The design of hotel very nice but only windows ones thing that is bad is that everyone can see you if you have open the curtains the location is also very good and now the bad things horrible staff rude no smiling the restaurant very simply with some of the plates is good but not something very interesting the price for the standards is very high without to give nothing first of all they describe that they have sesouar that there is no exist we asked about this and they tell us that excuse us but we have only two and they have it in other rooms.Stuff in the room ZERO 2 forks 2 knifes 2 plates no machine for hot water no telephone for ideally room service no champagne glasses nothing you have to go downstairs if you need something about spa and amenities there is very bad they have the pulse gym that it suppose the number one and its very busy you are not relaxing only it becomes headache I will not suggest this place if you want to have services if you want to have a comfortable room to stay only you can go.The behavior of the staff is very rude like they are doing a favour that they speak to the customers...tragically check the prices and if you want to have this prices you can do it also 400bgn per day but change the management and give the right services to the customers

If you're looking for a hotel that give you a good hospitality with a smile.. well you have to find another hotel because in this hotel, the hospitality was the worst one I got in my life, but enough about that let's write some facts: 1. You will get an amazing kitchen with an amazing room BUT if you order the place less than a month you will get no place no forks and knifes + all electronic devices including microwave + kettle + washing machine and the most rude thing is that the phone to the reception will be disconnected (those things will NOT be written on Booking nor Airbnb) 2. You will have one key to the room you need to beg them to give you another key to the room and if you are 3 people they still give you 2 keys at maximum 3. The cleaner stole money from us 4. The massage area will cheat you with the price and the time of the massage 5. And for final.. you will get a rotten wine at the room when you arrive Button line you pay alot just to feel a little bit of good hospitality but you just won't get it here Soo.. welcome to Emirates apartments residences

Apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Great views. You get free use of the Spa which was also great. They left a complimentary bottle of wine for us, which we appreciated, but did not leave a bottle opener. I called front desk to ask for one and they said i have to call the restaurant across the hotel to ask them to send someone to the apartment to open the bottle. That is just too much. I used a fork and pushed the cork into the bottle with some effort. If you leave a gift like a bottle of wine for your guests, please make sure they have a way to open it and enjoy it and not have to spend 1 hour trying to track down someone with a cork screw. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The building is beautiful and we loved the decor in the apartment.

Horrible to say the least is the experience i had to go through with this hotel. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment in this hotel on the 10th of February seeing that there were MANY available rooms. My flight to Bulgaria is the 1st of april. Yesterday 29th march (2 days before i travel) I received a notification saying that due to “renovations” my room has been cancelled after taking full payment. After booking.com managed to refund me asap they also confirmed that the reason for cancelling my reservation was because they in fact overbooked their hotel and found it convenient to just cancel my stay 2 days before. I will Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

Very bad experience!! Stay away from this hotel Rooms are spacious however location is terrible, staff is awful and they charge you extra for every little thing without telling you this in advance. Bed Cushions are terrible!!! My neck is hurting from them. No coffee / tea pot in the kitchen, not enough cuttlebones or any other kitchen supply for that matter. Just bad!! The manager doesn’t speak English and even if she would, it didn’t seem that the things we complained about meant anything to her. We are a frequent traveler and had never write a bad review before but this one really deserves a bad review so we’re taking the timing to save others.

Бяхме там 1 седмица и според мен това е повече от отличен хотел. Едновременно луксозен и уютен, обзаведен с много вкус.Персоналът беше много любезен и винаги отзивчив. За фитнеса и СПА-то не мога да кажа нищо освен , че са на изключително ниво, страхотни уреди и има абсолютно всичко, което може да желае човек - басейн, сауни, масажи, скуош, тенис и тн. Ресторанта също е много приятен и всичко беше вкусно. Изобщо място , което трябва да се посети задължително ако имате работа в София!

I work for a well known luxury brand, we tried repeatedly to book 3 rooms for some shareholders, no one responded to my first booking inquiry, nor my 2nd follow up attempt a few days later. Don't waste you time with this bunch of boneheads, plenty of other high class places available in Sofia! Due to their lack of business acumen, we also decided to fly with a UK competitor, so Emirates also lost over €15,000 in airline revenue as a direct result.

Never go there ! Everything is nice and people at the reception are great. But ! They kept my deposit of 2000€ and 7 months later, Ms Georgieva and Mr Marinov don't give any answer... Don't go ! Don't go !

Apartments are great. First time we visited was great, used pools and spa. Apparently second time we went with our kid as we wanted to get to hot pool with him but it turned out its not allowed, which was very upsetting for him and ruined our trip. Won’t go there again because of this rule.

Това е най-луксозният апарт хотел, в който съм била. Обслужването е на много добро ниво- вниманието към нас от страна на персонала беше мило. Целият интериор и дизайнът са много впечатляващи- всичко излъчва добър вкус и класа. Опредлено това е любимото ми място за отсядане.

Spacious rooms and cosy soffas, but for real luxury all the details should also be perfect. There was many minor problems like water in the bathroom shower was going to opposite direction and whole bathroom was wet. Doors which didn't work perfectly etc.

Настаняване след 14.00ч Не разрешават малки деца да слизат в СПА-то дори и с придрожител.Хотела изглежда нов но стаите вече са захабени и мирише на спарено.На мен лично не ми хареса за това което платих куп пари.

Ако желаете да бъдете заобиколени от лукс, страхотна гледка и перфектно обслужване посетете хотела задължително!

The best place to stay in Sofia. Everything is so well organized. The best fitness and SPA center is under your nose. Splendid restaurant. No place like it!!!
