Can not recommend Daniel (Velaqua Plumbing) enough. Prompt, professional and friendly. I explained the urgent situation I had with a burst water pipe in my roof cavity and Daniel was very accommodating and had genuine concern and arrived at my premises within 30 minutes. Daniel fixed the issue quickly and went out of his way to ensure there were no other issues to ensure it would not happen again. Daniel was honest enough to suggest what caused the issue in the first place in a clear and understandable way. Subsequently we proceeded to give him the go ahead to fix the other issue that caused the original issue in the first place! Unfortunately he did not have the part to hand but was quick on his feet to obtain the part necessary and return quickly on the same day. Do not look past Velaqua Plumbing for any of your plumbing or emergency plumbing repairs! A+++++++++++++++++

I called velaqua plumbing regarding a potential water leak from my bathroom. From our phone conversation, they thought it was most likely an issue with my tiling/grout rather than plumbing. They suggested I send photos rather than getting them to come out. They assessed the photos free of charge and suggested I needed someone for the tiling rather than a plumber. I massively appreciated the honesty and them saving me from paying a callout fee. Will definitely use them next time I have an actual plumbing issue!

Dan was very friendly and inquisitive of the issues firsthand. Had two leaks in the shower which he was able to go under the house as discover the root of the problem. Additionally was able to locate some outdoor leaks which we weren’t sure were coming from. Clear advice to repair all of the issues, included photos + contacts for follow up and different budget options for each procedure. Highly recommend!
