This is a unique opportunity to familiarise yourself with more than twenty major Belarussian historical architectural sites. You might use this museum as a primer if you've landed in Minsk at the beginning of a major tour of Belarus or you could visit the museum because Minsk is your only destination in Belarus on this visit and you'd like to do a survey of the major Belarussian landmarks you're missing to help you decide what to see on your next visit. The miniatures are intricate and thoughtfully constructed. After visiting earlier today, I can easily conjure up over a dozen of the exhibits inside my mind's eye right now, which strongly suggests to me that a visit to this museum is a good way to increase the strength of your memory of major landmarks in Belarus. If you're anything like me, you often visit a number of historical sites inside a foreign country, then later find that your memories of these sites are vague and blur together. Supplementing your tour of Belarus with a visit to this museum will help strengthen the clarity and specificity of those historical buildings you have or will visit.

I found by accident. I was looking for the art museum but Google Maps was backwards. So I ended up here. It appears the vast majority of the staff are bilingual which is a plus. I ask what it was and they explained it was miniatures of the countries famous structures. No you can't play with them I ask. They currently have 20 excellent miniatures and the goal is 70. They have an excellent devices that plays audio, gives GPS, hotel information and driving directions. It's an app you can download. But seeing miniatures gives you a real bird eye view of the beauty.

This miniature museum is a museum of small models of the most fanour buildings in Belarus. It is quite cheap to enter and the staff are very helpful. There is an English guide using a tablet/phone that is provided. Lots of historical information about each model is offered. There are toilets in the building (no toilet seat or toilet paper included though for male or female!!). The museum serves coffee and has some chocolate and snacks for sale too. There is a small gift shop. This museum was interesting and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I really enjoyed going to see the museum on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy and I got to spend a lot of time looking at the really detailed models (19 total). The models themselves are so intricate and they move and have a light show. An audio guide available in English is included in the price of the ticket and it's super cool to see and learn about sites that you can later see in person. Also the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Friendly staff, excellent English of the guide Ludmila (Lucie), beautiful miniatures of the famous places in Belarus, interesting and passionate stories! 50 minutes' tour flew by quickly! As a Belarusian, I found out lots of new facts about my own country and my foreign guest got a great overview and inspiration for later trips. I recommend taking the guided tour to really appreciate the details of the miniatures and the stories behind them.

Great place for tourists. One can see miniatures some of the main sights of Belarus. An audio guide will tell you about all of them. I strongly recommend visiting the museum. It will be interesting to children and grownups as well. By the way some maquettes have figured of fairytale or movie characters‍♀️ There is also a VR helmet where you can look at sights in their current state (but I felt a bit dizzy after it).

This museum is very interesting and gives you more information about belarussian landmarks - in English. This war the first time during my stay in Minsk that I got all the information I needed in English as unfortunately, I barely speak any russian. Everyone working there is very firendly. The way to the bathroom is a bit spooky but that's the only reason why there are only four instead of five stars.

These people at the bottom (reviews) did not take into account the fact that the museum is closed, you could ask the staff for the opening hours and you would be kindly prompted, but you decided to write these negative reviews here, without understanding the situation while spoiling the reputation of the museum. The cashiers at the bottom are very nice to foreigners, as they often visit the theater.

Interesting models that were very well constructed. Their newer ones had the most interesting features where pressing the buttons did more than just changing the lighting. Really excited staff of which a few spoke english rather well. You can get a tour guide for a premium or just listen to the free audio guide. You wont be able to spend an entire day there but certainly worth going.

My colleagues and I visited the Mini Land museum. We didn't expect that there would be such an interesting museum in Minsk! The exhibition includes the scale models or miniatures of main historic attractions of Belarus. We bought a lot of souvenirs as they have a really good selection and variety there. Highly recommended for tourists!!

Still a lot to do for the owners. We took a guide (I think her name was Anna) and that was a good choice, she shared interesting stories about Belarus. Only 60% is ready but it looks like a good start, felt like I traveled in different places in Belarus. Defiitely a place to visit if you are a tourist and deifnitely use a guide

Amazing place to learn about Belarusian history and culture. Very well organised and presented. Surprisingly these exhibits are the result of one man's dream come true. Evgeniy Danilik's name will go down in Belarusian histroy as the man who broght his nation's history to the common people. What a feat indeed.

We love the fact that now we have a mini park in Belarus. Our guests enjoyed the place. English audio guide is awesome, stuff is very friendly and is ready to help you in any question, like make a picture in authentic room or advise what to see first and what is the best. We spend almost 2 hours inside.

Small beautiful start-up museum. Friendly young staff. Really good made 18 Architectural models of famous Belorussian National monuments of architecture. Presented in glass showcases. Smartphone guides in different languages. ID card as a deposit. Enterance fee not very cheep.

  • Aliaksandra Bondarava

The exhibition is super entertaining for both adults and kids! Kristina is a great tour guide and she was very engaging while telling us everything she knows about the popular attractions in Belarus. I recommend it for locals and foreigners - good way to spend an hour or two.

  • Dariya Baiko

We haven't visited the exhibition but the museum deserves 5* already for the souvenir shop! Plenty of handmade unique (and also not-so-unique) items, all kinds of gifts and Belarus memorabilia from magnets to DIY castles, fantastic staff, pleasant atmosphere!

  • Alex Arlou

Very nice guides and pleasant atmosphere. Guides tell the stories of the places that are modelized. Mini-miodels are great and detailed. They have an Android app with free audio guide and souvenir shop with hand-made gifts. Really nice place.

  • Iryna Burak

Nice location, amazing guides, incredible miniatures -- I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to travel around Belarus but doesn't have enough time! :) And there are a lot of cute souvenirs in the gift shop!

Small place with miniatures of 18 between castles and churches in the country. The 15 rubles ticket includes an audio guide. Not easy to find if you don't read Russian. Expensive.

  • Angela Mazzeo

It is a good way to get a sense of the different significant attractions across the country. The best part is that you get a good bit of the history through the audio guides.

  • Ulad Bohdan

The museum is definitely one of most exciting places in the city! I've enjoyed the visit very much and will recommend any of my friends visiting Minsk to attend it.

  • M B

Nice to visit it on a rainy day. Every monument has a 3-5 minute story about itself. Nice staff Tip: Look for the many small details inside the monuments ;)

Interesting place to take a quick look on Belarus signs. Good English speaking guide is available. Unfortunately Belarus's north is poorly presented.
