Terrible choice to combine the two stores. I was a regular shopper at home sense but no longer. It is half the size shelves are so cluttered with merchandise and disorganized. On the winners side same thing. The racks are so overstuffed you can barley move the clothing on them. Thoroughly disappointed and won't be returning. Really tired of stores making such drastic changes without a clue of how customers will feel (indigo chapters did the same thing.) While you may own the stores we the customer pay for it and keep them afloat. No wonder so many people turning to amazon. Talked to several other customers and staff who basically said the same thing. Terrible change.

Lack of selection. Blue jeans were okay but we're the same price as brand new jeans in Costco for the same brand. If you're looking for a different brand the Costco doesn't sell this is an okay option for jeans such as Buffalo Levi's and others. However pretty much everything else was crazy overpriced. Sorry not paying $20 for a necktie that I can get online for 12 or less. Likewise with most other items. Food items also way overpriced. Also I'm so sick and tired of seeing the winners ads I don't even want to shop there.

I'm really suspicious of these Local Guide reviews! There is an expectation by Google and the rest of us for credibility in posts. Winners Kingston was challenged before, bringing predominantly 'C' grade products into this location. Since the recent merge of the two stores, it's just horrible. Small departments, fewer choices in poor quality merchandise, and now, the eternal lineup to check out and get out. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I loved going to Homesense but since Winnners and Homesense became one store there isn't as much of seasonal decorations or even decorative things. My sister and I purchased alot of the Halloween decorations in Homesense. Homesense also had an awesome pet section, lots of coats and shirts for your pets at great prices, now they have next to nothing. Now we drive to Belleville to the Homesense there, they haven't combined the stores there.

The store is fine. I am, however, disappointed to learn that those with shoplifting proclivities consider Winners/ Homesense to be the easiest mark in the city. With corporate losses due to theft skyrocketing I find it baffling that boosters and “steal when I want something” Kingstonians rely on Winners for their regular don’t-pay shopping. They’re not even sophisticated thieves. Wire cutters and nerve and just walk out.

I love that they have merged both of these stores together. It is really the best of both worlds. There's an excellent selection of high end and mid range goods here, and it makes sense that they have amalgamated in one store as It has become a one stop shop for any type of home furnitures or clothing. The parking lot is massive. On my visit, they had multiple cashiers available for the grandeur of both stores

I miss the old store before they run evaded HomeSense in winners together. I know they own both stores but when I went in the HomeSense near Christmas time oh, I'm excited to get some toys and treats 4 my dog and they didn't have much selection at all. Just like the food they used to have a lot of different types of food dry goods and gifts and they have a very low selection and was very disappointed.

The store is usually always clean and for the most part organized. I love shopping at homesense because you can get things at such a good price. My only compliant would be that there are no directional arrows on the ground for the aisles so people are constantly going both ways and having to pass closely together which goes against social distancing. Other than that I come here often and enjoy it!

Purchase three mirrors and one areas rug, all three of the mirrors were damaged, but kept them anyways, it's the first time I've experienced this problem and I have purchased mirrors through Home Sense several times. Just disappointing, but the staff was amazing while we were looking for help one obtaining the area rug. Hopefully my luck will be better next time, I love shipping at Home Sense.

Despite being a frequent customer of this location that spends hundreds of dollars every trip, the cashiers are trained to look through every item to see if you are shoplifting. Bizarre practice given that all small items were placed on the counter. They remove the filling from handbags which ruins the integrity of the purse during storage. This would never happen at a different location.

HomeSense is a great store. Friendly and helpful staff mot pushy. Prices are what I expected. They carry a great selection of products . I had to return something to them but let my receipt behind they were great the gave me my money back I was very surprised but the girl that helped me that morning was still there. That's great customer service. Keep up the great work=!!!

Always find something new when visiting this location. The makeup section received a bit of an overhaul and I find it a lot more organized. The shoppers in women's clothing are often a bit aggressive but all other locations of the store are a breeze. The lineup is often long but it moves quickly. They call cash support if needed and the staff responds promptly.

Love the variety, selection and frequent turn over of new items. Fair pricing. Brand name, quality clothing for people and pets! Decent pet toy selection at good prices. Very pleasant shopping experience, customer bathrooms available, change rooms are open. If you sign up for their store card you get an extended return period.

