Really not satisfied with organisation of their work. Used this bus on the way Istanbul-Burgas, Burgas-Istanbul. On the way from Istanbul to Burgas the made several stops which had nothing to do with passenger transportation - they have been onloading/offloading cargo - as if they were a spedition company. Longest stop - about 30 mins they did just before Burgas. Which is illogical, to stop for half an hour 10 minutes before the end station. On the way back they departed before scheduled time, so the bus was missed. Had to pay for taxi to reach the bus in another village - to be onloaded there. It was a bit of horror, because majority of bus crew had their cellphones switched off, so they were not reachable by Nisikli agent in Burgas office. No excuse from their side - they told “bus is not an airplane, it is not expected to go on time.” Well - that is a “nice” proffesionality and customer orientarion, isn’t it? :(

Dissapointment. I bought a ticket to Istanbul more than three weeks in advance. On the morning of the day of the trip, I called to check the final destinition and found out that my bus had been canceled and I would be on the next one. It was not crucial for me, but if I had not called, I would have been stuck at the bus stop for an extra hour. Or rather more: the bus was late. The carrier's attitude to its customers can hardly be called responsible. They wrote down my phone number when I bought the ticket, but no one bothered to call me. Two stars. But I'm sure one star would go from the guy next seat who late for the plane.

Their service and concept of time is horrible. If they tell you that your bus for Istanbul leaves at 12 and you have to be here at 11.30, don’t believe them. The bus will only leave Sunny beach and Pomorie at 12. Then it will gather the passengers and stand in traffic. We arrived on time at 11.30 and had to wait for more than an hour and a half. The girl who sells tickets speaks Bulgarian and cannot explain to you what to expect. She just assumes you might be late and tells you to show up very early. And drivers always smoke. In Metro as well.

За съжаление последното ни пътуване с фирма Нишикли беше ужасно.Автобуса пропускаше вода от дъжда. Вратите на автобуса бяха развалени .Духаше ужасно.Отношението към нашата група беше ужасно от страна на госпожа Лейла и турския екскурзовод във Истанбул.Имаше подмятания от сорта че когато имали хора от нашия град винаги имали проблеми.Ние сме клиенти платили не малко за екскурзията и допълнителни мероприятия. Мисля че една нормална екскурзоводка никога няма да допусне да коментира клиентите си.Но тука класата и културата са много на дъното.

Awful company. Buses might leave ahead of schedule and don't wait for you. Office staff would have your tickets on hand and let the bus go without passengers. Most awful is that bus might leave earlier just to stop after a few kilometers and wait for something for hours. It is possible that you buy a ticket but could not use services. Do not even try to get your money back! Nisikli officers are rude, incompetent and useless. They see their task in selling tours and tickets only

The company did a great job with our trip from Sunny Beach to Istanbul altogether. They were late to arrive and after we got on 5 minutes later we stopped for a 15 min break. But during the whole trip the staff were paying attention to us. We got water, a coffee and even some snacks. The border crossing went alright, they did everything to speed up the process.

The company posts their timetables in the south bus station but don't tell you that the bus for Istanbul stops at this office rather than the bus station like every other intercity bus. Luckily for me the bus was late so I didn't miss it after having to run from the station. It was also about 3 hours late arriving in Istanbul. Not great but it did get me there.

Не ползвайте тази фирма.Преди да им платиш обещания много,после оправяй се както можеш.Водачката не се интересува от туристите,интересува се от само от пиенето и мезетата.По конкретно бяха обещали тестовете да се правят в хотела , като питахме кога ще се правят тестовете ти казват ами няма да има тестове в хотела,оправяй се сам.

Пълен БОКЛУК.Никаква организация.Съжаляваме ,бяхме за Нова година в Силеври. Цяла вечер хард кючеци, никаква българска музика.Объркани стай, обещани бяха тестове за връщане в България да бъдат направени в хотела но никой не дойде. Сами трябваше да си търсим болници за да си направим тестовете. Ужасна организация.Никога повече.

The bus was late for an hour (imagine waiting an hour in Burgas in July), there were no media tablets like on picture, drivers were smoking all the time, they pick small roads with a lot of traffic instead of highway because of some people… Още

Very difficult to understand how to get along with that company, was hard to find a manager of that office (she didn't want to answer our calls) so we went to another in Slanchev Bryag. But anyway we successfully got to Istanbul.

Много любезни шофьори. Повечето автобуси на агенцията са комфортни, въпреки че последния път автобусът им се развали към 1 вечерта веднага след Бургас и се прехвърлихме в един доста стар автобус, вероятно на румънска агенция.

Пълен БОКЛУК.Никаква организация.Съжаляваме ,бяхме там за Нова година в Силеври.Хард кючеци и подигравка с истинските БЪЛГАРИ. По наша молба ни пуснаха химна и"Дунавското хоро",а после веднага се се тиха за тяхния химн.

Doesn't matter if you go 1/5th of the way or all the way, they will charge you same price, predatory business practices, they know they are monopoly and abusing the situation

Thhe worst company! Dont travel with them! Small, uncomfortsble buses, aircon is closed, no wifi, no tv, I couldnt find any positive things!

The bus there was no vantilation. A/C is barely working and no headsets distributed. Cleanliness is far from the standard.
