This is the worst bank I have ever had in my whole life. I always have salary delays. All my colleagues always receive money on time, but for some reason mine always just hangs in the bank. They don't say anything, they answer very slowly. If you will be opening a bank account in Cyprus, please don't ever make the same mistake as me.

If you’re a woman be prepared to be mansplained.. Terrible service and people are rude! They constantly pass you from one person to the other, they forget documents, they make mistakes and because of that they keep calling you back to the branch.

They put the phone down on me, refuse to help. They like to finish early and don't adhire to opening and closing times. There are loads of hidden charges.
