Worst Whole Foods I’ve ever been to. Hot/cold bar are the same drab foods. Mostly sides of different foods with unpleasant seasonings that don’t go together. Undercooked, overcooked, raw chicken, hard undercooked rice, no soup, wilted lettuce, a few dried out whole chickens. Slices of pizza at WF is one of my faves and it always looks terrible at this one. Cold, burnt, sad pepperoni pizza.. if there even is any pepperoni pizza, which there rarely is. Guacamole mislabeled as mild when it’s not mild. I’ve eaten the guac hundreds of times at WF, if my mouth is burning, it ain’t mild. Either it was mislabeled or made incorrectly. Also, the smoked mozzarella pasta, one of my faves, mixed so poorly it was like eating a mouthful of vinegar. After that happened a few times I stopped buying it. Ate prepared foods and hot/cold bar at the Goose Island Whole Foods daily for over a decade and I never had any issues with the food… not a single one. The bakery… chocolate pudding that tastes like nothing. Cupcakes that are firm… like, the frosting is a firm block… like it just came out of a freezer but it’s not even cold. The deli salmon is stinky, slimy and definitely past the date they should be selling it… on a regular basis. I’ve thrown out so much salmon from this place. Deli turkey so dry it’s inedible. Never in my life had turkey that was this bad. Employees are ok. I’m not sure why I stand waiting at the deli counter with no one in line and the 5 employees behind the counter talking even though they see me. Not sure why an employee decided to cut in front of me and take her time perfectly arranging the prepared sandwiches while looking at me in the reflection, knowing I was standing there waiting to grab something. Either the employees are great at this place or they’re miserable. Usually it’s the cashiers with their dead eye zoned out expressions. I only use the self-checkout now. Why is the 2L spring water always out? Next time I get raw chicken at the hot bar, I’m going to take a picture, post it on social media and file a complaint with the city instead of just throwing it out. I’ve thrown out hundreds of dollars worth of food and spent so much money on mediocre food in the 6 months I’ve been going to this Whole Foods and I’m done. I don’t know who reads these or takes this seriously, but this place is absolute trash of a Whole Foods. I’m trekking all the way to Goose Island from now on until DOM’s opens up this summer in my neighborhood. Honestly have no idea how this Whole Foods has any positive reviews. All I can think of is that they’re fake. Everyone I know in the neighborhood hates this place.
I really love and appreciate this new store and months before its grand opening I was extremely excited because I'm just a few blocks away. There is plenty of room now and very little chance of bumping your cart into another shopper. I like how organized and clean everything is and most of the staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help you find anything you need. There are some inconsistencies between the various locations though. For instance the west loop whole foods had brie on sale for Amazon prime members but the same exact brand of brie wasn't on $ale here at this particular location. I was disappointed but bought it here anyway. A few days ago I went looking for the same brand here but a staff member couldn't find it for me and said it's strictly a Holiday item and won't be available anymore. I typically come here for refillable reverse osmosis water for me and my pets so I bring varying sizes of jugs to this location ranging from 3 gallons to a full gallon glass container and a half gallon glass jar. Sometimes the cashiers who check me out charge me 39 cents for the half gallon size, 59 cents for the 1 gallon and just under $2 for 3 gallons. It varies honestly but yesterday I had a bizarre experience with a very irate new cashier. She was irritated with me because I told her I Normally get charged 39 cents but she wanted to double check with customer service. I bought two different aluminum containers Of oils and a huge glass container of olive oil all at a great price. When she got off the phone with customer service she simply told me the half gallon jug of water will be charged as a full gallon. I told her fine then she finally rang me up and tried handing me my receipt but I told her to just put it in my bag since my hands were full. She scoffed at me in front of all the other customers and I left with my bags completely forgetting my small backpack with my smartphone. I went back to retrieve it and she had another belly laugh at my expense. Wow anyway despite her snarkiness I had nothing but good luck and good vibes all day yesterday even after this awkward encounter. I certainly hope she learns to deal with stress better and I think I'm just not going to ask anyone new here to do a price check for me if it's going to fluster them like that
