popped into vans looking for a specific pair of shoes i had seen online and scanned the wall - very poorly, i might add - and didn’t see them. jackie had greeted me as i walked in, and when i went to leave almost as fast as i entered, asked if there was something specific i had been looking for. i said yes, but that i hadn’t seen them and went on to explain the shoe and jackie was able to let me know that they did, indeed, have the shoes i was looking for, just in a different location on the wall, and they even had them in my size. what a happy day! extremely thankful jackie stopped me to ask if there was something specific i had been looking for, and for letting me know the current deals going on with socks. very happy with my experience today, super glad i stopped in. thanks again, jackie, for the stellar customer service!! I dont know why two employees are working there since two employees are talking each other and ignoring customer… I was thrilled to buy vans products but then I walked in by myself and walked out by myself without any greeting and customs service … i was trying to buy sweatshirts… nevermind. Supervisor or manager whoever it is they need more training in terms of customer service.. its not worth to give any dime to those guys

I only wear Vans shoes and own a lot of Vans clothing. At this store they have a good selection of clothing but it seems a bit higher priced. Their selection of Vans shoes is amazing, wish I could afford more pairs than I already have. I keep wishing that Vans would open a factory outlet/ clearance store in Winnipeg like the one in Calgary.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection, typical Vans store. I go there every four-five months for my classic black on black replacement for $65. Big shout out to Angus today for helping my daughter get the last pair of pink slip-ons in her size. She was pumped. Highly recommend this location and Vans as a whole *chefs kiss*

My dad and I went into Vans, intending on just browsing. But we saw some shoes we loved and Gabe helped us out. (We ended up buying two pairs!) He was super kind, funny and easy to talk to. You could tell he’s passionate about his job. We will be returning & thank you Gabe for the top tier customer service :)

best retail experience of my entire life. brooke was so friendly and helpful. she was so funny and made shopping a super fun experience. the cashier and rest of the staff were also super friendly and helpful. never felt better leaving a store!

Went to Vans in Polo Park today and got efficient service. Staff is so welcoming and helpful. I just spent there 10 minutes and got what I was looking for. Staff really helped me to find out my choice for shoes.

Didn't but anything but that's only because I didn't see any shoes I liked. Most pleasant staff in the mall. Only people to greet quickly today and all 3 staff I ran into were pleasant.

Didn't buy anything but both associates took the time to say hello, can we help and spoke about the promotions. Dont see that kind of customer service much anymore. Great job!

Great Service....Awesome shoes. For a Vans fan this was like a candy store. Also the shoes are less expensive here than other retailers that sell them.
