I just experienced the worst customer service from the pharmacy. Was put on hold for 45 mins after supposedly being transferred to the pharmacist. After the phone was hung up, I called right back and put on hold again for another 20 mins. Being a nurse in a busy clinic, this is very unsatisfying business being held.Not to mention they have their own rules regarding who they give the medications too, when dealing with opiods and the elderly, you shouldn't hold whats needed for them or anyone for that matter. Majority of the patients sincerely need their medications to make it through their daily activities. I will be in contact with the state board for discrimination and unprofessional-ism. This is seriously ridiculous.

Well just left this establishment and feel like I was handle very inappropriately by the heavy set Hispanic girl at the register. She really needs to be trained better at customer interactions if she's going to be designated to that position. And if she has a problem with males she should keep her personal issues at home, and act more professionally at work. This was not a good experience. **Update** I just checked my email and still haven't received my digital receipt that I use for business purposes. So she also needs to be trained better on the register. I've never had these issues before and have been to this location many times since it is close to my house.

I have seen the worst treatment by that store when last shopped back in 2013, and I have never returned. That bad employee named like Nydia was so rude to me, she seems like she is very mentally challenged, and I told the manager about her misconduct, and that manager wasn't very successful in straighten her out. That store hardly keep anything in stock like the other Walgreens stores. That store has bad management and bad employees, except those pharmacist. I hope that bad head store manager David is replaced, Walgreens need to replace him, because he failed to resolved a serious issue that I brought to his attention.

The PHARMACY wait line is ridiculous they had like 5 employees the lady taking care of the line was beyond slow, had conversations with customers taking her time to find medications. & to top it off i waited for about 30 min for only one of my prescriptions to be ready and was told they didn't have any in stock for the other one & NOBODY decided to call me to tell me this so i can inform my OB because i really needed the medicine. & after being home for a couple of hours i get a text from them saying one of my medicines was delayed which i had already known. my 1 star isn't for them i wish they had 0

For whatever reason they don’t answer the phone. Horrible location. Whoever is in charge of management needs to get it under control. Especially seeing all these bad comments. Got my script filled here. For whatever reason they didn’t think to call me and tell me my “insurance” doesn’t cover this. Being I don’t have insurance and am self pay this was off. I took a blank ride there. Then once told they didn’t fill it because of that was told by one person it was going to take over an hour and by the next that it was going to take 30 minutes. The qualifications to work here must be very very low.

I called the store and asked to speak with the pharmacy. A pharmacy employee told me to bring in my prescription for durable medical equipment. She also said they had the item in stock. I drove to the store and they told me they could not and do not fill prescriptions for durable medical equipment. I told them I had just spoken to someone in the pharmacy who said they did. I even gave them the name of the employee. Then they told me that even though the recording says they are transferring you to someone in their pharmacy the calls are just answered by a call center. No respect for customers.

This Walgreens is only convenient for me bc it’s right by my house and I’m new here but the customer service in pharmacy is TERRIBLE!! I called one day for two hours straight every month I would have to call them and tell them the quantity of my medicine and if my Medicaid covered or if I have to pay cash this store is terrible!!!! They are rude and will cut you off while you are speaking !! The lines are always long and they give vibes that they don’t want to be at work! If you’re working and doing something you don’t love to do you should not do it at all !!!

This pharmacy sucks!!! The staff, not the pharmacist., are Not helpful they keep blaming the doctors offices that they haven't callled them back for refill and that is a bunch of bs! They are the ones that don't call I ck with the doctors office and they inform me that they have no record of walgreens ever calling for a refill, bunch of liers!!! Don't get your prescriptions here go to a walgreens that actually care about the customers and there needs. I give them one star. I accidentally gave them two.

There’s nothing good about this Walgreens. The pharmacy is the worse. They call and say your medicine is ready and when you get after waiting thirty minutes in a line just to tell you it’s not. I unfortunately has to come to this location because my insurance only takes Walgreens. The pharmacy only has one person working at a time while the other pharmacist are having regular conversation like people aren’t waiting! Negative stars

So Maria alinse was at the register at 9:08am. Told me that she cant accept my temp license because you have to scan the ID. Is yalls system completely different then the other 3 Walgreens I visit regularly ? Its absolutely acceptable identification given to me by the state of texas. Is yalls system really that different or was she just telling me stories because of her indifference to typing it in?

The pharmacy on this store sucks!!! We had to get a prescription filled and had to wait at least 3 hours before they even gave us an update!!! We shouldn't have had to call to see what was going on with our prescription they should've communicated with us about any issues they ran into. Would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone and will not come again in the future!!!

This pharmacy is a joke!!! First time i went they had no record of my script when i know for a fact it had. Been called in by my doctors office cause they called it in right in front of me that day!! I have them call it in again and gave them a good rx coupon well they were unable to help me and told me to just come back monday....horrible horrible pharmacy department!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Additionally, there are always specials for MyWalgreens members that provide deep discounts on selected items! On a recent visit, I inadvertently forgot one of my wireless earbuds at the register after taking it out to talk to the cashier, and employees went above and beyond to make sure I got it back. Much appreciated!

Worse walgreens I've been to. Bad customer service. I do not recommend. So I went to the pharmacy on a Thursday to get my medications. They made me wait until Tuesday. They constantly said next day and next day when I went. Now that Tuesday i decided to go and get my prescription back to take it to CVS. I'm sorry, but this establishmemt is crap.

The people are rude. A few minutes ago, I called the pharmacy about my medication, it took a while for them to come to the phone, and at the beginning of the call, the woman didn’t even tell her name. She just abruptly ended the call. She didn’t even ask if had any other questions about my prescription. I’d honestly give half a star if I could.

The wait time for anything there is a minimum of 15min. Over the phone or in person. I absolutely HATE this Walgreens! The worst one I have ever been to! I live two seconds up the street from this location but I would drive 15min to a different Walgreens and I would be back home before those idiots up there would get to me in line.

Worst telephone customer service. They keep you on hold, pick up and place you back on hold over and over and over and over, without saying a word. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. This is not the first time. Once I got in my car and drove over there while still on hold on my cell. This is ridiculous!!! This store is a joke!

This store is in a good location at Lyons & Lockwood. It's across the street from the Denver Harbor Transit Center. The weekly Walgreen ad sales are the main reason why I patronize this store. Checkout can be a little slow at times. Merchandise presentation and product availability is good.

Slowest Walgreens I've ever been to! Easily spend 30-40 minutes waiting at the pharmacy or 10 minutes for store associates to open the locked items. Understaffed and the staff that's there not trained enough to process insurance claims, etc.

Longest wait time to get someone to answer the phone. 20 minutes and no answer. Also don't use the automated refill robot over the phone, it does not work. Your only option is to refill in person to be sure the order goes through.