Isn't this the flagship store now? If so, they should be ashamed. Every single trip I've made here for the past few months have found me looking at empty shelves. I literally leave every single time with at least one - usually 2 or 3 items - out of stock and it takes weeks before I see that item again. There have been a few times when I had to ask someone to reorder something because weeks later, no one had thought to do it. REALLY? This isn't rocket science, folks. And doesn't this adversely affect your sales?? Every time I find a predictably bare shelf, I head to Streeterville and there it is. In stock, 4 blocks away. Why is it they can keep items in stock but this store, a handful of blocks away, can't? I go to this one because it's closer to where I live and work, but at this point I'm giving up. They just don't care at all. I've asked associates to order things they should keep in stock anyway, and was told they'd call as soon as it arrived...never happens. Even the manager made such promises to no avail, so the apathy for keeping things on the shelves goes up pretty high apparently. Even prepared foods has done this many times, and often it turns out they have stock "in the back" that no one brought out because reasons. HIRE MORE PEOPLE if you can't get the incoming stock onto the shelves in good time. But honestly, save yourselves the hassle. Go to another store. And don't bother with their website, either. It's constantly so out of date, in terms of what they carry, and never reflects what's in stock...because if it did, no one would come. DEAR WHOLE FOODS REPLY TEAM: Your reply is public relations spin and nothing more. Your team are WELL aware of the ongoing issue, they just don't care, and neither do you. Nice try though. Your reassurance and $5 won't buy a cup of coffee, such is the worth of it. Waste of your keystrokes and my time.
We are an immigrant family from former USSR, and used to like this store. We would visit with a family and have lunch in their lunch area. However, one experience left a bad taste in our mouth. There are two bathrooms next to the lunch area / tap room. They used to both work. During one visit around a month ago, one of them is not working (probably still not working). A customer needs to have a receipt to use the bathroom, which has a code on it. I tried using the bathroom with a kid, and there were two people in line. When someone left after using the bathroom, the door closed. The first person in line tried going in there, but did not have a code. The second person had a code, and tried to use the code to go to bathroom. Somehow, there was urgency to use the bathroom, and an argument ensued between those two, which unfortunately, ended up consuming us as well, plus the store customer service. In the ensuing 5 minute argument, which was entirely pointless, the first person in line was saying that he bought coffee but threw the receipt away, not knowing that it had a code. During this time, no one could use the bathroom. Much ado about nothing. A young men stopped by and whispered in my ear, that there are other bathrooms further out. But during the pointless argument, some things were said (in both directions) that were not quite nice. Something about people of certain races just using the bathroom and not having a receipt, and why is that OK for them, etc. I don't know if the customer was racist, or the response from the customer service rep elicited some hard feelings. At any rate, this is not a type of environment we want to frequent.
Today, again, multiple dogs in the store. Unfortunately the dog owners in general tend to be some of the most selfish, thoughtless and disrespectful citizens. Unfortunately they put the burden on already busy staff to enforce No Dogs. Unfortunately this store does not bother to address this, it is a matter of health and safety standards to this customer. Thanks, but not sure what I am thanking you for? I do miss Huron, better off street walk in access, better parking garage, homey feel in the store- loved walking the aisles even when it was crowded. Huron felt like a neighborhood store, got to say hello to the regular staff, kind of nice. No more at this store. Lousy and inconvenient walk in location, garage is an accident waiting to happen, I have seen numerous cars have difficulty making the turn as you climb or descend the ramp. I tried calling multiple times yesterday as instructed by produce staff to see if a brand of blueberries had come in, sometimes your blueberries are fantastic. Phones were a mess, calling in, trying to be transferred. The operator took my name and number as no one picked up and was going to call me back. Never heard back.
