Our little pooch died two weeks ago so we decided to bury him in a pet cemetery. To be honest, we didn't have much time to do the research nor are there many pet cemeteries available. Based on that we chose Wassenaar Pet Cemetery mainly due to great google reviews and the proximity to our house. Their website is ok but there is no way to tell how beautiful the place and the location for the pet cemetery is. As we were driving through the property we were in disbelief how serene and magical the place is. We were very sad and this gave us a great deal of comfort knowing that our little boy will be resting over there forever. The cemetery is beautiful, neat and clean. It is located on a huge Christmas Tree farm and it is far away from the road on the property, there is no noise. There is a long pathway through the pine trees on the way to the cemetery. Lisa was very professional and patient with us as she understands what pet owners are going through when their pet dies. Mike helped us with burial and he also gave us time and space that we needed. If you guys are looking for a pet cemetery and you want to do one last thing for your pet and yourself, choose Wassenaar Pet Cemetery. You will not regret it.

We had to put our cat down unexpectedly due to health issues within a matter of one day. It was an extremely difficult time for the family and we all agreed that we'd like her buried in a pet cemetery. I contacted Lisa at Wassenaar Pet Cemetery the day off and she was absolutely wonderful and accommodating of a same day burial. We were all upset and distraught as expected having to lose a key part of our family but Lisa and her husband were very supportive. The property is extremely well maintained. The pet cemetery is a quiet portion of the land, right next to a lake. A very peaceful final resting place for Bebo. I'd like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making a really difficult day that much easier for me and my family.

We wanted a quiet, peaceful, and affordable resting spot for our beloved pet- we found it! This place is a nice resting spot for our pet. There is a bench to sit and water near by. The owner is honest, caring and professional. There was no hidden fees or surprises. No maintenance fees. The marker that they created for our pet was beautiful and what we wanted. The property that's attached to the cemetery is where they grow Christmas trees. So during the winter And Christmas holidays we went there and there was lots of people, but the cemetery was far enough from the busy farm that it was still peaceful and quiet. It's open year around. Great place for our beloved pets. Our pet has been there for 1yr already (sadly). Highly recommended.

We will always be grateful to have a place as beautiful as Wassenaar Pet Cemetery, with its many trees and lake running along the cemetery border. Lisa, Matt and Mike couldn't do more to assist during this difficult time. Our sincere appreciation to them for helping make arrangements to bring Greta there the same day that we lost her. We had to unexpectedly put down our five year old girl last week. I contacted Lisa about a burial and within two days everything had been prepared. This included the hole, the plaque, the labour, and no maintenance fee. Lisa and Mike have a beautiful farm and Mike maintains the river that runs by the pet cemetery. Although losing Nala was a traumatic experience, it brings some comfort knowing she is buried on a farm with other animals and is not too far from us.

Our 16 years old dog Sparky just passed away at home last week from natural causes. Merry Farms has provided us with a fantastic service, on a very short notice also, and given final resting place for our pet, so his body could be returned to Mother Earth. Very reasonable price and amazing service. Highly recommended.

During one of the most difficult times, this cemetery gave us some happiness we desperately needed. After our beloved dog passed away, the staff at Wassenaar Pet Cemetery gave us all the support, in a very prompt and smooth manner. They were extremely nice. As for the location, I doubt there are better places.

Despite it being a sad time for us, Merry Farm was very accommodating and made the experience as nice as possible. The cemetery was located by a beautiful stream and shielded from a busier lawn area by beautiful tall trees. Merry farm provided a sense of closure that was much needed during the burial process.

I would like to thank Lisa, Mat, and Mike for their lovely, friendly, and understanding way. The pet cemetery itself is such a serene and peaceful place. I am so grateful to have found it to bury my cat. The place looks exactly like the photos other folks have taken. Thank you Lisa, Mat, and Mike!

This location is beautiful beyond words. Our dog loved the water and proximity to a water body made this the perfect choice for us. The people on site are thorough gentlemen and remained polite and considerate throughout the process.

Lisa and Ryan were wonderful throughout the very difficult time. They were thoughtful, sympathetic and efficient. The cemetery itself is very beautiful and peaceful. It is possible to visit whenever you want.
