I visited the Walmart Superstore to pickup my online order. This was my first visit to Whitehall Commons and Walmart. I was intimidated using a system that is totally automated. I looked for a person to help me, and there was no one and I was forced to face the tower...the pickup tower. First you scan your pickup bar code at the pickup tower window. Then step back the order is processed and then your arrives through the window in a tray. My order arrived in two parts. The process was interesting. I didn't get a receipt, I received notification that I would get a receipt by email. The only thing I didn't like is that I wasn't able to verify my order be I left the store. Fortunately, it was correct.

A very important stop sign was destroyed/removed within the last 6 months making traffic within the complex almost unbearable during rush hour (especially lunch time M-F). Aside from that, an overall clean collection of chain stores/restaurants. Expect panhandlers at main road intersections and occasionally near entrances to higher traffic stores. ATM in parking lot of the Publix. Cheaper gas at QT and Circle K down the road (past on ramps, toward Westinghouse). Chili's in this complex is garbage though. Sorry, I mean they're all garbage, have some decency and don't eat at Chili's anywhere, ever.

Considering the volume of traffic these mechanical doors are getting.... the store stays IMMACULATE! I'm an "everyday Wal-Mart'er"...and I've really gotten to know the employees and the products. 99% of the cashiers, stockers, and management are OUTSTANDING people that go out of their way to HELP. And the other 1%.... well, he must have been fired because I haven't seen him since! 5/5 because they bust their butts EVERYDAY, and keep smiling, no matter what rude and ignorant people they are faced with!

Where shopping really is a pleasure. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly. And they seem to be genuine about it too, it’s not a forced hi or hello. Publix also has a request a product system if they don’t have something that you’d like for them to carry. Their hours are also convenient not to mention they have Cuban bread fresh baked! Makes me feel like I’m back in Miami! Although great, I seriously wish they had some freshly fried ham croquetas and cafecito cubano! One day..

Like this place. We have a host of things here. Publix, Lowe's, Walmart, FedEx, Salon shops. And lots of places to eat or grab and go. Chilis, chick-fil-A, Arby's, IHop, pizza store, O'Charly's, sweet frog etc. And yes there is Bank of America ATM, wood forest bank inside the Walmart store. There is a gas station, Exxon, too. Radio shack, And yes, ABC store ! And plenty of parking space for every facility. Totally, a complete shopping space.

It starts at the top..store mgr Dave..what I see & know shines..probably has something to do with associates, Kendra, Deborah & department folks; Jonathan, Ty, Brianna, Robert & all the others..let's not forget the customer service staff, to many favorites to name individually..& let's not forget the quality of meats/seafood, produce, bakery, delicatessen items..plus grocery..very pleasing services all over the store, by all employees

In and out fairly quick. Prices are high, but more variety throughout the brands, especially with the Simple brand juices. This is what I like about Publix, where as Walmart may have 3 of the top selling flavor or variety in a brand, publix seems to have all flavors or variety. Same with cereal, coffee, etc. This is because Walmart tries to cater to hundreds of different brands, limiting the choices within that brand.

There Is a good bit of variety but it makes this small of an area way too busy. It is a nightmare trying to see over the little window height bushes they have planted everywhere. There is no shade because they replaced the shadier trees there with little sickly ones. Stay away from the far end where Walmart is because there is a wide curve and people pull out because they can't see over the bushes.

Wal-Mart is no longer 24 hours, it's now 6 AM to midnight, which is the store with the latest hours besides McDonald's.. Although I'm not sure what time they close. This shopping center is not in the safest area, so park under a light and be mindful of your surroundings. This area is convenient though if you don't drive because there are several public transit stops throughout the plaza.

This shopping center as a whole is great. The variety of stores cover basically everything. There's a Walmart Superstore, Lowes, Publix, Liquor store, gas station, and a plethora of restaurants. My only complaint is that traffic in this shopping center is abysmal. Cars and people all over the place. Makes getting in and out of this shopping center a bit challenging at times.

What a pain to get in and out of. The driveway reminds me of Afton Village up in Concord, same issues with not enough lanes, lanes dropping without adequate space/warning. And while sitting in the drive thru line at Chick-fil-a I watched a panhandler walk over from the stoplight and relieve himself in the bushes... and turn around and walk back out to the light. Clean it up.

THIS WalMart supercenter is where I ordered pickup and got the stale avocados pictured. Seems these were picked, but should have been held. Anyway, total service review: Nearly all bugs are out; website is easy & fast reacting/communicating. Inventory is still dicey, but can't review here for that. Evil empire, making themselves efficiently invaluable.

