The managers are not nor try to be understanding when it comes to one of there employees making mistakes. The customer (fiance and I) should always be treated with respect and the restaurants reputation should mean everything but in this case, in this particular Wendy's the manager lied about not receiving a phone call that was made to them because of putting onion in burger when that was mentioned specifically in the beginning that my fiance is allergic to onions. The manager stated that we could call in next time to get our meals remade of no charge next time we wanted to come by. But that was not the case not only did they speak to us like mocking us and being sarcastic and lying to us about there was no other manager off supposedly she asked all 3of them working at the same time which is clearly a lie AND then our money we lost as well, I will not, I mean I refuse to come back to this Wendy's .

The worst driver thru I been, I have to call and ask if the drive thru was open because the line did not move for a long time. Once I got to the window the guy ask me to wait to place my order. I was in the line for about 25 minutes to say the least. I asked the guy at the why it took 25 minutes to place my order and he say the car in front of us had a big order and for me that is not an excuse they should ask that car to parked and move on with the other orders. I ordered piping hot coffee and the woman gave me the coffee open and spilled it me. She also forgot to get me my other coffee. Such horrible service! Never coming back. The employees don’t even know what they are doing. And they didn’t apologize once. On the menu screen it says decaf coffee so I ordered it but she told me oh we don’t serve decaf. But it says it on the menu. And we wanted breakfast so when we arrived at 10:34 she said sorry we stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Got my sandwich and the bread was all soggy. How disappointed can you get at a place in one day

I ordered through the mobile app, and when I arrived at the restaurant, they said they did not have the item available. They asked us to wait because they said they could substitute the item for something else only for them to come out and say they couldn't do anything and asked us to cancel the order through the app. I normally wouldn't complain, but I just wish they hadn't wasted our time.

I ordered a whopper with cheese and ended up with a sad little burger and no cheese. The onion rings were under cooked and sat too long before being served. I was on the road and unable to return to correct these effects.

Not impressed. Burger Combos are ridiculously priced and not special anymore. And sadly?, the quality is only facing DOWN. Staff was friendly but this location feels drab and unloved. Too bad because I used to enjoy Wendy's for their square burgers and fries, both of which were "wanting" on my visit.

This location on white oak / Sherman way be selling food that’s 2-days old. Night time crew of 2 young men and no one else to supervise them is a bad business decision. Garbage!

Monday April 24, 2023 Lunch order It was very nice and the employees are very friendly. Anabel was very helpful and she is a very good worker. I ordered a cookie, a junior cheeseburger and a large chili.

Nice clean location but nobody goes here. Nothing takes people to white oak and Sherman way. They are in perpetually undermanned but the wait is never long so it doesn't matter. An oh, you can now order a "shot of Frostee -- straight up for the weird, or with a straw for the wimps. Whatever you choose. It's....(c'mon you know this)

Tried to get another sandwich with the Buy-one-get-one for a dollar only three minutes after buying the main sandwich because I forgot and they wouldn't sell it to me, so I had to pay full price... partially my fault, yes, but good customer service looks different...

The hamburgers are not so good and they make you wait a lot to get the food.

The dining roon closes at 9pm. This may be a rough neighborhood, or they just don't have the help. The drive-through was open. I ordered the good old #1 with cheese. It was hot and juicy.
