I strongly recommend others to go to a different Winners store!!! DO NOT go there! The manager is rude and other staff members are very much like her which explains why they were hired. I went to Winners in Ancaster today to get a refund for a purchase I have made last week because I wasn't satisfied with the size. When I tried to get a refund, the cashier told me that the clothing smelled of food and that it wasn't in the receipt even though the price of the dress was shown on it. The dress did not have any stains, but she kept on insisting that it smelled even though it could just be the smell of the store. The receipt clearly indicates that we can get a full refund within 10 days with receipt, and it has not even been a week yet. She even gave a quick smirk and asked other employees to smell the dress in front of me. Other than trying to help me, the rest of the employees were encouraging the cashier's bad attitude which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. After almost 10 minutes of arguing, I asked for the manager, and she said that she was the manager. I have never gone to a store where the manager was so rude and absurd to their customers. I kept on asking for a refund and she kept on refusing. Then, a co-worker from another cash register came to help her, and finally, I was able to receive a refund. If she was really the manager, I don't think another person should make the decision for her. I called another Winners store in Upper James St, Hamilton to ask about their refund policy. They said that we can get a FULL REFUND even if the item doesn't have a tag. I believe that the Winners store in Ancaster needs to educate both their incoming and current employees in order for us, customers, to be satisfied. I was completely overwhelmed by the experience and feel humiliated in front of their staffs.

Ah how I missed Winners after lockdown. I wish my first experience back was perfect but there were screaming children playing tag as I was trying to shop (can’t bump the store for that, it’s the parent’s fault). What I will bump the store for is workers standing around, watching the kids and hearing them talk about how they will never have children after working that day. Kind of a strange, inappropriate conversation to have right in front of customers. Believe me, nobody wanted those kids to shut up more than me, but still not the time and place to stand around and chat about it. Otherwise, nice experience. Greeter at the front keeping track of line was super sweet!

I always shop at this Ancaster Golf Links store… I live in the area and I walked in 30 minutes before close to make a return but MARYAM the cashier didn’t say hi to me, she seemed mad, she threw my return on the table behind her, then she just gave me the return amount. I asked how she was doing and she said “fine”. She then whispered something in another language and I did not know how to react. It was very rude and unprofessional. It was a bad experience to say the least and Since I love Winners I will shop at the brand but will avoid returning to this particular store

The location is dirty, the floors are filthy, if you drop an item or it accidentally touches the floor while walking, it will be covered in weeks worth of dirt and dust. Customer service experience was atrocious. The manager (Mandy) was so unkempt that when she walked up (without acknowledging us) she looked like she had just woken up after she slept in the clothes she was wearing. No people skills and terrible customer service experience. Decent selection. Would definitely go again if I wanted to be belittled and embarrassed by management at the front of the store.

Listen, I avoided winners for many years based solely on memories of it having a distinct and funny smell when I was a child. Couldn't even quite place it, just knew it had a smell. Well I gotta tell you guys, NOT ANYMORE. Not only does this place not smell, but it's got insane deals that literally blew my socks off. I was able to get polo brand polos for 17 dollars. Needless to say I bought two. As far as I can tell they sell more than just men's clothes but so far I haven't ventured beyond the men's clothing section.

Awful customer service at Ancaster Winners! Cashier was rude and condescending when i wanted to return purchased gift wrapping paper. She asked for driving licence, i questioned why would she need my information then she told me store rules and because people still products. She made me feel like i stole $10 worth of gift wrapping paper! Her voice was loud for all staff and customers around her cashier to hear! White trash character! Disgusted by her behaviour! She refused to refund my money without receipt.

Winners is my go to place. The stock is updated all the time. Festivals is the time to hunt for extraordinary collection of women's wear. The collection depends on the location as well. One of the best collection of handbags and scarves. All my bags and scarves are from Winners. The collection of cosmetics is varied as well. But have not yet tried too many of them. All in all, the first place to check out great clothes, bags and footwear.

