It's Wingstop, normally it's 3-4/5 because it's open late and everything is usually hot and perfectly fine. It's not high quality, but it's typically better than frozen wings in my air fryer. But overall quality has tanked in the past year at this particular location while prices have gone up. I go maybe every couple months and even then only on 70 cent days so I can't say I'm a big regular if this is unique to just a specific shift or time. This review is focused on just the Rainier Ave S location - if you can get a good location that is consistent, then this would easily be the normal 3-4 stars that I'd be happy to give here. I won't go back to this one after tonight regardless. I was getting 4 orders of 10 boneless wings tonight and it looks like they didn't even season them until they were in the takeout containers. Not tossed or coated in any sane way at all. There were 10 in each half of two containers and a spot of seasoning dead center and that was it. So one to two pieces might be incredibly over seasoned while all the rest are bland and plain. The garlic parm ones didn't even have that, just a small sprinkling of regular parm like they use on fries and no garlic at all. The hot wings at least had some on every piece since that's a liquid and can presumably make up for not tossing them but that appears to be an exception. They were still very uneven overall but at least not totally plain like most of the others. For a $30+ order it would have all been inedibly bland without providing my own sauce. And I didn't go out to get expensive takeout wings to come home and just slather them in BBQ sauce out of my fridge. The two small containers of honey mustard with the order really didn't stretch to what I did eat, let alone the whole order. Also unrelated to the food, this location is pretty sketchy around 9pm. Everything else on the street is closed and dark. The parking lot next door is the only place you can stop and it's unlit and surrounded by stores with metal security shutters drawn and covered in trash. I don't think it's actually their lot, but considering you can't stop on the street and there's no street parking there really aren't any other places you could park to pick up an order. Pros - Hot food, ready at expected time Cons - Bland and expensive (more than enough to offset any pros since I can get that from frozen wings in the air fryer)

Overview: Best wings and fries combo you'll find - the wings and fries are fresh and made-to-order. This specific location is clean and relatively quick with the food prep. Additionally, the staff here are also very friendly and helpful. Food: Wings here are excellent and larger than your average wing. I'm a big fan of chicken wings and have tried several other popular wing locations (wing done, bww, Nate's, etc) in Seattle and have to say that they still don't beat Wingstop in an overall comparison of wings and fries. I usually get a 8 or 10 wing combo, bone-in of course, and select lemon pepper and garlic parmesan for my flavors. My gf enjoys hot lemon pepper (buffalo sauce with the dry lemon pepper seasoning on top) - yes they also let you mix flavors which is awesome. As for the fries, they sprinkle their seasoning on top which has a bit of sugar in it and really adds to the deliciousness. Lastly, I'm not sure what it is but their ranch is better than your average store bought ranch so they go great with your wings and fries!

Bike unfriendly, kid unfriendly. I often take my 1 year old daughter on bicycle rides to pick up take-out orders. Tonight, I tried this Wingstop. Was promptly informed that I can't bring my compact bike inside. With my daughter strapped on the back. In an empty restaurant. With plenty of space inside. When it's dark and 50 degrees outside. Didn't even order, just left. The employee was insistent, and Ezell's is just down the street. To the owners of this store: That means I need to lock my bike up outside, take my daughter out of her seat, then do the reverse. All outside, in the cold, in a dimly lit location. Basically, you don't demand parents take their kids out and leave their strollers outside. Why do the same with bikes? Anyways, I didn't even know how to respond to this. Can't tell you how many places I've been to with my daughter on my bike, every other place has been wonderfully accommodating.

I had a bad experience with one of the staff members. I got some boneless wings and the larger African American lady behind the counter was super sweet nice and professional. The second person who had in black earings.. no it sure her name (she was skinny).. she was super rude to me. I was using Samsung pay tonpay and she kept saying it won't work. When it did work, and she was proved wrong.. she went off on me in a very reactive way. Seems like she had some personal problems.. I'm not sure. In any case, here's my message to this lady. If you are wrong, don't take it personally.. just look at it as an opportunity to learn something new and you will be much better off. I won't let this experience ruin my morning.. but I have to say, absolutely horrible service from this person . They were mean and hurtful, and I can't imagine what it's like to work with them on a regular basis. Boneless wings were good tho..

I ordered a 10 piece mixed Lemon Pepper + Honey BBQ meal w/ fries, ranch, and carrots + celery with a coke to drink on DoorDash. It took 45 or minutes or so for food to be finished before the dasher picked it up but that's to be expected. When the food arrived, I got the correct order of wings. However there were no fries, and instead I was given 2 brownies (which weren't even very good), given honey mustard (instead of the amazing ranch we all know and love from WingStop), and no celery + carrots with the coke. I immediately reported the missing fries and sauce and got an $11 refund from DoorDash. However with Seattle Mandate + delivery fees, this still wouldn't have been equivalent to just the 10 piece without the sides listed on the DoorDash app. Overall I had a terrible experience and would not recommend ordering from this Wingstop again even through DoorDash.