This location just opened today. I was very excited to go in and check it out and I wasn’t disappointed. The store is huge and beautiful. Coffee bar on the first floor and main store on second with prepared food section with more food options than I’ve seen in another locations, and nice seating area. Produce was beautifully presented and staff was very friendly. Bakery section looked mouth watering. They have two self checkout areas in addition to main checkout and they validate parking. (parking entrance is on Dearborn). Only thing that would’ve made my first visit to the store better, would be not charging me for 3 pastries when I only got 2 and then only refunding me partially for the item I never got. This has been common occurrence with WH over the years and I hope management will look into this to address it. Otherwise I’m super excited to have a new beautiful grocery store in my neighborhood.
This is the most vibrant Wholefoods market in Chicago Avenue and is the newest and coolest Wholefoods in downtown Chicago. You can see a lovely Chicago church from the window. There's coffee on the lower floor. I didn't see coffee mugs. I don't like just using disposable and it'll be nice to have bottomless coffee using regular mugs. Also, I noticed they use regular milk and not organic milk for coffee. It's easy to grab organic milk especially because it's Wholefoods and the option to add real vanilla/mint/cinnamon to make it fancier. It's cool that they have some breads and cookies to pick in the coffee area but I hope they make the coffee level a bit more vibrant. I didn't visit at night so possibly the night lighting is warm and adds the coffee shop ambiance. Upstairs, there's all the rest. Maybe not as nice as Lincoln Park Wholefoods but definitely the best downtown one.
I like WF but I despise this location. First off, they left the old, more accessible space a few blocks away vacant... and for what reason (other than patrons complain9ng about panhandlers on the street level I'll bet)? Next, with all the one way streets, hard to get to the parking. About the parking... you have to get a ticket validated but the cashiers can't do that so you have to wait in a separate line at Customer Service. Needed one thing no other store stocks and this one is out? Youll need to buy something for $10 to avoid the minimum $75 parking charge. The store itself is poorly laid out with lots of support columns and low visibility. It carries only a fraction of the products sold at North Ave or Ashland locations. Beautiful but non- functional. The old one was way better and now it's just a boarded up eyesore.
My family and I have been shopping at whole Foods since they came to the Chicago land area. I work downtown so in the afternoons I stop at the Whole Foods to grab something sweet and usually it's a muffin or something similar (I'm in the store for about 15 minutes). I can't buy anything that'll spoil in the afternoon, I have to wait till evening to buy something that needs to be refrigerated or something like that because I'm downtown till about 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. in the evening. Recently I went into this new Whole Foods that's on Chicago avenue and state after purchasing a muffin for only a couple of dollars I was asked to produce a receipt that generated more than $10 to validate my parking or I would have to pay. This is very disappointing because my family and I spend at least $125 to $150 per week in whole Foods.
Honesty, in very disappointed in the new location. Many of the things that made Whole Foods special are gone. The prepared foods used to be thoughtfully prepared. Now everybody is chopped up like the sweetish chef did it. Last week I got some chicken salad (that I was told was fresh). It was frozen when I tried to eat it. Whole foods took away many favorite food items from the deli. I’m sure it was because of the new corporate mindset that cares not of customer, but that of shareholders. I feel like I’m at my highschool cafeteria. It’s very sad. Whole Foods is now just as predicable as jewel and honestly, at the sample level these days. Shareholders and actual customer satisfaction are two different things. With doms market opening up around the corner, they have a lot of work to do if they want to be competitive.
By far the worst Whole Foods in Chicago. The supply of fresh food (fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, and even water) is terrible! I join multiples of residents who were so excited about the new store. Over a year later it continues to fail our neighborhoods. Staff is despondent and management is tone deaf. The shelves are often bare and the excuse is supply chain! Seriously? The “fresh foods” and salad bar is utterly gross. Why do the other stores have supply? When I buy vegetables and fruit they are expiring. Cheeses are outdated! Salad bar and hot bar is terrible and usually empty. The management needs to be replaced. Staff comes next. No one here seems to care. Can’t blame check out people but most would rather be anywhere else!
