"I did book a car and payed for it online, after I did arrive to the sixt office, they started asking for additional payments, at some point when they ask about 1000 USD additional payment on top of 700 USD that was already payed for a Ford focus 10 days rental, it was ridiculous, because with that money I could afford buying a new car"
"We rented a Nissan X-Terra that was delivered to our hotel and the car was in bad condition and the interior very dirty plus (probably uncleaned for years), the tyre pressure sensor indicator illuminated on the dash board to which the Sixt Agent replied "it is normal" (it is normal to have a fault in the car?!?!?)"

I did book a car and payed for it online, after I did arrive to the sixt office, they started asking for additional payments, at some point when they ask about 1000 USD additional payment on top of 700 USD that was already payed for a Ford focus 10 days rental, it was ridiculous, because with that money I could afford buying a new car. After I ask them the refund the payment, and they did not fully refund my money and I left without car and my payment.

Customer service recovery was poor, the agency did not care at all about our complaint.

The car i got transmission was BAD and they offered smaller car with no refund. Very Used and Abused car we got.
