.

I'm so disgusted with what I heard today in this store. For one, this is my home store that I shop at quite frequently. As I was about to check out, there were 3 employers standing in the front where they usually greet you. I noticed three young black me about to walk in, and one of the employees said, "Here come the homeboys!" The others laughed. That is so unacceptable. Now im wondering what they say about me when I walk in this store. Ulta, you definitely need to handle your employees and let them know they can not stereotype people in this way at all.

I came in to return a gift my 10 year old daughter got for her birthday. Of course I didn't have a receipt because it was a gift. The 4 girls standing around at the cash registers said all they could offer me was a total of $2 for the 5 products I was returning. Usually, when it comes to good customer service, if you have a return without a receipt you can exchange for something else in the store. This wasn't the case at Ulta. I was awkwardly stared at by 4 employees and felt judged. I told them to just keep those products and I left.

Worst Customer Service I have ever witness was going to spend my gift card of a hundred dollars and after being ignored and the man up front with painted finger nails was the most inconsistent person I’ve ever been around. If I could give this location no stars I would. I put my items back and walked out. (Just go to another location!) this is the absolute worst Ulta I’ve ever been to. I was so excited to have a location close to the house but I’ll just go to the Hulen location from now on where they are friendly...

I recently had a disappointing experience at Ulta due to a manager whose behavior made my sister, boyfriend, and I uncomfortable. Throughout our visit, she consistently followed us and probably told her other workers on the floor to keep an eye on us. This made for an unwelcoming atmosphere, I think it was the manager she had braids and black attire. Corporate should address such issues to ensure a more pleasant shopping environment.

Love this Ulta! Everyone that works here is super sweet and very helpful. The manager Kate helped me pick out the perfect foundation. As I was having trouble while looking around she came up right away and ask if I needed any help. She was super sweet and was easy to have a conversation with. She does a great job and you can tell that she is passionate about her job! I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.

I went in the store on December 15, 2022 at the Sierra Spring Location in Fort Worth, Texas. The workers once again were racially profiling my child and I. So we put all the items back and went online and purchase from Juvia Place and Morphe. The good thing is that the online stores were having a 50% off sale. So Ulta lost money and a customer. They really should stop racially profiling their customers.

This is a review for Shea and Danni in the salon. These ladies are greaat at what they do, very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter and I have seen both ladies on multiple occasions and leave very happy each time. It is hard to find someone to trust with your hair, thankful to have this Ulta and salon close to our home. Thank you, Shea and Danni!

I've only been here a few times, but everyone has been nice. I went in today to buy some makeup, and Kate helped me so much! I honestly haven't bought makeup in forever, so I was clueless and she was so patient and nice. She made sure I had everything I needed and walked me through how to use it. It meant so much to me that she did that!!

Love curbside and register employees. However when shopping in store, found it very rude when I was browsing in an aisle and an employee forced her way through without saying excuse me or acknowledging me. She did it several times. Was an older female employee… it’s okay to be nice to younger people you know! lol

I love this Ulta!! Ladies are super friendly here and always help me with my coupons when I have issues. When I find sales online they guide to me to the product and add another recommendation when I ask. Also did an online pickup and did that flawlessly as well, they got it ready super fast.

Love this location! It's a hidden gem. Since its a new store and not many people know its there you and get an appointment fairly easy. Staff is friendly and professional. I got a cut from Dani, she was amazing. Listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I will definately be back.

The store is clean, tidy and organized in an attractive way. The employees are super sweet as well! There's an open Skin Bar in the back that's currently closed but I'm excited to see what they do with the setting.

carolina is the brow artist at this store and she is the best brow waxing experience i’ve had hands down. she’s very clean and makes you comfortable and she even put me on to some amazing benefit products. 10/10!