I visit this location often as it is in my neighborhood. The hot bar service has declined dramatically over the recent months. There is no variety in food options (the same exact fish, steamed vegetables recipes daily). Many of the trays never have food placed in them (just empty water) and those that have food are empty and dry. The soups are also empty. The pizzas have a spared Alice or two left. The premade salads in the fridge are rarely stocked. It’s often bare fridge with slim pickings. This is a common occurrence at all hours of the day. Customers are often circling the buffets with empty to-go containers, especially during high traffic hours/ meal times. Staff are present and watch it all happen.
This is a reasonably sized Whole Foods with a great location and ambience. Unfortunately, the selection of items in stock is a bit lacklustre: in particular, I was dismayed at the absence of minimally-processed vegan proteins at this location. They have a decent selection of Beyond/Impossible-style imitation “meat alternatives,” but nary a block of unadulterated tofu or tempeh in sight. I haven’t encountered this issue with other Whole Foods locations, so it may be due to local demand; however, it would certainly be nice to see a better offering of vegan proteins that aren’t trying to imitate meat or hide what they are. Until such items are for sale here, I can’t say that I’ll be back.
An amazing entree right at the entrance is the security professionals at the door and around the store. Not only are they securing the building they are educated about the area and just a magnificent force making myself feel safe during the shopping experience. Sara is the Barista let me just say this we need more people like her in the world she will wake you up with the warm energy she gives to the people in the morning. If you have a conversation with her expertise is Michelin star quality. Any employer would be happy to have her as a employee. This store is a great addition to the community and its providing jobs and enriching the community during these difficult times in Chicago.
I walked around the store for a long time with a bottle of bourbon, trying to find something else to buy, and then I put it back. After a few more minutes, a guy in a red vest approached me and without a greeting, looking at me as if I were a thief, he asked: “Bottle? Where is the bottle?” After a short conversation, I asked if you had any soda (cause I couldn't find one) he just said, "Nah". This is the level of service! Approach customers with passive aggression and refuse to help afterwards. I'll never come back here again. The cashier was nice.
Amazon return counter staff yelled and physically assaulted me!!! Whole Foods “manager” Chris, an immature snowflake who is not fit for this job, exited the conversation when I asked for help or consequences. 30 min later, new “manager” Dany also did not apologize or assist with the matter. Had to call Chicago police officers. Then Whole Foods staff suddenly was more attentive. Never been ASSAULTED in a WHOLE FOODS by an aggressive nutcase staff before - Donna Nutall is her name. A liability! Amazon return counter at Whole Foods 3 W Chicago Ave.
My new favorite breakfast spot in River North. WFM just opened a new location in the corner of Chicago Ave and State St, across the Holy Cathedral. This place has exactly what I want for my breakfast, small bites with real coffee. You can grab hot breakfast from the market or just head directly to the coffee station where they make a pretty decent coffee with limited pastries available. Overall, it's a nice place, quite organized (considering they just opened 2 days ago). Hopefuly they can maintain the quality and cleanliness of this space.
Bi level space with Coffeehouse and Bar downstairs. Hot and Cold Salad bar, Deli making sandwiches and pizza, meat and cheese counter seem well stocked. Produce section is smaller than the location at North and Clybourn. Typical pricing and they seem to not have added prices considering the location. I'm glad that their selection of NA stuff is actually decent. I don't do my regular groceries here, but their house brand canned goods and frozen vegetables are things I usually get. Plus their cheese selection is good.
I got a iced oat latte from Whole Foods cafe. While waiting for my coffee, I noticed that the area where drinks were made wasn’t the cleanest, clutters everywhere, and unorganized. I didn’t think much of it and left after I got my drink. I had more than half of my drink and that was when I noticed some weird thing sticking inside of my cup. I obviously didn’t know whtever that is existed inside the cup because of the color of my drink. Whatever it is it totally grossed me out.