What a great shopping center. So convenient for most of your needs. Right off of the Inner portion of 485. Plenty to choose from to eat including American, Chinese Buffet and fast food. When done eating go walk off dinner and pick up tomorrow nights dinner at Walmart. Continue shopping and you will have the weeks groceries paid for and out the door.

Love to shop in Whitehall Commons,, the grocery store Publix are great I go to get my pedicure and manicure,, all the great restaurants are in there and the Walmart I love, I moved to a different community and there are a Walmart closer to me Wilkinson Boulevard Walmart it's only good for picking up a few items not to shop I travels to Whitehall

Decent sized shopping center near 485 in Charlotte. Has a Lowe's Home Improvement, Walmart, and recently remodeled Publix along with an ABC store, a gas station, a few specialty stores and plenty of restatement options. Traffic both in and out can be a bit of a nightmare especially during the lunch rush and both morning and evening hours.

This is an interesting shopping center... There are three places that I mainly visit, Lowe's, Walmart, and Dragon Buffet! Tip, avoid the main entrance it's always congested and people get confused at all the intersections. Take Arrowood Road and use one of the back entrances, it's much easier to navigate the shopping center!

The young lady behind the service desk was so polite. I have to say, whatever she makes, she deserves more. We had the best 2 minute conversation. She appeared to be tired or she may have been ill. But whatever the case, she did NOT let this stop her from providing EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you!!!

The lady over the flower section needs to learn how to please a customer... If I ask you to do something I don't need your attitude or your (unprofessionalism) I know it's not a word.. But if I'm paying you to do something just do it FYI! I don't care how long it takes or how much it cost!! Just do it!!

A shopping complex close to 485 and I-77, as well as the Steele Creek and Whitehall communities. They have a little bit of everything from Wal-mart & Lowe's hardware to Publix and a good few different restaurants. A good place to go if you need a lot of different things and want to stay in one area.

This location is always clean when I go in and usually has a nice selection. However, I don't go to this location often because the prices are expensive especially when compared to neighbouring supermarkets that are literally across the street. Because of the prices I only visit occasionally.

I'm here a lot and I don't like it. This shopping plaza has a good amount of crime because it's next to the highway. Lowe's, Publix and Walmart are the big boxes here. There's a Chinese buffet, pizza (Luigi's is amazing), Italian and a UPS Store. Lock your car and put valuables out of sight.

Shopped at Walmart for a pair of medical-grade compression garments, but was disappointed to find that they don't sell them here (they DO offer them at the Mountain Island store). Still, I was able to find the other items on my shopping list. If I am in the area, I will return here.

Nice selection of shops and restaurants. However, the roads are somewhat confusing could be better maintained. Additionally, this place could probably use a few more more speed bumps; people tend to drive *way* too fast here, and visibility at some of the intersections isn't great.

Nice Store but, nothing really stands out. Maybe I am visiting at the wrong time of the day as I feel Publix generally offers a great shopping experience. This location does not offer a bad one but, it appears to be an average food market store. Not much different from a Food Lion.

Love the variety of stores that they have here. I felt very safe. The parking space was very convenient and staff there was very helpful. There's a wide variety of food stores there as well. I would definitely revisit this location and would definitely recommend everyone to visit

It's a big ol ball of don't go there. It is so bad they built a homeless encampment across the street literally as you exit you see it. Then each person has their turf to hassle you. I'm all for helping people but I hate being hit up for anything I bring out of my pockets...

So many different shops and eateries, I always enjoy myself when passing through. We can grab lunch and fro-yo on the way to do a little shopping before heading back to our hotel. It's conveniently located and the traffic lights help traffic flow from being to congested.

Has everything conveniently located all in one place! Publix, 711, Chik fil La, McDonald's, Arbys, O'Charlies, I Hop, ABC store, Sprint, Lowe's, Walmart, Sally's, nail salons, Panera Bread, etc. They pretty much have everything you would need! I go there all the time!

This location is very close and convenient for us. It's home to Lowe's, Walmart, lots of restaurants, and more. We're here on a weekly basis and, fortunately, have not had a bad experience (hope I didn't just jinx us). Until then, this is a staple location for us.

This is a strip mall with several restaurants next to a Walmart and Lowe's complex. I eat takeout or dinner in at either Luigi's pizza or the golden dragon Chinese restaurant, both serve excellent food there are several national chain restaurants here as well

I generally come to Publix when I need specialty items for something I am baking or cooking. This store is uber clean and the check out and baggers are so courteous, helpful and friendly. The prices are higher than average but the quality is well worth it.

This shopping center offers a variety of stores for the whole family to be pleased. If you are epicurious and enjoy the finer things there are many high end options for discriminating tastes. Add in the eateries and this makes for a nice shopping getaway!

