Crap - wanted to join on a Saturday afternoon but the weekend staff member was not trained in signing up new members. You have to come in during the week if you want to sign up. Kind of defeats the purpose and is extremely poor business practice. Management clearly needs to improve.
I love going to Video City Rosny and Garry is always friendly and very helpful. My only issue is that I can't stop eating the icecreams lol