I got 3 pieces of cooked meat today which was the toughest meat I’ve ever eaten in my life I had to throw most of it away, the cabbage salad was bland I had to use oil and vinegar to dress it up It’s a shame especially what they charge for food If I wasn’t tired and far from the store I’d have taken the food back and thrown it in their faces There should be quality control and whole food staff should be honest with the customer when they are selling a bad product
I purchased some organic figs. They had 3 varieties. One of them, brown organic figs, were completely raw inside. Had to through them away. Also bought cherries. While cherries were good at the top of the cherry plastic bag, some in the middle and the bottom were beyond ripe, and after a day or two in the fridge, they were basically too mushy to eat. Almost half of the bag had to be thrown away. Shame that a grocery store will sell food in this condition.
I live just a few blocks from this new location and I was hoping for a great new store. Sadly, I find it to be a BIG disappointment. I find the layout to be horrible! Just so strange! The first time I figured I would need some time to get used to it. But now I’ve been a number of times and it makes me wonder who designed this. Just pathetic. I find myself getting in my car and driving to the store on Kingsbury. Much much better layout!
Love the place. Great organic food. The veggies and fruits section is my favorite with fresh stock Huge meat and dairy section as well Nicely organized and setup for you to be spending the entire day here if you love to stock up your cupboards and fridge. Many aisles to help you checkout and even the self checkout is sufficient. Friendly staff and great dining options as well - have not tried that yet Offer prime discount as well
Wonderful place to shop! Kombuchade had a tasting here on 2/10/23 and I had the opportunity to taste all of their flavors. Whole Foods fully supports local vendors with locally sourced products. At this location they carry a Made in Chicago Kombucha called Kombuchade. Kombuchade is my favorite! Favorite flavors are Hibiscus and Wild Guava. Another great local find of the many numerous local items in the store.
I hate this store. It doesn't feel like a grocery store. It is like WholeFoods set up shop in an abandoned building. Employees at this location also all seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I have had one of the deli employees lie right to my face, then when I called him out on it he didn't know what to say. The store at Fairbanks and Grand has a much better layout and the employees are MUCH nicer as well.
This is a new Whole Foods location. This one might be one of the biggest locations in the chain. Unlike other locations this one has an extensive Hot bar. Perfect for tourists and locals who want a fast fresh meal without the added cost of a sit down restaurant. They have a large seating area as well. I give this place 5 stars. jerry (the pigeon) gives it 4.5 stars. Says its too clean, not enough crumbs.
Excellent supermarket chain in Chicago that offers a food buffet, a broad selection of vegetables/ fish/ meats, wellness products and beverages. The staff are very friendly and helpful to find a product for you if you don't know your way around. The non-farm products are all group together so a member of staff will quote you a number which indicates the section that the product is located.
Large grocery store - replacing the location on Huron. With such a huge real estate, I wish they offered more of their Food Hall model here, as the one in Lincoln Park. A lot of to go food in buffet option though. The design is very much on trend. Large assortment of produce. Very great selection of personal care / beauty. Team seemed nice. Main shopping is on level 2 and there is parking.
Pizza is terrible. Pepperoni salami sizes of a nickel, with about 3 to 4 pieces per mega slice topped with cheddar absolute blasphemy with crust so hard you can pry open metal can with it..other fantastic selections are absolutely outa this world..broccoli on pizza with one piece of chicken in the middle and cheese lookin like it was first run over on Chicago and then cooked.
Kayla who works in the Cafe was amazing. I ordered a ice tea with raspberry but realized it was the dark tea, which I hate LOL . She steeped some green tea for me fresh and added ice w/ my raspberry, I tried to stop her but she said: No, it's fine, I wanna give you want you want. She was very professional and personable. Whole Foods is lucky to have her, give her a raise
Whole Foods has always been a place I frequently shop at. Seeing this one, in downtown Chicago came as a surprise. The location is perfect, the size of this store is smaller than the usual ones I shop at. But that’s ok.. Every inch of this store is pack with amazing products. The cafe area, produce and meat department. Has great quality items, at a respectable prices.