I wish I could give this no stars and still leave a review. Literally the worst wing stop experience I’ve had THREE TIMES at this location. The first time I ordered was perfect. Fries were well done with extra seasoning like I ordered and everything was fine. Second time, there was essentially NOTHING on the fries and they weren’t even close to well done. Also paid extra for a drink that I didn’t get. Third time, I received someone else’s order. Contacted delivery service and got a gift card with the exact amount so I can reorder. Then the reorder came wrong too. Again, literally NO seasoning on the fries and they were not well done at all and we’re soggy. I love wingstop. It’s infuriating to have one location get it wrong literally every time after the first, especially when it’s something that’s one of the restaurants star sides.

This place was bomb AF. I've never been to wing stop and my fiance always talks about it! We bought the crew size meal for 3 of us and honestly we could have just done the meal for 2 instead. It was a lot of food but in a good way! I thought the wings would be small but they were pretty huge, so keep that in mind. We got the mango habanero, classic, and the bbq flavors and they were all bomb but the mango ones were definitely my favorite and the most spicy of the 3. All of the chicken was nice and hot and juicy on the inside when it got to our table (no table service) it was finger licking good! It also came with a large fry and the veggie chips (just thic sticks of carrots and celery). I would totally go back and try the other flavors, especially the spicier ones to see if i can handle it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery yesterday and it took over an hour to receive it. When i did receive my order, i was missing items and the food was very cold and greasy. I immediately called to inform the manager of my experience and was told i “would hear back from someone soon”. I just saw that i was partially refunded for a meal that i ended up not eating because of how cold, and greasy it was when it arrived. I still have yet to speak to a manager about this situation. As someone who has ordered from this restaurant regularly, i’m extremely disappointed. Would have really appreciated for someone to call me back and discuss this with me over the phone. This was a total waste of $35.

I ordered through DoorDash and I miss to put the honey mustard. I couldn’t go back since my order is being processed already. So I called the store and spoke to Rony, I told him that I’m looking at my order and I miss to pick the sauce. He offered to cancel my order and then reorder again at doordash but I refused just because I don’t want to deal with the whole process. Long story short by the time I open my food he left a note that he add the Honey Mustard inside the bag. This is truly an exceptional customer service. Rony did above and beyond for me and my son to enjoy the food. Thank you.

My to-go order of a 6 piece wing combo and a 3 piece tender combo took over 20 minutes to provide. They had about 20 employees in the back and what appeared to be their general manager there for some kind of event. Watched several employees order after me and get their food before mine. It is my first time trying wingstop after all the hype it was getting on Tiktok. Order 20 boneless with 4 flavors: Top 1: garlic parmesan. Top 2: mango habanero. Top 3: smokey bbq. Top 4: atomic it was to salty. As for the fries they were a bit soggy and for the ranch, I've tried better ranch. They offer many flavors and an option to mix between them. I would eat it again but not anytime soon.

Ive been to many Wingstop locations in the region and this one is one of the worst. As soon as I walked in to pick up my online order the lady working sneezed into her sleeve, turned to me and asked me could she help me. Bloody and under cooked chicken they can make someone seriously sick. I am definitely calling the health department. I order here all the time they are usually okay, but I called to tell them about the chicken and the manager told me to bring it back even though I paid for delivery and show them proof. This was absolutely the last time I will ever order from this place, if you value your health I wouldn't order from here it's certainly not worth getting dangerous food poisoning.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out how good this little joint was. I went in w/ the expectations of being somewhere between a KFC on steroids and an EZELLS suffering from malnutrition , but their WINGS, multiple SAUCES , FRIES , & combos were absolute FIRE!! I also like that you can pre-order a meal for pick up & it doesn't have to be a large order to do so. Great cust. service & tons of different buying options. Don't sleep on this place!!

The workers here are great. The restaurant is brand new, and really really large. They're always extremely quick with my online orders as well, even when the restaurant's busy upon arrival. The Garlic Parmesan, Korean BBQ, Mango Habanero, Caju- Actually screw it, every flavor they make is an excellent choice .

Overall I highly recommend to try this place. Pros: -Wing meat quality is great -Various wing sauce choices -Fantastic cajun fries -Fair/ average prices -Cons are that you can't try the sauce before delivery lol. (Try the Hawaiian) The wings are just as good as BDubs and the cajun fries are similar to Five Guys.

The food is on par if not better than any other wingstop. When I visited the drink machine was broken and I wasn’t able to get a soda. Even if it was working, it is one fo the all-in-one machines that just makes every soda taste terrible. Would definitely recommend Wingstop to get a regular drink machine.

Stopped here for lunch. Not busy at all. Got 2 flavors of wings. Wasnt a fan of the Hawaiian flavor. The parmesan garlic were good though. We also tried the fried corn on the cob and the French fries. Both were very good. With a drink, it ranged from $15-$20 for lunch for our group.

Ordered some Mild Wings and Habanero and both were very dry on sauce. Especially the “Mild” appeared to have no sauce at all, looked like they where just cooked in oil and no sauce whatsoever. Will not be returning to this location or ordering from here.

Nice quick service with enough room to social distance while waiting for your food. It is also courteous to wait in your car or outside for your order. I love the wings and of course you can get flats. You'll find great flavors here and a lot of spice.

We came in early. Ordered and we're informed that it would be 20 minutes after having waited for 8 minutes already.

Good wings, parking situation is a mess though - so you should plan to go with someone to pick them up.

The staff is very upbeat and friendly. Food was great! The parking lot can be sketchy at night.
