1 year on and we are being expected to pay rates on a demolished property. No one ever calls you back and they apparently don’t have access to anything to sort the problem out. Typical government agency set up to take money for nothing. We are a family not a rich business that has millions and they just don’t care, we’ve jumped through every hoop for them and still paid rates for something that doesn’t exist yet they won’t take any responsibility to sort the issue out.

The number is incorrect and doesn't connect. Despite being sent a letter from the VOA with a names contact to speak to, there is only the 03000 number provided and no way of being able to speak to anyone

Really bad experience waited over 30minutes to get through and they cut me off. Worst service.
