I have never once reviewed a lawyer until today. This specific lawyer(Casey) claimed in a courtroom that he was representing me and my husband. He does not have any retainer agreement from me. I’ve never even spoken to him or met him. He did speak to my husband and have an agreement with my husband. He even created a conflict of interest by telling my husband we needed separate lawyers, we did not. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. Let’s not forget the vital evidence he said wasn’t important and as it turns out it’s key evidence. After taking thousands of dollars from my husband he decided he couldn’t represent my husband. Did I also mention none of this was mentioned to me except from my husband. I’m not sure how this lawyer obtained a license when he’s clearly breaking the law. I suspect in the future many of his cases will be investigated and his books audited. This lawyer gives all lawyers a bad name. Do your research people and make sure you find a lawyer that has a good reputation.

Just wrapped up my father's Estate! I know Lawyer's get a bad wrap and there are jokes about Lawyers. However trust me when I say this Vandeputte Law was compassionate, respectful and kind the whole step of the way! Thanks to the receptionist for her beautiful smile and patience listening to me when I felt alone,lost and over exhausted from Dad's death. Sabine took time to come talk to me and would call and of course Casey for wrapping the whole thing up. Personally I thank God for Lawyers because if I had to deal with all the technical details of what needs to be done after a loved one dies I would have lost my mind. Please leave it to the Lawyer! Yes you have to pay them for a job well done. They are your legs and your voice when you have no desire to talk or walk!

Mr. Casey Vandeputte is a very impressive lawyer. Right from the beginning, he used the time to help my friend and I get notarized copies of the 'Will'. He is extremely articulate and has an ability to make you understand how the law works, and how it will apply to your situation. He's great at empathizing and understanding what we sometimes go through before we meet a lawyer. For instance, he empathized with the situation that existed before seeking legal help. I am very grateful for this meeting with him I traveled all the way from Brampton to see him and he is very, very, very, impressive. I strongly recommend him to any people that are reading this review.

We came to this law firm to protect my mothers assets and do up a new will. When the time came and she passed we read her will and nothing had been done to protect her home. He stated he had to look up the Registration of the home and if it was Joint her common law partner would inherit the house. If he had done that there would have been no reason to do up another will and she could have made changes while still alive. After ten days still no answer. I contacted a second lawyer and it took them ten minutes. I also asked him what probate meant and did not get an answer. I googled it and found a better lawyer!

The most outstanding service from Vandeputte Law is their commitment to their clients by returning calls and requests in an extremely acceptable timeframe. I never worry that my question is too small for them to be bothered with. When l have occasion to visit the office, l feel like family and l receive the answers and service with friendliness and professionalism. I might add that their coffee is very good too. I highly recommend them. I appreciate their attention to detail, and their ability to make me feel like my business is as important to them as it is to me.

There is never a good time to prepare your Will especially as we get older, but sadly it is a practice that we should all do to make it easier for our loved ones. Money making scam that prey on desperate parents. Do not trust Casey Vandepeuute. He goes back on deals made with his lawyers. They do not care about the children involved, just making sure there is another 1500 in retainer paid

Had a meeting with lawyer today had a great experience the lawyer was polite and explained things really well. When I asked questions he listened well and answered them fully. I would recommend them if someone asked me.

This firm is being reported to the Law Society. Unprofessional, sloppy and incompetent. Communication is non existent. What upsets me the most, is they tried charging us to fix their errors. Go somewhere else.

On the making of our cohabitation agreement this firm was slow ( five months ). Pandemic or not we found this to be poor service and very expensive.
