The entire station is under construction, but they completely forgot that trains are still passing every day and people actually use it!!!! There is no alternative ramp for people travel with luggage while it's under construction. Stairs, stairs, stairs!!!!! Stairs going underground, even more stairs up and down to pass old track, then more stairs climbing up to the platform. It's just a disaster!!!!! Not to mention the rude women working at the ticket counter as usual, information screen works when it's working etc... Don't stop at this train station until the construction work could be eventually finished one day, or if it's absolutely necessary!

Momentan ein Desaster und eine Zumutung für Reisende. Der Bahnhof ist eine grosse Baustelle, die Unterführung wirkt baufällig und einsturzgefährdet. Ein Schandfleck für die bulgarische Staatsbahn BDZ. Ausser einem Schalter und einem Kaffeeauomaten ohne jede Infrastruktur und ohne Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten.

The train station is being rebuilt. Should be fine once finished. Some staff speak a bit of English. Some homeless people sleeping in the train station.