Fantastic selection, great brand names, prices are amazing, stock is typically at peak variety. Christmas and other holidays are especially prime shopping times. Please note that customer service is always exceptional at the Burlington Appleby Line/Dundas location, the Burlington Mall location and the location in Oakville at Dorval and North Service Road. Hello everyone Winner is my favourite store however today I was shocked from behaving of 2 employees just because I was trying to get one mask for myself because I forgot mine in the car .They we’re so aggressive and one staff who responsible of jewellery section she (Aferco-Americans) accused me that I am impolite .Most of time the rude behaviour of the staff make you hate the place

Don't go to this store. One of the cashiers lied to us that she was a manager, but she was not. She tricks customers by mimicking herself as a manager. Don't go to this store. You guys will face difficulties and be freaked out if you have any problems with the goods that you buy in this store since the cashiers don't know how to communicate.

Wow, the staff have really stepped up their game to make shopping during Covid as stress-free as possible. The greeter was SO kind and positive, keeping everything sanitized and organized. Also, there was a surprisingly great selection for my kids' spring and summer wardrobe needs! Not to mention, I found quite a few sweet pieces for myself.

This Winners location is one of the good ones! Lots of brand options, especially in the handbag section! I have found Longchamp, Kipling, etc. however, the prices are usually high, for example 200$ for Coach handbag, which is not that much of a good deal. In general though, the store is tidy and well kept. Worth a visit

I recently went with my family and had a very unpleasant experience. We wanted to do some returns and the cashier (Robin) was very unfriendly and ignorant, was shaking her head and making comments which made all of us uncomfortable and accused us of lying. Will not be returning

Very hard to find anything in this location because many items are places in either the wrong section or the same item is found in multiple places. Some high end brands are sometimes found in the contemporary section at very reasonable prices.

Lovely associate in the jewelry department! I believe her name was Marcia and her customer service skills were amazing! She was so easy to talk to and wasn't pushy at all. Will be going back to this location due to her excellent service.

Wieners and Marshalls used to be a nice to shopping whatever you like and prices were very affordable so now the prices are high up it's just unbelievable but if we all w get together not shop on any store maybe prices will go down .

Winners always has good deals. Sometimes it's a hit and miss as to what you are looking for. Quality is very good! Check out clearance items on the ends of the shelving. You might just find that treasure you were looking for!

Not the best selection compared to the other Winners and HomeSense in the area. Also, couple of the cashiers and managers on multiple occasions my wife and I went were notably rude. Will not be going to this location anymore

When in the other day to do some Christmas shopping. I'm bot a regular Winners shopper but the deals and selection here were fantastic. Staff were amazingly friendly and all in a good mood considering the busy time of year.

I have tried to like this store but no matter how many times I go in I just don't. Its not very clean and I find hunting through racks looking for an item fustrating. If you live to shop then maybe you will love this place

I love winners. Lots of very affordable name brand clothing. The store is clean and is always fully stocked with great items and the staff a knowledgeable and helpful. They have public washrooms and a large parking lot.

Shopping at Winners is like shopping at a high end flea market. You'll never see the same thing twice and you always have to invest in some time to search through the racks and shelves for your 'fabulous find'

Ancaster has two of these stores and service in both is lights outs. I bought two gift cards and an armful of things for my wife. The main one I go to is off the highway in Ancaster and is easier to park in.

This store is great, very organized and clean. Their covid procedures are strict and it always feels safe when we go. It’s a little smaller than other winners stores, but always great finds there.

My parents came here shopping and a cashier at front Vivian is extremely rude and doesn’t provide any customer service. She didn’t even fold the cloths. I will not be coming back to this location.

In the middle of the pandemic ( 23 Jan 2022) , there is customer walking in the store with no mask. There was no customer agents to ask the custimer to put on mask before I left the store.

Great place to go. The staff in the dressing room; I believe her name was Mackenzie, was amazingly helpful! Helped me select a nice sweater for the winter season. 10/10 would recommend

Could have more staff at the counter on a Saturday. Good quality and lots of selection. Nice home furnishings also. The fitting rooms are big and comfortable. Lots of parking on site.

Got some really good deals for back to school. The store was not over crowded and someone at the door was offering sanitizer and cleaned carts. Change rooms were spaced apart well.

Love this store. Cashiers are friendly The Simcoe location however doesn't seem to get what Branford does. Simcoe only has Walmart to shop (yuk). Bring more to Simcoe we need it!

You find barely anything in this Winners. I actually went to Marshall and find shoes there less expensive and more variety to choose from
