Kiara from bakery should NOT be in leadership position! I had an exchange for a mold pie. The customer service lady was taking care of an exchange but Kiara left the bakery department to go make herself involved at the customer service counter. The customer service lady (older lady name starts with Y) had me go back to bakery to find another one of which I did but then she said has to be exact same price or I pay the difference. I asked Kiara if any the same price for exchange? I believe is when she quickly ran to customer service to intercept the ALREADY APPROVED EXCHANGE! Once I arrived back after being sent on scavenger hunt for a pie, she said no exchange! I was shocked because customer service already ran my card to exchange. I called for manager Adam who helped take care of the customer! The two ladies even began to argue against the exchange when Adam was senior supervisor to them both. That's just how badly they wanted to be right and NOT help the customer. I'd never heard of such a ruckus over the exchange of a pie that was molded!!!! You'd of thought I was asking for exchange for a $1,000 TV! Kiara openly began chucking with employees over the experience. How very unprofessional! Hope your management level corrects this behavior before customers start shopping at any number of the surrounding professional businesses for their family needs! I'm already thinking of a place other than this one to purchase my next holiday desserts for my family and neighbors to enjoy!

Why tell us an order is ready at 4:45 and then make us sit in the pick-up area until 6:26? We not only wasted time but also gas for running our a/c in the heat. We checked in at 5, and at 6, we asked an employee what was going on, and we were promised that he would be right out with our order. This wasn't even for us. It was for a family that we were trying to help out who had no food for their baby, or we would have left without the order. Totally unacceptable! I ordered a spaghetti squash. I got a lemon! Now I have to go back and get my squash! What kind of employee doesn't know the difference between a squash and a lemon?

They are never stocked with the things people on this side of track's buy!! And when something is selling great they always discontinue it. And alot of times it's hard to find somebody to help you if needed. I've had to go in the storeroom and try and find what I was looking for or find somebody to help me find it!! For a Walmart, I'm really not happy with it. But it's the closest one to me. They need a New Corporate manager cause he just makes sure the store he's closer to is always fully stocked up. And that's a true fact!! That's what I see and how I feel!

All of the checkout lines were very long because there was only a few registers open. I spent twice as much time checking out than I did shopping. There was shopping carts all over the parking lot because no one was out there retrieving them. It's a sad situation this store. I guess it's bad management. The doors on the pharmacy end are all locked but they didn't have shopping carts blocking them. So lots of people, including myself, parked near them and had to walk all the way to the other end to enter. They really need a better manager at this location!

Wal-Mart continues to understaff in regards to open registers. An employee asked a customer in the long line if he’d tried the self checkout. The man responded by saying he spends a lot of money there and he didn’t come to work. Only two registers open. New labor manager needed. 10/19/18 It’s bad enough that there’s never any open registers, but now even the 5 self checkout registers are closed? This place is in desperate need of a manager change. I spend to much money here to have this poor customer service. Target here I come!!

One of the most disgusting walmarts in the area. Really getto too. The restrooms are always disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor. Wet spots all over the floor. The parking lot always looks terrible. I live like 3 minutes from this walmart and I rather drive 15 minutes to the lake worth walmart or 20 minutes to the west worth village one. This one is totally awful . This one is also really outdated compare to lake worth and saginaw walmart. They have all the new technology this one sucks donkey balls.

Employees are rude, they ignore you. They really act like they don't wanna work. Not all just most. That's even management. On the weekend of Labor day, Friday to be exact instead if them announcing store is closing a Manager pass by an rudely stated " Get Up Front, the store is closing!" He was so rude he didn't even look at me. There's away to do anything. We had at least $300+. My Son's gift to me. After that, I left it. So they could close. Did I mention it was about 10:45?

The store is not taking cash at this time. I came in, loaded up my cart, proceeded to check out and they tell me that no none of the checkouts is taking cash. Talk about extreme frustration. And I don't have a debit card at this time because my bank turned me down for one. On top of that, I am an Air Force Veteran. So, I walked out empty handed, left the cart there. I highly doubt I will return to Wal Mart again. Target takes cash, and so does Tom Thumb. And so does Taco Bell.

I've been going to the Westworth Village Walmart for years. I have a new Walmart now. The staff are ALL friendly, not just the greeters, and they OFFER help, instead of having to locate an employee and ask. The selection is way better here, and there were no empty shelves. The dog food is also right next to the groceries. No more having to hit both sides of the store! They also have plenty of electric carts that run and hold a charge, for those days I'm not 100%. I'm sold

Went to get a leather band for my watch ,no one there,asked 3 employee to get me a salesperson for that are & waited 30 minutes went again to the fourth employee & referred me to another, she told me she would sent a salesperson right away.nothing happened another 20 minutes & went to customer service 6th person,told me to go back to watches area & l said no.She said service person won't come here so l left.Thats why l don't shop Walmart very often.

Bad customer service. We have been waiting for 2 hours for a pick up order. We have watched the workers deliver to cars that come longer after we have been here. We noticed that they are delivering to their friends and stand there and joke around with them while people have been waiting forever. A guy has come and asked for our name three times so he could get our order but then delivers to someone else., very disorganized and very unprofessional.

