A friend invited me here to unwind and get pampered. We went early on a Sunday morning. Upon entry the atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. The lighting and music was perfect. Check-in was brief with a one page form. I really liked that it included a question regarding whether or not we wanted a massage with or without talking. We were offered tea, wine, and water. We purchased the Royalty experience spa package. We actually thought we would be in the same room throughout our services because we scheduled it together. Unfortunately, that was not the case for any of our 3 services. Nonetheless, we really the experience. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The sugar polish and body wrap was our first service. Karen was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a messy experience but the results were amazing! There was only one shower available. So our start time was staggered. While we waited for our next service to start, massage, we sat in a very small waiting area that was basically located in a hallway. The were 2 chairs with a small table where we sat with only a robe and flip flops on. I had no place to set my belongings that I carried in a loaner signature tote bag provided during my first service. The area was divided from the main entry by hanging beads. We could see other guests as they arrived and were guided to a room for their services. We had tea and wine as we waited. My massage was performed by Laken. Before starting, she asked about issues I wanted addressed and the amount of pressure I desired. She did an amazing job. For several days I didn’t experience any pain in my shoulder and lower back. Lunch was included in our package. Our lunch was in a room designated for couples service. There was a small tall table with two chairs but there was only room for one person to dine comfortably. So we stood up the entire time. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad. It looked great but we couldn’t eat it because the salad was too cold and the chicken was frozen. We had it packaged to go and we enjoyed tea and conversation as we waited for our next service, a signature custom facial. At this time, I still had a robe on but my friend was completely dressed. Unfortunately, she had to get undressed again above the waist for her facial. Laken also performed my facial and, again, did not disappoint. In the end, our skin felt amazing, our faces were glowing, and our bodies were relaxed. We received a refund for our lunches and 20% gratuity was included with payment. Overall, I really enjoyed the services. The accommodations during our wait time and lunch leave a lot to be desired. However, we both agreed it was not a deal breaker and we would return. Next time we will do something a little different so that we can possibly enjoy each other’s company throughout the experience. I was torn about the amount of stars to give but settled on 4 because my skin still feels AMAZING!!

Not worth the 1 star. Would not recommend this place to anyone, please avoid if possible. I got my husband a massage for Christmas and he said it was the worst massage he’s ever got. The masseuse had long nails and rough hands, terrible experience. I called management to tell them about the experience and they completely ignored my calls. Never again Reply to your message- I do not see any reviews about the therapist on the same day service so that’s a lie and the manager was supposed to call me back and never did. The only accommodation you offer was to pay 50% for another visit and I do not feel comfortable with that at all. I do not want to spend another penny at your location. Terrible customer service!!!

I bought a spa package for my mother and I. It was a special day since I booked the spa day for my mothers birthday. The receptionist was the sweetest. She greeted us and offered us a beverage while we waited. We both had a massage and facial. Everything was great. We didn’t wait long, the place was clean, and very tranquil. Everyone that provided my mom and I a service was amazing! Very nice and professional! My mother can be hard to please and her last experience at a spa was not the best but She LOVED it here. She would like to come back…and me as well! 100% recommend this place!

The spa was phenomenal. I am my daughter went here for her 17th birthday. They were so kind and patient with me and my daughter because this was our first time. They greeted us with beverages, such as tea and champagne. The atmosphere was superb. My massage made me feel like I had an entirely new body. My facial was wonderful and gave me the rejuvenated glow I was looking for. I spent about 10 extra minutes, taking selfies. Lunch was also great. Super yummy. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10 recommend❤️

The staff is wonderful the atmosphere is perfect! I love coming here. I travel an hour just to come to this specific spa! The couples massages are amazing! I only gave it a 9/10 because there should at least be a 15 minute grace period allotted for customers arrival time. No matter how late you are it's automatically taken away from your massage time. My first time here, one of my friend gave us the gift card. we had a great experience, start to finish. My masseuse was rwonda, highly propfessional and very welcoming! I discussed the pressure, firmness and other concerns that i had and Rwonda very well took care of them. Definitely recommend, urbana spa. huge facility, apt prices and great masseuse !

We were visiting for the weekend and this spa was recommended by a local and it did not disappoint! The environment as soon as you walked in was inviting and very clean. The receptionist was very nice and the therapist were absolutely amazing!! 10/10 recommend and if we are ever in the area again, we will visit for sure!

We had a couple's massage for our anniversary. It was such an amazing experience. The massage therapists were very skilled and applied pressure evenly throughout the session and accommodated us to the T. Loved the chocolate covered strawberries although really cold. And the red wine was a perfect touch.

Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. The spa itself was clean and beautiful. The person who worked with me was gentle, thorough and gave me great detail about what she was doing the whole time. It was clear that their priority was my comfort and I appreciate that.

I got a 60 minute Hot Stone massage from Karyn. She is the ABSOLUTE best. It was my first time there but I'll most definitely be back. If you go please ask for Karyn. I promise you won't regret it. The spa is always a beautiful vibe/experience.

My massage and wrap felt amazing. I loved the workers I had. They made me feel at home and comfortable talking with me and made my muscles feel great and my skin so soft. My facial was amazing, too. I plan to come back soon.

Always a great experience when I come to Urbana spa! If you’re looking for an upscale relaxing place to get a massage, this is the place to go. I’ve come here many times and I’ll definitely continue coming back!

Customer service of the massage therapists was so-so; the experience seemed rushed. My therapist popped my lymph nodes throughout the massage, which was not relaxing. The experience was not worth the price.
