The worse experience I have had with a insurance company had larry email me a quote yes he did email me back a quote about 3 days later I call him to talk to him about the quote the quote sounded nice so he finish taking my information after that he asked me for my payment I gave it to him now that was on Friday the 21st told me I'm going to start working on the policy about 1 hour later a got a email from larry with 2 papers scribbled up with mispelled info paper with one for me to sign never got an email back saying he received it or anything didn't get no tempory policy and type of paper work saying I got insurance I need the insurance to get license plates for a tow truck So by it being a Friday I waited a day to try to contact Larry when I did call a young lady answered the phone saying he was not there Then I ask her about my policy she told me to hold on so she can see what going on with the policy she came back to the phone saying they waiting on stone gate to send them the policy for something for them to sign and send back to them she assured me that Larry will call me once he get in the office never got that call at all and still havent got it now that Monday the 24 now Wednesday the 26 I get a policy in the mail at 3:10 pm now the policy got a different monthly payment that me and larry talked about and to top it OFF its saying I got to make my first monthly payment on the 15 of next month NOW HOW IS THAT when I just got a policy today which is the 26 I try to work with them but they wasn't trying to work with me talking about u got to pay the whole monthly bill when I only will have the policy today I'm at a stand still without the policy I call up to the office 5 different times asking for larry do you think he got on the phone NO Thats not professional at all I told them now I wanted to cancel my policy on Wednesday 26 the same day I received it because everything on the policy is false from what he told me and emailed me GUESS WHAT THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME A WEEK FOR A POLICY I NEVER HAD AT ALL me being me ask them why is u charging me for a week when I never got nothing from a email or nothing until today and how much is that She don't know WHAT TYPE OF BS IS THAT

I was with this company last year one year and one year only, I am going back to my old company this was a terrible company to work with three different people quoted me three different prices and I had to get a manager to approve the original price hardly anybody ever answers the phone there they say they're open till 6 when most auto insurance places are open much later but after 5 you can't get anybody to answer the phone. Sometimes it's just the manager answering the phone I wouldn't be surprised if this insurance company was run out of somebody's home, thank God I never had to report a claim this is a Mickey Mouse operation every time I had to call with a question or anything never did somebody pick up this is a ridiculous company. And I believe they were open on Saturday I think till noon or 1 please never never did anybody pick up this is a BS Insurance Company!!!!!!

I am very frustrated by my experience with Urban Insurance Agency! On back to back days I have been told both that I have an unpaid balance, and then told that I am "paid in full." I then received a notice of cancellation, but then have had emails sent to their general account that have never been responded to. In addition, they do not have a voicemail, so between that and their lack of response to emails, if one has a job that doesn't allow calls during business hours, it is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with them. I have been in a nearly month-long back and forth that is still unresolved. Urban Insurance Agency, if you get this message, PLEASE give me a call and respond to my emails.

They saved me $42 a month. My sister has had Urban auto for years. she told me to call them because they were less then other places- she was right. I thought I heard them wrong at first cause I thought I had a good rate already ( I checked out 5 places the last time) but I was like no way- they are going to be cheaper, but they were. $42 less each payment. They asked me the obvious questions, but unlike other places I called, they did not ask me for my SS# They said they don't check my credit score. The whole thing took like 5 minutes, they answered my questions and I had the policy in email in box in a flash.

I have been with Urban Insurance Agency for many years. Most of my experiences have been pleasant. We must remember that they are people just like we are and although we expect them to be perfect all of the time, they are not and that is not realistic to expect that. With that being said I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality insurance. Sharon has always been there to answer any questions or concerns i have and i almost feel like she is family because she took the time to know me which makes me feels special every-time i call.

I walked into this location because I've heard great reviews and heard of great prices for insurance with great coverage and had spoken to Reyes, she helped me better understand the insurance policy and coverages for all situations. She was really professional and such a sweet heart! Her smile was so welcoming and knew I came to the right person who knew what she was talking about especially for me who was a new comer and didn't know much or how to start til she helped me! Thank you Reyes!

The people here are great. I have been with them for years and they always find me the best deal! I would give them 5 stars but my only complaint is that they take forever to take the payment out of your bank. If they would be a little more responsive on that end they would get 5 stars from me. Regardless they are great people and very professional. Highly recommended.

I've been with Urban Insurance agency going on 6 years now. They've been nothing but helpful every time and I always ask for Sharon or the manager Judy by name. They will always call to follow up with you regarding your insurance, they'll find you the best insurance for the lowest price and they are always willing to work with you if you have any issues. I just called this location for an inquiry about their auto insurance. The lady just answered the phone so nasty! Put me on hold and hung up. I called back in hopes that was a mistake and she answered again nasty and yelled at me! when I asked if she hung up because I HEARD the phone slam! I told her never mind because she's rude

Usually the best deal you can find and normally the people you talk to are fairly nice. There's one lady there that should have had soap in her mouth a few dozen more times as a child but... other than that, there's no auto-pay function, which is a MILD inconvenience, and they don't like to warn/inform you on any changes.

Do NOT… I Repeat… DO NOT waste your money on this Horrible insurance co… Great Rates for anyone that needs an insurance card, but after you have an accident they will ignore your calls and emails for months. They go above and beyond attempting NOT to pay your claims (And I have the emails to prove this statement is true)

I have been with Urban shop ever since I moved to the Chicago area. Every year I shop other companies to see if I'm getting the best rate, and every year Urban is the best. Their customer service has always been outstanding even when I have had issues.

In a nut shell: Urban Insurance agency is great! They're agents have always been friendly They are also flexible and willing to meet you regardless of your financial situation and they offer good insurance at a fair price.

Can not get replies in a timely manner. Every one is always on lunch or vacation. Gives out poor advice and poor attention to detail starting with the top person to the end. Would not recommend.

Do not sign up with Urban insurance agency, they are not to be relied on, bad ethical values, bad customer service. Value of their service is not worth the time or the money.
