These people do not know what they are doing. This Wells Fargo is located on 121 PARK CENTER PLZ 1ST FL, SAN JOSE, CA 95113 in Downtown San Jose on the other side of W San Fernando St.The branch manager was no help. Mr. Cruz and Mr. Slanez did not go all out to get the new replacement card cancelled and issued a new card, as well as a temp card. I went to another Branch on Almaden expressway and they were able to give me a temp card. I am very upset too being part Latino, that my own people were not willing to help me. I will never come to this Wells Fargo again.
Just had a poor experience with one of the bankers that works here. One specifically was Maria. She was yelling over the call demanding for all my personal information when she only needed a few small details to keep confidentiality for the safety of banking customers. Rude, impatient, and unprofessional.
THANK YOU GOOGLE. YOUR LISTED LOCATION FOR WELLS FARGO IS NOT WELLS FARGO. I PUT ENOUGH MONEY IN THE METER FOR 15 MIN. MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO WALK OVER TO THE ATM AND BACK! IF IT WAS WHERE YOU LISTED IT! 2 MIN WALK FROM WHERE I PARKED! I live in mountain view and will be by for my 40$ thank you.
Quick service. Nice persons ready to help you if you need. I was very impressed. I also liked the environment while I was waiting. Nice pictures on the walls and very clean place. Opening hours from 9 am to 6 PM. I have been there a couple of times and I did not have to wait. Well done!!
This branch was not helpful for changing to foreign currency. Why? It's a high-crime area. Better to go to a branch in Cupertino, Saratoga, or Los Altos. That's what they said; turned out to be true. So I'm glad they at least directed me ...
The bank is on tully road closed to mall is very good staff .They really want help people ther .
