Very bad customer service, I purchase a watch after 2 months the glass broken return back to saffer mall 2nd floor watch department that time they told will replace with free of cost and delivery by two weeks, now 3 months gone between i went 5 time about the delivery, finally they said last week I went there and made bill for glass replacement, I said you didn't mentioned about bill if you charge means why should I give to you and waiting for 2 months, I can go outside charge class with in 10 min.still my watch it is saffer mall .I am regularly customer for that mall after happened this issue I stopped to get there and purchase.

Very good shopping center in mussafah at the entrance have jewelry shops and you can hot popcorn. If you are looking for exchange so alhansari money exchange also have. In ground floor you can your food stuff and daily usage goods with a huge variety and quality. At the meddle floor having clothes and all novelty stuff and household makes more perfect shopping. If you are interested in electronics products you can get them also in the top floor. You can also find here grand cinema, restaurants. So overall everything is here with an average price and a great shopping experience.

28/10/23. 9.30 Dear safeer mall, Today i went to your mall to purchase some mobile chargers. But i have experienced worst situation with one of your salesman at third floor mobile accessories shop counter. It's really disappointing and disturbing me lot. So i already tried to talk about this to respective manger but he is also behaving irresponsibly. So please kindly send corresponding mail id or contact number to register a complaint.

Very Disappointed on Management system of Shabiya 9 Safeer Center. Overcharged on my bill(Charged for 5 items instead of 1),Complained to management.Management went somewhere with my receipt without letting me know and did not show-up almost 30.I was standing there almost 30 mins without knowing whats going there for my issue. Tried asking staffs so atlast no option to leave that place.

AVERAGE Safeer has crowd atmosphere always,Also the movies that come here is mostly indian movies.Good cinema screens and Nice seating, but sound system are very loud not feeling dolby digital and harassing your ear. Mall is situated right in most probably the most populated place in Musaffah . The movie theater is an average movie theater.

*Very Bad Behaving Staffs* I purchased Tender coconut and paid at Counter then after showing my bill to their 1 staff then only he open tender coconut and after I finished drinking 1 Security & Another staff came to asking and checking my Bills again, That time I feels very awkwarded and Only for 4 dhs they treated me like as theif.

Very helpful Jitendar in the safer mall he takes customer as a priority. Though prices are higher in few items the discounts are many especially in the weekend. If you need any help Jitendar(Sony) is the person to contact.

One of the first mall in musafah shabiya. Safeer center is offering a wide range of products and many shops are available. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance and prices are reasonable.

One of the best experience with sardar ali driving instructor at abu dhabi i take driving training from him and pass my driving license in 1st attempt. I highly recommend everyone to take training from him.
