I originally gave a 5 star in previous post because tech insisted that I review him while he was present at the appointment. After he left, my car immediately started having problems starting. When I took in to the car repair shop, I was told that the key did not work properly. I notified Juan and he said that he would come by and reprogram my key, but fast forward months later, tech did not come back. My key still doesn't work properly and will not start my car. It's only good for locking the car but not unlocking the car so I have to still use my old key. I paid $225 and was duped out of my money.

UPDATE The supervisor that I had talked to earlier called me back and threatened me, he gave me my home address and told me to delete the review. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES This company damaged my car and they will not take responsibility, I called them multiple times and they even blocked my number, after 4 days someone eventually called me back and they told me that they would charge me to fix the damage they caused. Ron, thank you for trying to make things better but I don’t feel comfortable working with your company, not after one of your employees threatened me.

I want to tell you about the experience I had. My house keys were lost. I didn't know what to do. And they recommended me to Zoe. He opened the door of my house and I was able to get other keys. I went by your place, called to set up an appointment with your Technician.. who kept telling me that he was 5 minutes away.. then he show's up 3 hours later to tell me, oh I can't make this key.. now everyone is closing up!! What a waste of my time …

Called and set up appointment to get house keys copied. Son went to appt and no one was there. He called phone number and they said to schedule appt. He said we did and no one was there. They could not help. Hung up. He got a reply to go to

I believe they contract with others who are Veterans, in the Locksmith trade. Be sure to check their price before their arrival. I paid $200 for a single door lock with deadbolt that I provided. Way way way too much.

I understand they have to give a quote but almost $200.00 to unlock a car not to make a key is ridiculous. That had to be a wrong quote.