I like the stores in this shopping center although like everyone says the traffic is terrible!! Chick-fil-A, Sallys beauty, fro-yo, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Panera bread, etc. Mostly chain restaurants and franchise stores but it's good if that's what you need.

I go there due to convenience and Publix. The store mainly Wal-Mart tend to be way to crowded for me. Tendency to be difficult to find a decent parking spot. Lines inside can be long and counterproductive if your purpose is getting and getting out.

There is one entrance to this place from S. Tryon and getting in/out is a mess. There are several fast food restaurants as soon as you pull in so when lines spill out into the street it's a major pain. I don't go here unless I have to.

The stores were nice, but the entrance was covered with trash. It was hard to follow the lines into the shopping center. The paint is so faded, the lines just dissappear, but it had all the stores I needed for that trip in ome place.

Lowe,s stores are always clean and if you ask a sales associate where something is located in the store they will st top what they are doing and go help you find it, I loves this about Lowe,s things are neatly organized all the time.

I visit about half of the stores in Whitehall Commons either for work purposes or self. A wide variety of restaurants and stores. For the ones I have visited, I was very happy with the service from the places I've been too.

There's a few good places there , its the Wal-Mart that brings the score down so low. Avoid this place at all cost. These,are the great places, Publix, My Nail & Tan, Sally Beauty, Panerra. The rest are last on the list

Great customer service thru out entire store. Awesome Deli and hot food. Store has a wide variety of International foods. Prices are reasonable. Fresh crisp veggies and fruits. Some seafoods can be prepared for dinner.

Many great stores in one location. Wal-Mart there, however, is thinly staffed for enormous size. Beer selection should be expanded. ICE raid would surely seize plenty of undocumented immigrants among rude customers.

nice little area to go shopping. parking can be hard but for a quick trip, it works perfectly. I'd recommend avoiding the rush hour traffic because, though there is a traffic light, it is hard to leave the lot.

Generally I have feeling like Publix is expensive than other stores. But when I started checking some of the items are cheaper than others and also Quality wise I like it.Now it became my favorite store.

Most of the time my visit here is to Wal-Mart which I can come to everyday. This location is however no longer open 24 hours. I've been to some of the restaurants, Publix and Lowe's and I like them all.

Unorganized traffic patterns. Parking lots could use more light for both the drivers and the pedestrians and maybe a security company to drive around the entire shopping center as a deterrent.

Shopping complex has lowes, publics, Walmart, lots of fast food establishments so you can get a lot done here. Be warned the traffic is usually very heavy during lunch hour and around 5pm.

Road system are garbage and high stressful. Bushes keep you from seeing oncoming traffic while lack of traffic control ensures a never-ending stream of traffic. Worst commons design ever!

This shopping center has countless stores like Walmart, Lowe's, Publix, GNC and several more namebrand stores. There is also an IHOP, Chik-fil-a and a nice liquor store to name a few.

It was pleasurable shopping there. Found things I was looking for and some I wasn't looking for. The clerk was very nice and knowledgeable of where things were that I was looming for.

Navigating the parking lots is easy. We'll thought out shopping center. Plenty of options for food and shopping. If you don't like traffic, don't go around rush hour or the weekends.

Under construction in a way that prevents you from easily moving around the store. Cash registers are understaffed, so I spent at least twenty minutes waiting in line to check out.

It's in a very convenient location. The Walmart is arranged rationally. And Publix is an awesome grocery store! The shopping center is usually extremely busy, so have patience!

Cluster mess to drive through. People do not seem to understand the traffic pattern for this shopping center. Overall there are several options within whitehall commons though.

With a little busy as the parking lot is connected to Lowe’s and Walmart but I was able to find what I need it when I went in and was in and out within five minutes.

Clean store & very friendly workers. The only problem I have is , the workers should be able to accept tips if they are walking to cars & helping load up groceries.

I don’t recommend them. I ask the for a simple oil change and they forgot to tighten the oil drain screw resulting in oil loss , driveway damage and loss of time.

One stop shopping,if you need, Luigi's Pizza if you like new York style. But the traffic flow is ridiculous. No small shops. But Walmart and Luigi's is why I go.

Entry and exit is poorly conceived. Traffic in and out is always heavy. Always panhandlers at the intersection. Other than that, the shops are nice.

Store is clean, staff is friendly and also everyone has to wear a mask. They make sure your grocery cart is sanitized before they let you take it.

SERIOUSLY, IHOP should include a better description of their Omelets, like how many lbs or number of eggs used cause they are huge.

Took my baby to play in the little playground. It is open so they safety of my baby and losing sight of her was a relief.

Lot of great stuff in this shopping center. It’s busy around lunch time but you can find some great food & good shops.
