Just a classic in-store Zara experience. I ordered a dressing gown online. It arrived smelling of washing powder, and a plastic tag was broken off and reattached by tying a string. So clearly used. I found that disgusting & annoying, having paid for postage and now having to make a trip to return. I came to this shop next day to return it. The typical, blazé Zara employee at the till did not utter a single word of apology when I mentioned my experience. Inspected the item-which is fair enough-and asked when it arrived(that was yesterday). Gave me a refund with a blank expression. I knew to return thr next day, to not be accused of doing this to the gown myself. That’s right-at Zara, you can expect to be treated poorly, so you need to think ahead. Stressful? That’s your problem, not theirs. No responsibility is taken by anyone at Zara. The company is pretty faceless to me, just a giant cash cow, customers are to be milked and treated like the necessary evil by staff.

Took close to 2 months to return poor quality bedding which had failed within weeks. After much back and forth with canned robotic responses I eventually managed to arrange the pickup. Following this it has taken another couple of months to receive the refund. Weeks after they said they'd processed it, they informed me it had failed and they'd need to do a bank transfer. Another few weeks went by and once again they informed me it had failed. Genuinely one of the worst Customer Experiences I've ever had, just abhorrent and lacking any operational planning on their end. They need to fire their Directors and bring in people with real experience. I will not be using Zara Home again in the future, and declined their hilarious £10 gift card offer. Avoid them at all costs, buy literally anywhere else. Unless you want poor quality products, and the a 4 month wait for your refund, if so - go right ahead!

I absolutely love Zara as a brand but a bad member of staff can make really a huge difference. I arrived at 4:50PM at the store on Sunday and they close at 5PM. One couple entered the shop one second before us, we were about to enter but there was a woman with a small baby so we let her out of the shop before entering to be polite. We were about to enter but a member of the staff just slammed the door in our face, she didn't even acknowledge our presence and just decided it was time to close. It didn't make any sense to allow someone to enter just a second before us, plus she decided to lock 10 minutes earlier than closing time. Make sure to hire good staff that can represent your branding, it was really rude what happened today.

I'm writing this review for Zara Home, not this particular shop! There's absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for the online purchases! If you order something that is a bit larger and you want to return they require it to be by home pick up. Online it says this should cost £1.95 but they charge you £5.99 and they give you a 48H (!!!) window for the pickup!! like you have nothing to do but to sit at home waiting for them! When you try to contact the customer service, since there is only chat, it invariably goes to (they say!) Zara fashion! the agent will tell you to go to the chat on the Zara Home website and you will and it will be the same! They'll say they're not Zara Home! It's nuts!!!! You cannot get assistance anywhere!!

Good service and good quality! Super friendly staff that is always happy to help you with a big smile. Great products quality and easy to return things that haven’t met your expectations. But the best is how fast they are renewing stock, always find something new when you go to the store. Buen servicio y gran calidad de los productos! Los empleados son muy amables y siempre están dispuestos a prestar ayuda, también es fácil devolver productos cuando no te han convencido. Lo mejor es lo rápido que cambian la tienda, siempre que vas encuentras algo nuevo!

We were sent an email saying that if we come to Zara Home in Kensington today (26 August) we get a free tote bag. Nothing about making a purchase. We went there and asked about it; and showed the email; the staff member who knew nothing about it showed the email to the manager who said that we needed to make a purchase of above £70 to get a tote bag. Nothing about this in the email. Zara Home: this is deceptive advertising and you should be ashamed of yourselves (in addition to it being illegal).

A nightmare to return a item from Zara home! You can’t returns it in a regular Zara store , it has to be Zara home . High Street Kensington store is closed for refurbishment, but the website or Google do not mention anything. I came all the way from Wimbledon and completely waste my time ! They close few stores … so , it’s very difficult to found a Zara home store! I won’t buy from them anymore. I have no time to try to found a Zara home store that is actually opened!

I am giving 5* to this store only because I had a lovely girl helping me. Her name was Sophie and she was just great! In another hand I believe the dark hair girl giving her orders was her manager, was rude to me and to her. What a way of treating her staff... she is making a weird atmosphere in the shop and the customer can feel that. Bless Sophie, she was patient, kind and professional!

Like other customers I received terrible service when returning an item. I had the receipt but my bank had replaced my card and they tried to say it had to be the same card or a gift voucher would be issued. This is a complete lie. Management can process in these instances, my partner works for another branch and confirmed this.

This shop doesn’t open at promises time. Staff running back and forth with some stock in trolleys at 10:05. Three employees saw a couple of customers outside the shop getting wet under this morning’s drizzle and no one even came to the door to explain when the shop would be open and what on earth was going on. Not coming back.

I went to Zara Home for a return and was treated extremely poorly for just trying to return something. I’m a regular customer at Zara and the behaviour of these employees and the manager behind the counter at the High St Kensington Store was appalling! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Absurd there is only one person working returns and then1st floor and only one person at check out on the ground floor on a Saturday. Also they re tag and hang things as they take each piece back which is very inefficient and wastes customer’s time

Not much here and the trend shown here is linen which makes for a poor set of over priced bedding. Go for Dorma 500 thread count or brushed cotton off amazon at a fraction of the price (except Dorma of course)

We returned some of our items which we bought in Westfield branch , the cashier instead of transferring, gave us back too much cash , 5£ note and coins . That was in respectful