The location is very big. Bigger than most supercenters I've gone to. They have all the usual things you'd find in Walmart and then some. Unfortunately, I was held back at the door over my receipt and as we all know Walmart does NOT have a legal right to detain anyone unless they have evidence and reason to show that someone has taken something. Only Costco which has a written contract can request the receipt since one signs and agrees to it.

Well almost walked out without paying for a water that was sitting at the bottom of the grocery cart. The register was having glitches and I had to get an associate 3 times to come reset the machine for 3 different issues. This being said I could have easily been accused of theft. I am not a fan of these self-check out registers and hope the grocery industry can find a better way to get the customer ringed up.

The rude door greeters watch self checkout like a hawk and selectively profile people to stop and check their receipt. Last time I was stopped, I asked if they stop everyone. He ignored the question, so I asked again, and said he stopped me because I had items that weren’t bagged. How exactly am I supposed to bag two 6 packs of 1 liter Smart Water bottles and why would it matter if they were bagged or not?

Been here several time and I can tell you that it is a super busy walmart, lines move pretty decent, They could sure use more troops on the ground. Even you use the scan by yourself takes a minute or two if not more than 10 mins, to just get someone to make a Correction on your scanned items... It would be easier to scan on the go just like at SAM'S CLUB and when checking out just verify the items...

Just ridiculous how there are so many carts just scattered around the parking lot. Idk about anyone else but I don’t want my car hit because someone didn’t put their cart where it’s suppose to go. Or the store itself didn’t make sure the carts are brought inside. Oh and the trash all over the place. I honestly don’t know which one was worse! All around bad experience. So sad.

Two checkout register with a cashier were open! Shut down one of them with people in line! Made them go to another register! 30 people inline! Not all elderly people can use the self checkout register! Would not open another register! Plenty of Walmart employees standing around not doing much! This was on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm the store was packed! Just not RIGHT!!!

Walmart I love you lord knows I do I spend hundreds of dollars every year with you. I laugh with the door greeters and always walk out with a smile. So please don't take this personal when I say instead of hiring more annoying floorwalkers please hire more actual employees that are friendly helpful and willing to check you out when your ready with a smile on their face

The Walmart staff are always super helpful and friendly and they often have well-stocked shelves and lots of items to choose from. Right now they are in the middle of construction and so it is making the lines a bit longer than normal but the staff tries so hard to keep it moving quickly as they can and they treat you so nice that it helps to buffer the weight a bit.

I did a Wal-Mart pick up for 7-8 P.M. I checked int at 7:20. I got notification at 7:42 that I picked up my order. At 8:06 my husband had to get off and ask what happened to our order. I nice young man found it and took a picture of my order information to show the manager. When I got home my milk expires tomorrow and my cilantro is spoiled and smells disgusting.

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. I go often because of its location, but somehow it gets worse every time. Think of the common Walmart problems - messy shelves, out of stock items, long lines, limited staff - and this one has them in spades. Although somehow there appears to be way more employees here, they just never seem to be doing anything...

Extremely dangerous when the cars come down the no stop sign entrance. They speed thru the whole lot. NO SHOPPING CARTS AVAILABLE AFTER 5PM. Great pharmacy, helpful pharmacy staff and quick service. Sometimes the self checkout belt lanes are closed. The location on Clifford has such an amazing self-checkout area, it should be replicated everywhere.

Walmart is is a good place to get a good deal on everyday items. I will shop at Walmart everywhere in this country seeing send how I am a truck driver . This is mainly a self check out Walmart only has a couple of of actual cashiers the rest of it you'll have to do-it-yourself. It is clean and the shelves are mainly stocked full.

Store is nice, but the garden center is unlocked and nobody is around. I told them people were stealing. They didn't seem to care. Told me they had insurance. I tried to explain that when people steal prices go up for honest people. Was told not enough employees, and didn't want to lock the doors at the garden center.

I live 5 minutes from this store and drive to the Clifford St. store in White Settlement. Often times there are no buggies in the store and the overall cleanliness is definitely lacking. There are never enough cashiers and the self checkout areas are very small and almost always have a checkout(or two) not working

Now that they dont have to check you out, the employees just stand there and stare as you struggle with machines not working, items not ringing up and other customers harassing you in line. Just go ahead and replace them all with robots, useless anyway. Incredibly lazy, rude people working there.

I am so disappointed. Typical Walmart. Isles were cramped. Clothes were on the floor. No staff in the clothing and electronics departments. Only 3 registers open. Which means I was expected to stand in line, for 30 minutes, to give someone my money? I bought nothing and walked out.

I LOVE the electronic section here. Any question I have they answer, even if it isn't letting me know it's available. The return process was simple, the employees are friendly, and the store itself is clean and organized. I go back to look around even when I don't need anything.

I have come to this location twice this week and find out when I get to check out that they can not take cash. Really how is it that register can take credit card but no cash. There is a lot of older customers that do not have debit cards or credit cards. This is unexpectable.

They put two upfront parking spaces at the pharmacy entrance for "Employee of the Month" parking. Which were empty. It's hard enough to get a parking space as it is. Customer parking should take precedence over employee parking. Especially in front of the pharmacy.

This is the worst Walmart in Fort Worth. Very low on stock all the time. It seems the depth managers don't know how to replenish inventory and the stockers put stock wherever and not in correct place. Most of the employees have no idea what the 10 foot rule is.