I went to check out the new store on opening day. Beautiful design and fun tap room. Cafe downstairs with tons of seating. The store is located up the escalators on the second floor. Highlights of the store were a beautiful bakery department with scratch bread, a large produce department and a tap room on the corner of state and Chicago with views of the neighborhood.
Delicious food store had a good vibe clean and fresh veggies cooked food and baked goods looked like it belonged in a magazine check out lady was so patient and helpful even though an emergency had come up with her personal life she waited for me to find the correct credit card i over heard she never rushed me i forgot to mention I was visiting from Philadelphia
This rating applies to the hot bar only. Please change the menu occasionally. There are too many steamed vegetable sides. You must cover at least six different veggie dishes every day, half of which include broccoli. Main fare is equally repetitive. While Ive found similar dishes at other WF, I've also found more variety--even breakfast options. Change is good.
This location is very clean, good selection, with a big problem- Parking validation. It’s pretty unpleasant to have to wait in a line at the customer service desk after waiting in line to check out, sometimes with your arms full of groceries to have the attendant validate your ticket. Other grocery stores just leave the validation machine out for anyone to use.
The Tap Room bar on the second floor is a great spot to spend the evening. A great selection of beers and wines, and the hot food market makes for a fun night out. It looks out to Chicago and State, which is crazy but fun to look down on. The bartenders seem to want to drum up business, which translates into very friendly atmosphere. Worth checking out! Enjoy!
Love this new whole foods location. Salad bar and hot bar are great. Breakfast bar disappoints. It is expensive - we managed to get two salads from the bar and a drink for $60. Like their pastry, muffin and pie selection as well as all the fresh produce. Sushi rolls are pretty good too. I could come here every other day. Wallet says no though
I used to frequent this store with a friend a few months ago. When it opened, it was really good. Selections were good, customer service was great. During a recent visit I was disappointed to see deterioration in both selections and service. There are pockets of bright spot, but I see general deterioration over time. Customer service is lacking.
Beware of the parking lot-$50 without validation!! I knew I needed to spend $10 to get validated for 90 minutes. However, the produce worker said he’d never seen the item that was “In stock,” so I left empty handed, knowing that the “normal hourly rates apply.” I figured max $10 for the 15 min I was there. $50?!? Un-f’n-believable.
My favorite part is riding the escalators and sharing a narrow path way with shoppers entering to begin shopping, and finished shoppers exiting. It's a hoot. Otherwise, it's a clean, organized store. Compared to previous space, it has higher ceilings, but about the same selection.
Bigger & better!!!! No signs of inflation here!!!! From floor to floor good prices & choices the more!!!!With some kindness has also grown! I appreciate the reasonable prices for flower varieties. As long as the Whole Foods "ship" is afloat, that's another good sign of hope!
I purchased a $100 Apple gift card and upon redeeming it the code was invalid. I brought this up with customer service and after weeks of discussion they finally told me to get lost and sort out it myself. Extremely poor service in addition to selling me a faulty product!!
I have now tried a few times at the seafood counter and the meat counter at the new Chicago street location and simple requests are denied. For a request for fresh chicken ground meat I was directed to their packaged food section. Similarly at the seafood counter.
Excellent layout to a grocery store. I could spend an entire day there. A little work, a little leisure...and definitely take care of errands. Great staff and energy. I can only imagine what the 'back of house' is like. To bad there isn't a Target nearby.
The Whole Foods on State & Michigan is great. It's large so the selections are plentiful. I use a cane and they have easy access handicap doors, an escalator & elevator. The staff are knowledge and helpful. It's my new go-to instead of the one on Canal.
We are locals. Loved the salad/hot bar! Well stocked and very fresh. LOVED the fresh fish department. Sooo many choices. Only drawback, no place to make a drink of water in a paper cup, to "wash down" our $36 worth of salads! Otherwise, it was perfect.
The coffee bar here is always a hot mess. The employees are inexplicably and wildly rude and don’t know how to use the espresso machine. And I mean that quite literally. You can’t order espresso because the employees don’t know how to make it.
