Natürlich habe ich ein paar Merchandising gekauft die Verkäuferin war unglaublich freundlich zu mir und als ich ihr gesagt habe das ich aus Deutschland komme und extra 2Stunden mit Bus und Bahn gefahren bin nur einmal da gewesen zu sein gab Sie und Mechaniker mir noch einige Sachen extra mit. Ich war überglücklich. Auch wenn ich smokey nicht getroffen habe war es unglaublich toll und empfehle es jeden. Vielleicht sehe ich ihn eines Tages

Bought R32 GTR CF lip, diffuser and a couple extra parts. Diffuser arrived damaged so a warranty replacement was made. I chose to do sea freight to help lower the cost for Top Secret which I was happy to do. Now the package has finally arrived by ship and they won't reply to any of my emails. Parcel is stuck at the port with no invoice so they can't even process it through. So even if it manages to get through, I will be stuck with all the importing cost. Disappointed would be an understatement.

Very bad girl in the counter we went with a train for 3 hours and it said it was open in google maps and we reached and it was closed we explained to her that it said it’s open and she refused to let us in for even 5 mins I don’t recommend anyone to go it’s a waste of time very disrespectful girl on the girl was so rude !

普通の車で来店し、作業してもらいましたが、とても丁寧に対応されました。今回はギアオイル(ミッションオイル)の交換をして頂きました。ギアオイルは、モティーズのみを取り扱っているようで、リッター当たり6000円でした。私の車は3リッター入ったので、6000×3+2000(作業工賃)=20000円でした。1997年式のMTの車なのですが、ギアを入れる動作がとてもスムーズになりました。また自分の車の鍵が、ネジが外れて壊れていたのですが、同じサイズのネジがあったとのことで、直して頂きました。 最初は世界でも有名なチューニングショップなので、敷居が高いかな?と思っていましたが、とても気持ちよく利用させて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

What can I say, for me an absolute highlight in my trip to Japan. This place is like a temple to any JDM fan who knows about the history and origins of this company. I really enjoyed talking to the seller and mechanic about the common passion. But you can't see everything here, because a lot is "top secret" here.

Top notch. Thanks Nagata for making this sports that beautiful. Smokey, the owner is very nice person who likes cars and love them to look perfect. Amazing to see this shop in person. Had a really nice chat with the staff and took some pictures in the shop. Couldn't get into the workshop sadly. But staff told us that Smokey is still working on every car himself.

Very cool to go see. The workshop isn’t normally open to the public but you can go to the right of the building & walk to the back for the showroom/ office to buy parts etc. Staff are very kind!

以前からHP拝見し初めて訪問しました。 駐車場やピットにはカスタムされた日産GTRが並んで圧巻でした。 スタッフの方々はお忙しくされていたので、ショールーム見学しアパレル購入しました。 応対していたたいたお姉さんありがとうございました。 応対していたたいたお姉さんに、HPに掲載しているデモカー販売してるんですね?と尋ねたら、あれ?みたいな表情でした。

It was impressive to see Nagata-san work the office and personally work on the cars that come to his shop. I got some things from the storefront and everything was on point.

以前、友人に付き合って３４スカイラインＧＴ－Ｔで行ったことがありますが、全く相手にされませんでした。 こちらから挨拶したら、作業をしている訳でもなくダベっていた店員と店長がこちらに一瞥しただけ。 感じ悪いを通り越して、あまりにも失礼な対応だったので、すぐ帰りました。 行く前は楽しみにしていた友人も、二度と行かないと言っていました。

R35のフライホイールハウジングを交換していただきました。予定よりも速く作業を終えて頂き、作業後はスモーキー永田さんが直々に作業内容を説明してくれました。サービスで点検やエンジンルームも綺麗にして頂きとても良心的だなと感じました。スタッフの方々もとてもご丁寧に対応して頂きました。 またぜひお世話になりたいです。

I wasn’t able to go to the workshop but I spoke with customers and can observe the interior for a short period of time. It just blow my mind.

If you are into fast cars specially japanese legends you must visit this place. Lots of pricey but nice stuff to buy at the top store.
