I've been here on multiple trips to Prague. Last time over 9 weeks. I would give this place a 5 star, however like some reviews, there is a large angry woman that doesn't speak English. No matter how nice you are to try to communicate, she is aggressive and thinks you're a moron because you can't understand czech lol. Nearly yelling and repeating as if you're a deaf person vs someone that doesn't speak her language. That aside, I have never been ripped off here like some comments -- you get a slip for each basket of laundry. The clothes is clean and neatly folded. My dry cleaned shirts are on hangers and plastic wrapped. I continue to go here, and just try to ignore the angry women as much as possible. In short, good service but not friendliest to foreigners.

We had been traveling through Europe for the past four weeks, mainly cleaning our clothes in bathtubs or sinks at the hotels we stayed in. We found this place near our hotel in Prague and decided that our clothing really needed a proper washing. We had about 15 shirts, 6 pairs of jeans or shorts and 12 pair of underwear and socks that needed to be cleaned. The charge was 750 Czech Koruna, or about $35. The hotel laundry service would’ve charged us approximately €125 for the same amount of laundry! The ladies at the laundromat were very pleasant and professional, our laundry was well taken care of, folded neatly, bagged up and ready at the time they told us.

I hate returning from a trip with dirty laundry. For 250 CZK ($10 USD) this shop washed and folded a good size load of laundry for me (7 days abroad). Best part was the folding was so well done I just had to plop the bag in my suitcase and go. The staff spoke enough working English to make the transaction easy. After paying up front, she provided me a ticket and let me know a time I could return to pick up the laundry. I was uneasy paying in advance, but this is a normal practice in Europe. Rest assured, I received a ticket and my clothes were well taken care of. Highly recommend for travelers looking to clean their clothes with same day service.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place WILL rip you off and over charge you. I dropped laundry off to have it washed and the woman told me one price when I dropped it off and then proceeded to charge me DOUBLE the next day when I went to pick it up. When I tried to talk to her about this misunderstanding (even though she doesn't speak much English,) she was rude and dismissive. They also do not accept card. Even so, do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere. I'm sad to say this is one of the many places in Prague that will take advantage of you just for being a foreigner.

we came in with 3 baskets worth of clothes but the lady at the counter divided them into 4 to make the price higher it is already 10€ per basket which isn’t terrible but also not cheap, picking up the clothes they were mostly fine no nice smell but at least not a dirty smell, not smell at all which again is fine the clothes was neatly folded clean enough and were ready at the time the lady said, however now that i go to try on one of my socks there is a piece a gum inside them that was never there before 2.5/5 not terrible but expensive and the gum.

Great service. Price is now 250czk for a bag of laundry (whatever can fit into a small basket). The service normally takes 3 hours, but told me to pick up in a little less than 5 hours on the day I dropped off. It was folded and did not have a bad smell like others had posted. Smelled clean but not with a strong fragrance. The lady spoke very little English but was able to communicate the pickup time and transaction amount. Would recommend. Saved a bunch of money versus the Hotel pricing.

We (family of five adults) went here on the strength of the reviews below.. we had a few days of washing, so we ended up with 4 baskets of washing . Price was the same 250CZk x four loads.. It would have been cheaper to do it ourselves at a laundromat, BUT 3.5 hrs service while we explore prague, plus beautifully folded and lighlty scented makes it WELL WORTH the slight extra cost. The friendly middle aged woman was there still.. 100% recommendation from us.

Great service took in 2 bags of washing, paid my Kr500 and collected it a few hours later. I had pre-sorted my wash loads into coloured and non-coloured. load needs to fit into their baskets, so don't overdo it. ( A good sized carrier bag is about right. ) As others have said, ask for a wash, they take your money, give you a numbered ticket and point at the clock to indicate collection time. Remember they are closed on Saturday and Sunday

The service was excellent and they did an entire medium-sized suitcase in less than 5 hours - laundered and folded nicely for us to take back to our hotel. I’m not sure what happened with the other reviewers who spoke ill of the staff’s language barrier/communication, but that is simply not true. The staff were very friendly and we could communicate without any issues. We will always come back to this place!