What was good is even better now! Well located, beautiful entrance with the coffee shop on the first floor and the spacious grocery store on the second floor. Amazing and friendly staff!! I think this is the best w. Foods I have ever been!!
Whole Foods on Chicago Ave, a great addition and needed Grocery store in the area. Enjoy full on Salad+Food Bar, Coffee and Drink Bar as well. Of coarse the endless of options of Organic and nonorganic options for groceries and home needs.
Nick C working in the hot bar today at the Whole Foods on Michigan Ave was so incredibly kind to me. I was ready to walk out without my stuff until he helped me. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and your kindness.
Beautiful location with great options and stock. The coffee bar on the first floor was great too! Very large prepared foods section with many options to choose from that I haven’t found at other Whole Foods locations in the city.
Impossible to buy espresso drinks, every time I stop by to get cappuccino or latte, espresso bar doesn’t work Upd: it’s been 3 weeks since my review, nothing’s changed 8/15 today, espresso machine still doesn’t work ♂️
It’s $50 to park without validation. I went in to grab some wine and it was sold out. The worker was making it a big deal to validate my ticket. I only came for the wine. I think you guys should be more forgiving.
This is a recent whole foods market as of 2023 in a very new building. The shop can be complicated to find the product you want compared to other whole food. There is a deli section and a bar, which is very good.
The fruit tastes awful and unripe everytime I go. I thought that it was a supply chain issue everywhere until I went to the Whole Foods in Lakeview and the fruit was delicious. Whole foods, you need to do better!
Thurs Mar 2, 2023 around 4: p.m. I would like to thank the employee @ Whole Foods @ Chicago & Stare for finding my wallet and turning it into Customer Service. What a relief to find my wallet. Thank you so much.
Whole Foods is a great supermarket chain, but there Iid somethig off about this location. Not sure why, but I find it extremely anonymous and impersonal. Probably it's just because it opened not long ago...
If you offer an Amazon Return station you should put it in an accessible spot for people walking their dogs or at least let people use the elevator to bypass the groceries you make us walk through.
Nice and big. Lots of registers. Great in house deli. There’s even a place to grab fresh meals to go or dine in and eat there (with a view!). A lit pricy but it’s While Foods so it’s expected.
Nice store. It's a larger store that they replaced on superior, I think. More room to browse. Nice location on Chicago ave. Been there a number of times. Always go there when I'm in the loop.
So I don't go to Whole Foods often so I was happy to realize I can use my Prime membership to get better deals! I got some good deals and didn't spend an entire pay check at whole foods!
Finally some decent quality food in this country. However way too expensive. 50 dollar a pound for what we call normal cheese in Europe? At least 10 times too expensive.
Good meat and vegetable selection. The strawberries were not up to par (old and discolored). Atmosphere was lovely as usual and the staff were very helpful.
used their self-help amazon return system, one item was not properly received and refunded. I don't recommend this location for amazon return dropoff
To me, this store has everything that my family & I need and or want at any time. It is very convenient and one bus ride away. We love it
Nice selection of items I was looking for a cooler for a football game and unfortunately they didn't have it at this time of the year
Parking garage is located on dearborn and it is one way. Level 3-5 are whole foods parking and it is validated with $10 purchase
Very nice atmosphere great employees lots of bathrooms and handicap friendly plus good food come on in and check it out.
Luv the new palm scan pay ability. Nice size Whole Foods. Should have everything you'd expect to find in a Whole Foods.
It's a store that carries a variety of everything. My favorite is the fresh fruit big cases of water.
Love whole foods! Nice selection and they have a good buffet that is scrumptious.
Very convenient location and the usual selection of prepared and fresh foods.
Great location. Awesome design and layout. Great grocery options and staff.
If you're minding how much calorie intake you want. Try Whole Foods Market.
Abby did an excellent job in the bakery helping me find a cake.
I run operation from this whole foods they good …
