"This review, while I love this downtown Nashville Whole Foods store, is specifically for Jay, the florist"
"Great location, clean, bright and well organized"
"As usual, Whole Foods didn’t disappoint"
"i don't know where all the small carts went but they disappeared about a month ago and it's annoying there are only the big ones"
"Customer Service was awful, when we went to ask for help looking for an item we were treated as if we were an inconvenience"
This review, while I love this downtown Nashville Whole Foods store, is specifically for Jay, the florist. He is AMAZING. He put together gorgeous arrangements based on a photo I showed him of the color scheme of the party I was planning. We got a lot of compliments. They were also quite well priced. His customer service is top notch.
Great location, clean, bright and well organized. Free 2 hr parking underground if you buy anything. They even have a self validate machine if you self checkout, so take your parking ticket with you. Their cooked food options are very large and everything looks and smells delicious. Staff are very kind and courteous.
As usual, Whole Foods didn’t disappoint. The place was clean and well maintained. Some of the items were low on stock but I still found everything I needed. The parking garage available for customers is also very much appreciated. Staff members were friendly and overall I had a great experience here.
i don't know where all the small carts went but they disappeared about a month ago and it's annoying there are only the big ones. this store is small and the small ones are easier to navigate. this wholefoods is better than the one in green hill but is not as stocked as other whole foods
Customer Service was awful, when we went to ask for help looking for an item we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. This was our first time and last time in a Whole Foods Market. We will not support a company that is bringing in the Mark of the Beast with the pay by palm system
The parking garage meter to get out of the parking garage works 20% of the time so be prepared to wait in line for 10-20 minutes. It works well if you have a ticket validated from whole foods but if you have to pay for it the machine doesn’t work and holds up everything!
Yeah. Nice unusual stuff. A little pricey. Parking is a bit difficult due to construction and changing/ removing roads. Someone didn’t think this through. Be prepared to buy something or parking fees start at $10 an hour. Get your ticket validated at checkout.
Decent store, but they always seem to be extremely low on coffee. There’s a stand-alone display of counter culture bags if you can find it because they keep moving it around the store. Also wish they had the honey bran muffins they make at other locations.
Been here while getting fast baby food which helped in that situation a lot! The employees has been very kind and helpful; thanx a lot!! As always in the USA!! Best regards from a daddy with wife and baby from Berlin Germany... …
First time in whole foods, and I'll never go back. Nothing was clearly labeled. it took me 5 mins to find deodorant. Asked a question if they had mini travel fans. I was on vacation. What I got from the cashier was a rude scathing response.
Its a pretty average Whole Foods. They’re often out of things that can’t be explained by supply chain woes ( the hot food bar, sushi selections, etc). Not a reliable WF in my opinion, having seen dozens over years of work traveling. You can
Was hoping for sushi however the store does not sell any fresh. Clean. You have to walk a long way to put carts away after checkout. No real parking. Must use paid parking garage but you can get the ticket validated in the store. Good fresh
Can't go wrong with Whole Foods. This location in particlar is very well maintained, clean, and organized. As someone who dislikes grocery shopping, I don't mind coming here because it's usually pretty calm. They do ocassionally have a lot
Shopped here today, found everything I need, but the experience had not been so great with the check out. The employees I encountered were clearly unhappy unprofessional. Besides being uncomfortably cold with me(they were joking with other
Nashville has three Whole Foods Markets and this is by far the best one, not just in food quality and product, but also in outstanding customer appreciation. The entire staff is kind, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a
One of the biggest Whole Foods I’ve been to. Great selection of fresh produce and organic items. Well organized and clean. Their floral department is beautiful. 2hr free parking as well! 3 stars for the lackluster customer service at the
I will not go here again. I bought groceries here. When I got home, I realized that one of the bags, containing three bottles of wine and a thermos (about $110), was not placed in my cart. I tried calling and didn't get through for a few