Ho ritrovato le stesse macchie (succo di mirtillo) che ho pagato 10€ per far togliere a una maglietta di cotone e un pantaloncino sportivo sintetico (quindi abbastanza facili da pulire). Usano poco o niente detersivo e acqua troppo calda, la biancheria l'ho ritrovata ristretta; almeno non puzzava di sudore quindi almeno di lavarle (male) le hanno lavate. Per 10€ mi aspetterei un lavaggio perfetto...

I feel like I was ripped off. I had about a week's worth of laundry and it cost 900 CZK (about 35€). The lady in the counter didn't even weigh the laundry, just immediately gave me 3 baskets and told me to fill them. Only later I realized it costs 300 CZK per basket. The laundry could easily fit within 2 baskets, perhaps even 1. On the bright side, laundry was done quickly and was folded nicely.

If it wasn't for the reviews I wouldn't have come here as the woman working there doesn't speak any English, but I would recommend it a lot. For 250 koruna they will wash, dry and fold a decent sized basket of washing, more than enough for any backpacker. Just ask for "wash" (one of 3 English words she knows) and she will tell you what time it will be ready, it only took 3/4 hours when I went.

It's now six o'clock and my clothes are clean, folded, packed in bags and smell amazing. Would most definitely come here again and "wash wash" again. Great for people who don't speak the local language too!

200cz for a bag of laundry--they didn't even weigh it, so I think it's a fixed price. I dropped it off at 15:00, and they said it'd be ready at 19:00. I ended up picking it up the next day, but impressive to get same day service at that price. They also didn't use strongly scented soap, so the clothes simply smell clean, and not like the inside of a Yankee Candle shop.

Přinesla jsem větší množství oděvů a paní, která přijímala zakázky, se mnou kus po kusu prošla a u těch problematických upozornila na případné zádrhele. Bylo vidět, že své práci rozumí, je prostě profesionál. Vše, co jsem jí do péče svěřila, bylo hotové v termínu a naprosto dokonale vyčištěné. Rovnou chystám další dávku, tentokrát závěsů. Děkuji a doporučuji.

Děkuji pracovnicím za hezký a milý přístup a skvěle vyčištěný šátek. Čistírnu jsem vybíral pečlivě, jelikož jsem se dost bál svěřit někomu svůj šátek (z kašmíru a hedvábí) značky Hermés. Mé obavy však byly úplně zbytečné a po mastné skvrně není ani stopa, a šátek vypadá jako netknutý. Určitě budu čistírnu rád využívat i na další čištění luxusních materiálů.

I left my laundry in the morning, and after three hours I was able to get it back any time before the place was over. I was able to get clean clothes without wasting any time to enjoy Prague. Very satisfied and will use again when I come to Prague. There was no 'very unfriendly lady who doesn't speak English' seen in other reviews, and she was very kind.

Great place to get washing and Dry Cleaning done. Our clothes were very well cleaned and completed in the 24hrs. Only thing would be that staff members may not speak fluent in English but enough to understand what is required. We wash roughly 2KG of clothes and three pieces for dry cleaning for $1200 CZK. This is very cheap compared to other places.

Wash and fold, just like you’d find it in New York. About $10 (USD) per laundry basket — one basket fitting one person’s laundry so plan on paying 20 if you’re a couple. They tell you to come pick up 5 hours later. Laundry comes back nice and clean, neatly folded. Perfect for travelers, great alternative to using hotel laundry services.

Tried very hard to communicate with this lady in English but she hardly understood and got frustrated. What was clear is that she was going to charge 650 ($25-30 USD)!!!! for one load of laundry. From the other reviews, it seems like prices vary widely depending on whether you're a foreigner or not. Wash your laundry elsewhere.

I was very satisfied with their services! I got my dress cleaned up for less than 300czk, it was absolutely clean and the lady was very kind to fit in my time needs. Be aware they are not open over the weekend and you can pay ONLY IN CASH! I would recommend to everyone looking for a cheap and good services in the city center!

Laundry service was performed as described for 250 czk/load. Some reviews mention their clothes had a strange smell but this wasn’t my experience. Make sure to get your ticket when you drop off your clothes, I was not given one and it was a bit of an ordeal to deal with the language barrier in order to retrieve my laundry.

Excellent! Absolutely recommend! Prague was the mid point of my 3 week holiday. Did not want to take 3 weeks worth of clothes. Got super lucky this laundromat was super close to my hotel. Dropped of laundry at 9am, was told to pick up at 2pm. Got there a little after 2pm and everything was ready to go and smelled great!

