Woeful service. It's not undercover, has inadequate written directions for how to pay, and you need to pay on entry, via credit card or coins only. Yesterday the credit card reader wouldn't work. It didn't say which coins it accepts, so I used a mix of gold coins and 50C coins, and it kept stalling midway and rejecting all the coins I'd previously entered and I had to start again. It wasn't until my third go that I realised it didn't like the 50c coin. As I didn't have $13 in gold coins, I called the support number. They told me there was nothing they could do, and to try a different carpark. Save yourself the time, and just go elsewhere to begin with.

I parked my car at 7pm tonight and charged $25. The staff didn't give me a card that I could not drive out at 12:30am. I only had a receive of payment and I showed other car driver as he was leaving and let me following his car out. Otherwise, I would stay in there without any help from Willson staff. No phone or detail for support! If u choose to park your car late night in this car park, u make sure to ask for your card and also request if you have trouble what can u do.

Paid for 2 days parking $50 and guy didn't give me a ticket. I asked him multiple times if I was allowed to come and in and take my car anytime I needed it he said Yes. So I took it out no problems. Then when I returned of course I couldn't get in cos he had only given me receipts. I tapped my card and it charged me again and gave me a ticket. I was charged $15 for taking my car out for a few hours. No refunds were given. Parking has pot holes everywhere.

Easy spot to park for the Football as the walk to the ground is only a few hundred metres. The Carpark is very easy to get into and extremely easy to leave as you come out of Carpark and turn right and in a short distance you are entering the Freeway to go to the Eastern suburbs. The cost is only $25.00 for the day. I would recommend if you are going to the Marvel Stadium for any event.

Worst service, could have saved a lot of time to everybody if they had put the car parking full sign board facing the entry rather than keeping it way inside, it just common sense which the parking service lacks like a ton. Wasted 30mins just to enter the parking and see the car parking sign saying car park full.

You need to get up very early to catch the new day ticket at 6 AM, if planning to park overnight and over 6 AM. $14 is cheap for daytime, but $28 for over 6 AM and you need to be early enough to catch the conductor checking tickets moment.

Trying to get into the car park paying with a card is impossible. I tried multiple cards only to have them all fail both inserting and tapping. Tapping finally worked after inserting the card 4 different ways.

Horrendous traffic management to get out of this car park during an event. Left turn only would help significantly. Avoid, if you can, if you're going to the footy.

Easily accessible car park. One of the closest to the Festival hall (if you’re headed for an event there). There was plenary of parking slots on a Saturday eve.

Flat rate parking for full day or half day without have to worry when to park and pickup car. Plenty of space on early morning, it is a manned parking gate.

1 of the cheapest parking in the Docklands area. Daily rates regardless of entry time. Need not be early bird entry to get cheap daily rates.

Not much choice around the area for parking so this high rise parking is well suited. All parking is expensive and this is no exemption.
