I've only ever had 2 complaints about this wendys because the burgers we got were cold and under cooked, it only happened once but still. Also alot of times the fries aren't fresh and at times they are mushy. Other then that I love this place. Yesterday everything we got tasted great, fries were perfect and we didn't have to wait to long. Staff seem friendly. I went through the drive through so i cannot say how the inside looks. I looked inside while Driving past the dine-in area and it looked pretty clean to me. There is more then enough parking at its located in north town center and im pretty sure that they have a wheelchair accessible entrance, in my opinion Everyplace should have wheelchair accessible entrances. I didn't take pics of my food cause my mouth ate it before I could even pull out my phone lol

ONE OF THE WORST LOCATIONS TO ORDER FROM… if you order skip, Uber or dash. Don’t order from here. They will literally keep your food on the counter with out acknowledging your driver for 10+ mins. They don’t have cup trays majority of the time. If you are ordering drinks & the driver requested tape to be placed on the lids so the customer as a full cup (not half that spills everywhere in the drivers cars) they refuse. They postpone all delivery orders until its convenient. They will stop making your order mid way because they have customer that just walked in. They have drivers waiting against the wall like children until their number is called. The front counter staff & especially managers are rude to customers as well as to the drivers, just for asking a question. Multiple times witnessed that if they make a mistake on your order they will send it out anyways.

Girlfriend went through the drive thru on way home from work to pick up dinner. Was greated nice by a guy at the drive through, then halfway through the order she got interrupted by a lady getting on the the microphone at the drive thru. The lady was very impatient and very rude. Did not let my girlfriend complete meal orders and cut her off anytime she said anything. Also I didn't get the correct burger even though it was said correctly when ordering. Tried to call the restaurant but it says the lines are busy which shouldn't happen at a fast food restaurant. Am not impressed at all and will not be going back there until there is a solution for the ladies behavior. That is not how you treat guests that are buying food from you. And you shouldn't treat people that way in general.

I asked for a vanilla frosty-ccino with extra cream and they ignored the last part I said. When we got to the window, I repeated what I said to the worker just to make sure we got our usual drinks right. She abruptly said it’s standard size and we said we weren’t talking about the size. We were talking about the extra vanilla cream added to the drink. She was persistent with saying it’s the “STANDARD” size and drink. I said yes I know that but we want to have extra cream. Mind you, we always get this drink at other stores and they seem to not have a problem with it. This is the closest store to me but not worth my time and energy. The workers here always have an attitude. VERY RUDE. Doesn’t listen to customers. This store doesn’t even deserve a star. Don’t come to this store. You will be disappointed every single time.

i ordered french toast sticks here and said they don’t have it anymore? it’s been a week since i last came in and they said that they’re out of stock of it. so i ordered a bacon poutine just to have a quick snack before going to work, the amount of cheese were a lot more than the fries which was very disappointing and i did not even ask for a bag yet they still charged me for one. i know its the new law of edmonton or something but aren’t they required to ask the customers before charging them for it? i always get food here and get good service but lately the staff have gotten rude and impatient especially the woman who took my order. this is just very upsetting.

Only location have to order from inside because the drive thru does not have lime fanta only the dining room does. Waited at least 5 minutes before loudly have to ask for service as there were multiple skip drivers crowding the counter and no one working would acknowledge us waiting at the till to order. Inside there were 3 unhomed people camped out, one was sleeping and the others had stuff across multiple tables. Skip driver parked at the curb blocking traffic. Worst location. Will drive to the 127th st instead next time or eat somewhere else

Stopped at this Wendy’s today. Usually this is my favourite one in the city, but this is now the sixth time in a row they’ve given me raw burgers. Usually it’s through skip the dishes, but this time I went into the store itself to place my order. I get that it’s fast food; but nobody should be rushing so much that I’m getting bright pink raw hamburger in my meal. 2 out of 5 of the burgers are not edible without me taking the time and effort to cook them again at home. Not impressed at all. I don’t think I’ll ever take my business back there.

Got junior hamburgers. Apparently, they took the bacon off their junior bacon burgers and served me them as junior burgers. I found this out by opening my last junior burger and eating half before biting a weird chunk of charred meat, which was a small piece of bacon that they forgot to take off before wrapping. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. My fault for trusting that they make orders in an honest fashion. I can bet that they do this all the time to save minutes. Muslims, don’t eat at Wendy’s.

