Went in looking for a pair of Mickey shoes size 7.5 men’s. I asked a working if they could get help me her response was “I’m on my lunch break” she just walked away. I was them them as a gift for my dad. I get home to wrap them and they were a size 7.5 In women’s. I called in before I drove the 20 mins to return them to make sure they had that size. No apologies nothing just said yup we have that size. I think some better customer service is needed in this location. I work in a customer service industry and even if I was on lunch I would have never said that to a customer wanting to buy something.

Great prices and lots to choose from. The only bad experience I had...(which by the way I'm not going to allow this to lower my star rating) but.... There was this girl behind the counter she was a young millennial who couldn't smile or say "Hi" or "Thank You" or anything.... I wish I could remember her name.... but she was definitely blonde and literally looked like she hated her job AND life. But other than that it was great!!!

Spent a day going from shoe store to show store in the mall. Only to realize they all had the same Vans for the same price. Went to the Outlet Vans store yesterday and found the same pair of shoes I liked in the mall for $10 less and they had a special. Since I bought the regular priced shoes, I got a pair of sale shoes half off! Cha Ching!!

I had a great experience here and it was all thanks to Kylie. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. She had a great attitude and I will be returning to this location specifically to do business because of her. Vans is lucky to have her! Store was very clean and all the associates were eager to help and very friendly.

The selection for young boys was decent and the buy one get one half off was a money saver for sure. Bought 3 pairs for my boys and one for the hubby for $113. Not bad at all considering the shoes for my boys last at least 6 months compared to other brands that dont last more than 2 months. Skaters can really burn through shoes, lol.

Always have a good experience here. The staff is pretty rad and always mention the deals that are on going. I can usually find my size here in something that I love. Also it's more then an outlet, they sell the newest latest patterns too so so new and old patterns and get a good deal.

I have an addiction problem with vans hats and the outlet always has a buy one get second of lesser value with res tag free sale going. So I almost always walk out with two caps. So it's both good and bad. But the reps are nice, and overall the experience is good. Recommend.

Love their shoes. Love the buy one get one half off prices. My one complaint is there are way too many salespeople hounding you at every turn. Get less sales people. Shopping in that tiny store is aggravating enough, witbout a salesperson bothering you the whole time.

After multiple trips here, I've got to say it's one of the best "outlet" style shoe stores I've ever seen. The staff is mostly friendly, sometimes a little much, but over all, I've always left with multiple pairs of shoes, a smile, and still had money to spend.

Now if finding a pair of Van's is what you need . This is the place. Not only were there sales going on but the staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find what you need. Way to go you really Rock . I will be back because of your great service .

Felt the eyes of every staff member the whole time we were there. Employees passed by us MULTIPLE times, which made it uncomfortable to shop. Felt like they thought we were thieves or something. Was just trying to do some Christmas shopping.

Very cool shoes but you'll spend more time hearing about deals and promotions than you will actually getting to look at the shoes. Very pushy and off putting. Maybe it isn't the same at all locations but it made me want to never come back.

I liked it here. I don't wear Vans but my daughters do and they had everything that they wanted. The staff was nice, helpful and attentive and the prices were good. There always seems to be a sale (buy one get another pair half off).

Amazing service not even for just a shoe store. Best service I've had at any retailer in a long time. And amazing sales too. I bought 6 pairs of rad shoes, 2 hats, and 12 pairs of socks for only $215

Great deals and the staff was very helpful! I can't remember a time where the staff wasn't pleasant. Much better shopping experience than some other shoe stores in that shopping center.

Went in just to browse but walked out with two new pairs of shoes because of a great sale they had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be going back!

I feel like there almost too much inventory there. Theres a lot of people in there and not much room to walk at all. The staff is friendly and it is well organized.

A smaller outlet than I'm used to. Not a very large selection BUT some versions of Era's not sold online...which is a GAIN

This is an outlet location. Haves a large variety of last seasons model shoes. But also have a good selection of socks.
