Horrible customer service, don’t even know what qualifies as a mortgage document and tried to challenge me and said that an official government name change certificate isn’t a valid document. Had to give them a free lesson on what a name change certificate is. Come on. This is incredibly basic information outlined on MPI’s website.

One of the worst customer service. It was clearly mentioned on the door that there are maximum 6 people capacity inside due to covid restrictions but when I opened the door there was only 1 person inside before me and they ask me to stand outside in the scorching beam of sunlight to burn my skin.

Went here with my brother and we were serviced by "Megan". She made it a smooth and easy process for us and made sure to go over all the pros and cons of our options. Very knowledgeable in her understanding of the policies and I hope this branch continues to hire more excellent competent people.

Just wanted to mention that the Customer service at this location is so poor and they never been helpful to me not even once they have 0 experience, in the same time when I go to another branch I get it done so easy and smooth but this location wasn’t helpful at all

Only reason I give it a 4 star is cuz I have to spend a bunch of money anytime I go to insure a vehicle. Place was clean. People there sanitized each station after each person served was done. As well, they were very polite and conversational.