I went in to purchase October 24 at 7:40 pm and the service was awful. There was no one in line as the person infront had already ordered and had recieved their order there was also no line at the drive thru and one delivery driver waiting for their order. I waited 12 minutes for service had multiple workers see me and none approached the till to take orders ,Including the one taking orders before I entered. Once it hit 7:52 I had multiple people lined up behind me and no sign of anybody taking orders I left. There was no reason that service would be that slow.

After I order and my family and me ate we got very sick. I have order many times from Wendy’s and this never happened. But this will be my last time ordering from them. Even when I was talking on the phone with the Wendy’s staff member, she wasn’t paying much attention, while i was talking she would talk to someone else, not good hospitality.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The manager needs to be replaced there are regularly out of lettuce and tomatoes don't offer q discount then when nobody is even going through the drive through it took over 20 minutes to serve my food. I honestly think you might want to look at your staff and make some changes this is not the fisrt time. I would recommend not wating here and also the pop machine was so dirty and nasty and the other wouldn't work. DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

No variety of pops. Washrooms, you have to ask a staff member to open the door. Do they wash their hands after opening the door? Probably not. Washrooms were extremely dirty. The stall doors and walls were washed with a dirty cloth. Floor was horrible. Toilets were extremely dirty. Almost didn't use it but needed to. Staff were slow. Fries were cold. Only good thing I can say is it was close to where I was shopping. Not overly impressed with the whole experience.

Went to this location today to get my daughter a frosty after having her wisdom teeth pulled. The girl working the speaker and window was disgustingly rude and has absolutely no patience. When she got questioned as to why she was rushing me as there was no one behind me she felt the need to give attitude. Considering your job is 90% customers service take some advice if you don’t like your job Quit.

This location was recently renovated. & The staff & crew seem to be excellent at service during rush times. I had a few double cheeseburgers, no tomato so I can take them to go without getting too soggy over time. Wendy's is a great treat. It's something specific for me that gets me happy anytime their location comes into my route for the day, & I can stop in for one of their burgers. ☺️

Drive thru is good but service inside is slow. The washrooms are ALWAYS locked here. They need to change the locks so they aren’t automatically locked all the time. Mobile ordering isn’t any faster here. I had to show them my order before they started to make it. On a positive note the restaurant has always been clean every time I’ve been there.

Took half an hour to get my coffee, with 3 customers ahead of me. By the time I got the large coffee I ordered, turned out to be a small one, didn't even bother arguing about it, just left. To be fair though I think they might have been training a few new girls or something cuz only one person seemed to know what tgey were doing. Two stars cuz tge coffee tasted pretty good.

I tried to special order a burger and was told that all comes in it. What they didn't get is there were only 4 things I wanted on it. Have to pay for napkins and a straw or utensils after paying 15.00 for a burger

I was there at 0920hrs this morning. I stood at the till waiting for someone to take my order. The young lady at the drive through looked at me. The guy moving things around looked at me. no one took my order. I guess the walk up section was closed. I didn't get anything but disappointment.

Very hit and miss here, sometimes the service is great, sometimes they forget your order and get mad when you ask about it. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it's not. Sometimes it's nice inside, sometimes it's full of crackheads

Saw advertising that $0.99 Frostys were back. Went to the drive thru and confirmed with the person that Frostys was $0.99. Got to the window and told, no it's $1.99. Charged me $1.99 for the Frosty. As I was pulling out from the drive thru, I see the poster for $0.99 Frosty.

At 8pm I was told the dining room was closed and only the drive through was open.... At 8 pm, in July when it is still daylight till after 10 pm. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't be returning to any Wendy's.

I know Wendy’s never freezes their beef, but do they cook it either?? Northgate Wendy’s in Edmonton. I will never eat Wendy’s again. They reached out to me via DM on Twitter, never heard back from them after that. So hopefully they enjoy this public review.

Best JBC s I have had in a long time every thing was super fresh!!!! We went through drive through at 11pm and fully expecting the quality to not be as good giving the late time but I was not disappointed, I love wendys, best fast food burgers around!!!

Yet another amazing experience. Everything was perfect, burgers , fries, and pop. Will be back.

I never had a problem here. I been going here for a long time. Never had a problem. I hope one day they serve my burger a bit raw so I can eat it. It wouldn't bother me. I always check my bag before I leave so they don't make a mistake.

Its a good location. Busy fast food chain well cleaned well lit up place. You can always bring kids. Enjoy a meal or order a take out and order online as well Staff is working around the clock to make sure every thing is running smooth.

Food and service is good. Fresh hot French fries.(Fries is good amount most of the time).
