Came , paid for 1 hour of bowling time , Durung our first game the pin machine broke down had to call the girl ( which took around 10 mins or so to complete the fix ) and during the 2nd we told her to extend the game as screen said only 5 mins left to play so she said ok and said she would extend if . Now at our 7th frame screen said Play has been suspended ! Went to talk to her and she eas unable to RESET the computer as she forgot to extend it but never said she forgot ! EXTREMELY DISAPPOI NTING NOT TO MENTIO.N we asked for 10 more mins and she said no shed have to start a NEA GAME in order to keep playing . Meanwhile all 4 of us ( 2 came fr out of town to play - really long way by plane ) were all playing so good and myself had 3 spares into the 8th frame . Ughhhhhh like I said you cannot bring back the game nor the memory of playing but not beibg able to finish just COMPLETELY SUCKS !

Had my daughters birthday at Waterdown Lanes. Everyone had a great time. Was a bit worried whether the kids would be able to bowl, but the bowling balls are small and they put bumpers on the side of the lanes to avoid gutter balls. Worked out well as the kids enjoyed and were engaged. It was glow in the dark as well. The attendants and management were great. The facility was great as well. The price per child was also very fair. The food offered to the kids is a bit limited, but for a small extra fee you can bring in your own food as well. Overall it was a great time and very good value.

Great local business. We had our son’s birthday party there and it went off without a hitch. Great people to work with! We’ve been for a family putting as well, always a good time!

Had a wonderful birthday for my daughter April 30th. The staff was super helpful and made the party a breeze. I highly recommend for a fun-packed birthday spot!

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean and well maintained facilities. Waterdown's hidden gem, definitely worth stopping by and playing a game or two.

No rock n bowl but it was fun. Not too busy and lanes are par with others. If you want a quieter experience this is the place!