Typical Whole Foods excellent as always but if you drive large pickup be careful going in and exiting as very tight corners. I had to reverse and jiggle to get out intact with no scrapes. I will probably shop elsewhere with easier parking
I spoke with a cook over hot bar and mentioned they should communicate with other stores because the store in Kennesaw ga hot bar is amazing fried chicken, fish baked chick, beef with gravy, rosemary sweet potatoes its so much to choose
This was a very clean and modern store, wide aisles for a smaller store with unique specialty items. While I was only looking for a few items (greeting cards, gallon waters, granola bars) they had them in stock and actually priced lower
Whole Foods in downtown Nashville gets 2 stars, one for how it looks and one for having a few more organic options than Krogers. I am shocked however at the limited amount of organic fruit and vegetables. Whole Foods used to be mostly
Whole Foods has been my pandemic savior! I live not too far from this local and during quarantine, they did all of the right things to make sure you could have a safe and effective shopping experience. When quarantine first started, I
This location is fine, but not the best. Very small and weak hot bar selection. Also, the store is dirty and does not smell the greatest, probably due to the homeless people who like to wander around the store. I can't judge, though,
I am someone who comes to Whole Foods all the time. In the past month I have spent over $100 here in this location cause I am homeless. This is now the second time this security officer has tried to bully me telling me that I have
I had to come here for the first time and it was such a great Nashville experience. Never thought I could feel boujee grocery shopping. Sarah was the one who really went above and beyond with flower arrangements. Shout out to Sarah
Convenient to hotel. Well stocked and diverse salad and hot bar. Just sad and disappointed when they do not have the chopped salmon, vegan meatballs and roasted garlic - - my favorites. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks!
I strongly prefer this location to the other Nashville Whole Foods. It wasn't nearly as busy or packed full of personal shoppers. They also had a good selection of products considering the size of the store.
This is the absolute cleanest and neatest Whole Foods I've ever been to. The customer service was also amazing. The hot bar, oh my, so meticulously laid out. Great experience...
I drive 1.5 hours just to grab tge oatmilk yogurt no one else around carries. For someone with a dairy and peanut, treenut and see allergy they are a literal life saver.
They have good clam chowder soup but I felt like they were falling me bc I am African-American and I didn't appreciate that but there food & desserts are really good..
The salad and hot bars are not comparable to Whole Foods in other cities. If you’re looking for quality organic salad bar try Turnip Truck in East Nashville.
Very nice grocery store, went to drop off a Amazon package. Pick up some croissant bread. First time having it and it was good for the high price(7.99) …
Great wholefoods with parking garage and validation for ticket. Has great wholefoods selection and ease of shopping you expect. The staff were all friendly.
I just called and thanked Angela, the whole foods market manager at this store on Broadway in Nashville. She is the greatest! An indefatigable grocer.
The salad bar easily makes this a five-star alone. It's the perfect place to go if you are on vacation and can't afford meals out every night.
I would like this location better if they wouldnt run out of my usual water brands so often, and they could keep consistent coffeeshop hours.
I bought a chocolate cake and when it was halfway through the cake I found a long brown hair between the frosting, it was very unpleasant.
I came for seasoning because I live in Ohio and the closest whole foods is a couple hours away. I found purple rice and a few seasoning
What a fantastic range of products all beautifully prepared and inexpensive. The till service was very professional and courteous.
I love this Whole Foods! They have great produce and it’s also useful for Amazon Returns. Don’t forget to validate your parking!
Sure, it’s expensive and items are often randomly out of stock but at least the employees are friendly. Well, so I thought.
Very nice store with a lot of dinning options. Picked up a quick dinner and enjoyed eating it at one of the indoor tables.
The store is fine, but be prepared to pay $30 for parking if you have any serious shopping to do. This should be illegal
Katie, Associate Store Team Leader, is amazing! She definitely puts customers first and this WF on the TOP ⭐️ …
Once I figured out how to get in and park was okay. Very friendly workers and quick with the Amazon returns.
Beautiful store but not worth paying $6 for parking if you just have an Amazon return UGH
Love shopping here and also went to pick up the holiday food I ordered.
Always , fresh product, great customer service Easy fast check out
