Brought a bbq at vingina mitre 10 on Saturday walked in and the sale person approached me no simle or hello I said what I was there for I said thank you got a grunt felt like I wasn't wanted there was told to drive around to side door asked the two guys if they could put the bbq on the back seat of the car they both looked at each other like I was stupid I said thankyou got another grunt he told me to go back around to fill the gas bottle I brought he filled it I said thankyou again and was just grunted at again I would not recommend to go to mitre 10 at vingina they were quite rude

Clean, well stocked and easy to find what you want. Easy off street parking. As well as the usual selection of house and garden items it has more choices for the rural shopper and stocks a huge selection of pipe fittings, tools and loose hardware just like an old school hardware store. On the off chance that they don't have what you need they will order it in for you. Great knowledgeable staff who make it their business to help. A long-term part of this community of local businesses and an essential asset to this area.

Store was well stocked but just messy, when picking up my order I didn't appreciate being told I had to have my I.d and card scanned before I can pick up my item. I think that is wrong for privacy issues I should of been able to just sign for them and show I.d ...

Well stocked with a wide range of just about everything you need as well as things that you didn't realize that you wanted. Friendly and helpful staff who don't follow you around but if you ask they will help you find what you're looking for.

Been looking for a decent set of Pliers couldn't find any local I just happen to see mitre10 across the road from where I was getting some fuel. Good lay out ended up walking out with 3 things I needed …

They had the items I wanted and assisted me in finding my way around the store. Store assistants were on hand to provide information on alternative product when I could not find one I had used previously.

Virginia Mitre 10 is excellent. Steve and his staff do a terrific job serving the community. If they don't have exactly what you want they can order it in. Get behind this store, they do a great job.

Can't recommend Mitre 10 highly enough. Staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable and for a smaller store, carry most things. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Wanted to get an evaporative cooling system.Very helpful they order 2 for me at Virginia mitre 10. Gawler mitre 10 was very unhelpful obviously too busy for customer service.

Small shop witha massive range, there isn't much you couldn't get at this mitre 10. A great country hardware store.

Good range of hardware, tools, trees and plants and steel supplies. Quite a few items are cheaper than bunnings.

Staff where very helpful and even though they didn't quite have we wanted we still bought something similar.