It is like any other home sense. I think for covid precautions they are little behind. They have one door open that they use. When I was trying to leaving I have to wait a few minutes because people were coming and they asked me to wait. They have another entrance they choose to only have one tho... I couldn't tell you why.

I typically prefer Winners / HomeSense as separate stores as I often find that the combined stores don’t have as much selection for home items as a regular HomeSense would. This store however is HUGE and is really like two stores together offering the best of both worlds, complete selection and one easy check out process.

Your "All Natural" section is a hoax. Almost every product has fragrance. Nothing natural about that. Actually very toxic. Finally seeing some Canadian products that r really natural. I shouldn't have to read all the ingredients to determine what's natural. I want to go to that shelf and trust you! Apparently u lie!

This is the grungiest Winner's I've been into. There was stuff all over floor including clothes and hangers. The majority of the staff seemed more interested in being crabby than helping customers. The exceptions were the women working at the changerooms, jewelry counter and the checkout. They were quite nice.

There is no shortage of American stores that really don't belong here. Most of the products are junk that people don't need, or would be able to buy higher-quality equivalents locally. Like most American stores, there's never anyone to help you. However, they do have some interesting food products at times.

For clothing household and much more, I recommend it, this great store. Prices are fair most every while But middle aged women fill up the aisle If you’re in a rush, or have time, a safe bet A fine balance no other stores get Always cheaper than expected but not as cheap as it gets.

Nice big beautiful clean, new store. Love the setup. Change rooms I think are the most impressive I've ever been in anywhere. Prices are great. Staff very helpful. I love the way they've done the lineup, moves people very quickly. All around a very nice experience. Lots of parking.

I love this place! There are always great finds, things are neat and the store is clean. I’ve purchased a sofa, desk and chair and the customer service was great. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this store. I go almost weekly to check out what’s new. So much fun!

Haven't been in Homesense for a while. I had remembered that it was a place to get a few deals on some interesting stuff instead all I found was really overpriced, really expensive, really kinda boring things. Not the Homesense I remember. So disappointing.

Excellent prices on Brand name products, the only downfall is they often don't have items in different sizes ( for example if you find a shirt you like, but they only have it in a different size so you can't buy it ). Overall though it's a great store.

The store is very spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful when we bought a sofa and a large carpet. They wrapped them very well and helped loaded into the car. The products change quickly. Never have any issues with return or refund.

This store seems to carry wider selection than most other stores. Customers service representative and management welcome you with a smile. On our way to and from GTA, this is the TO GO store for my family on stopover in Kingston.

There are some variety of syrup to make coffee, but No Brown Sugar Syrup nor Irish Cream Syrup, come on. I wish there's online website for winners, so I don't have to waste my time to get to Winners and I don't have a car.

Winners is a retail store of all sorts of amazing finds from brand name clothing to imported treats along with toys for the children. Winners..... You'll be so glad you had stopped in always a friendly place to shop.

They put 2 stores together I dont like the layout as much or the darker look of the store. I dont know who is designing the store. There still they best place in kingston to shop. Great home furnishings great staff

Great homesense/winners. It has aisles and aisles of great things (including 3 of gardening). We found so many items that we loved, truly a great selection. The store was well organized and the layout made sense.

Had purchased clothing items the day before in varying sizes. I then returned some of the items that didn't fit. The cashier was fantastic and the refund transaction took less than a minute. Very impressive.

Too many times I see people with dogs in this store. One time man walked his Nikita type dog all through men's section....hair and dog everywhere. I left, never been back. No pets slowed please....ALLERGIES!

Very long wait. Washroom was good. Had a nice sink to wash your hands that had a built in hand dryer. Very cool. Couldn't shop in the store because the line was too long. Just used the washroom and left.

Great selection for socks and Undies... It's my go to store for those and I get great quality for a low price. I usually go for the high end hiking socks and they are $20 or $30 a pair. Here under $10!

Went there with my 10 yr old son. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially when we had to return the item he bought. They always have a great selection of items we look for as a family of 6, also.

My favourite place to shop in Kingston. It has lots of decor items, and the staff is lovely. It's a great place to pick up a few items to make a little gift basket... including the basket!

Love this store but today you only get 4 stars as I was surprised that with this being November and winter around the corner you had no electric blankets or electric throws in the store.