Lämnade in en hel påse med tvätt (tvätt för tre personer och fyra dagar) vilket endast kostade 250 CZK. Klart på tre timmar. Mycket trevligt bemötande trots minimal engelskkunskap där kvinnan pekade på klockan när tvätten skulle vara klar samt när de stängde. Perfekt om man behöver tvätta under resan!

Exactly as a lot of other reviewers are saying. She doesn't speak any English, but say "wash" and show your laundry and it'll be done in about 3 hours, nice and folded. Seems to be a flat rate of 250 crowns per basket of clothing. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up a few hours later.

I needed some dry cleaning of my suit and shirt and it was done in 2 days. The people there don't speak English but are friendly and we managed to communicate no problem. One thing to mention is that they only accept cash! I was very happy with the dry cleaning results :)

Great service, fair prices and excellent quality washed and folded laundry. Just drop it off in the morning before you embark on your next Prague adventure and pick it up in 3-4 hours or later before they close at 7pm. Also, they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

This was our lifesaver when we visited Prague in the middle of tour of Central Europe. What can I say, clean laundry, no hassle drop-off in morning, with collection in late afternoon, once we were done with our walking tours and visits to nearby attractions!

Nechala jsem si zde vyčistit koženou bundu, která byla hodně ušpiněná (světlá barva) a výsledek předčil má očekávání. Paní velmi milá a ochotná, pro vyčištění udělala maximum, příště půjdu zase sem a nikam jinam. Perfektní servis. Děkuji.

Byla jsem naprosto spokojená, přinesla jsem kabát a svetr se žmolky. Paní byla velmi milá, krásně to vyčistila a není na oblečení ani náznak žmolků. Rozumná cena a rychlé provedení. Určitě to nebyla moje poslední návštěva.

This place is amazing for backpackers. They had a fairly quick turn around. I came in at 8 am and got it back at 11:30 am same day. Super friendly and worth the 250 czk (so about $10). Laundry was nice, clean and folded.

They don't speak English and very rudely refuse to deal with you if you do not speak Czech. Why do they have their webpage in English as well if they do not have people to deal with English-speaking customers. Bummer!

Velice vstřícné a milé jednání. Sice při čistění došlo k menším komplikacím, ale vedoucí čistírny zareagovala velice aktivně a vstřícně komplikaci řešila. Mile mě překvapila a děkuji za takový postup.

Svatební šaty s poměrně dost špinavou spodničkou mi velmi pěkně vyčistili. Trochu jsem se bála kvůli našitým korálkům, ale nic se jim nestalo. Cena byla v porovnání s konkurencí příjemná.

Avoid! 500 czk (20€) for one load and the clothes smell moldy now. They clearly triple charge foreigners and to add insult to injury they even put your clothes into a moldy washer/dryer.

Excellent dry cleaners! I had a long wool coat cleaned and it was very dirty and decades old. Also, some of the staff speaks English and they responded to my email very quickly.

Dal som si vyčistiť oblekovú košeľu v piatok poobede, v pondelok poobede som si ju vyzdvihol. Dobre vyčistená, voňavá, s provizórnym vešiakom a obalom v cene. Dobrá skúsenosť.

旅行中の洗濯と乾燥で利用。 仕上がりはもちろん普通に綺麗で丁寧にたたんでくれました。 2000円くらいして高いとは思いましたが、ヨーロッパでは割とそれくらいするので問題ないです。ただちょっと惜しいのは、12時に頼んで仕上がりは18時…。19時には閉まるのでそれまでにピックアップしないといけない。ちょっと時間かかりすぎかなと思いました。

Oblečení kvalitně vyčištěno, bez nepříjemného chemického zápachu, který jsme jinde bohužel vnímali. Obsluha by mohla být o chlup milejší, ale jinak velmi dobré.

Velmi precizní vyčištění jak kožených věcí, tak i péřových kabátů za rozumnou cenu. Zároveň moc milý personál a rychlá doba doručení vyčištěných kusů oblečení.

Zaplatil jsem 459 Kč, abych se dozvěděl, že se moje bunda nesmí čistit (myšleno asi chemicky viz.symboly údržby na ní). A bez čištění prý ten flek nepustí.

We left 4kg of clothes and they where ready just in time an only for 200czk. All of them where washed and dryed. The personnel was really kind.
