I had a bit of a rough patch with a particular therapy program and they got me into a new one and even assisted in getting me into a program I needed. I would give a zero if I could because people that work here are ignorant. My husband had a head injury and they failed to tell him about an appointment. I kept all correspondence and still have it through email. Because of THEIR lack of communication they quickly dropped him claiming he skipped an appointment. Again the one they did not tell him about. Dropped him just days before his mediation with insurance company. VERY uncaring for people with disabilities. Took total advantage and made excuses to drop him like nothing even after he had paid for their services.
